Rawa took great care of me, and I emerged from the spa feeling renewed. The experience began with a henna treatment, and was followed by several different soaps and a steam, a wonderful body scrub, a scalp and hair mask, a hand and foot treatment, a facial, and a mud pack with more steam. In the middle, I was given a delicious and refreshing glass of iced Moroccan mint tea with mango and cinnamon. All of the different products smelled amazing. The treatment was so relaxing and pampering, I immediately purchased another for the next time I need a boost. My skin hasn't been so soft and smooth in, well, possibly ever. The woman (which for the life of me, I cannot remember her name) had most of the same interests that I do (working on cars, etc.) and we slipped into an easy conversation. I even had a new issue of Cottage Living if she left the room!! I did not see them clean the foot bath, which was a little bit of a disappointment. And in hind sight, I should have asked them to clean it in front of me. The pedicure itself last for about an hour and a half, including a foot massage, several gooey things applied and washed off, a foot mask (wow), and super tasty smelling lotion applied to my feet. I wish that my feet would have dried a little faster as they were a little slippery when I left. Otherwise, the pedicure itself was a fine experience. As for Skin Solutions as a business, I do appreciate their weekly emails with available appointments and info for monthly specials. I also received a certificate for a free massage/facial, which I did not get to use before it expired, but it was nice to receive. They also had a contest not so long ago that you were able to enter a friend/coworker/etc. into and they would win something. I entered a coworker and she received a certificate for a free massage/facial as well!! Over all, I would recommend Skin Solutions for their environment, very down to earth staff and freebies!!
