Went in for Botox on my forehead , first appointment with them mind you, waited for 30 minutes after I was scheduled to be seen. That was actually fine by me I had no where to be anyways. The real issue is I noticed after (3 week waiting period for the toxin to fully set in) my eyebrows felt heavy and I still had movement when I raised them I was then injected again (charged also) and yes my eyebrows felt less heavy but I still have/had lots of movement in my forehead it's like I never got anything done. Seems fishy I've never run into this problem before with other injectors. I will not be returning this experience was an actual waste of money. read more

They do have great service they know how to treat people well with respect specially girls

It has only been a day since I've seen Allison over at the Peabody office. I am so thrilled with the results from the filler and the dysport treatment I had. Allie truly is a professional in her field, I went in there with high hopes, and the results from the filler are outstanding! I can't wait to see the overall results of both treatments within a week. Thank you Allie for helping me decide what treatment placement was right for me. I highly recommend skin MD Peabody. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted and treated special. read more

This place is for the birds! They tell you what they can do for you and then suddenly they couldn't do any of the things I asked for! I want my money back! read more

I've been going to Giselle for laser tattoo removal & recently a diamond glow facial - very happy with my experience at SkinMD Peabody! :-)

Alexandra is the best! I have been seeing her for my laser hair removal and other laser treatments. She makes me feel so at ease at my appointments. She explains everything about the procedures in detail and reminds me of the follow up care at home. She continuously checks in with me during the procedure to make sure everything is ok. I especially like that she doesn't push other procedures/products on me during my visit but is very happy to discuss any questions I may have about other services. I always look forward to my appointments and am very happy with the outcome so far. read more

Super scammy. Pushy and rude staff. Avoid at all costs. If you give them your info they will blow up your texts, phone and email, I had a woman schedule me an appointment before I agreed to a date and then wanted my credit card number. read more

I recently visited Skin MD in Peabody for a consultation and it was a positive experience from when I first came in until I left. I felt welcomed and well informed from the entire time throughout the session. The front desk was warm, inviting and kind. The NP I met with was extremely thorough and I felt I would be in good hands seeing as I suffer from a multitude of medical conditions. I will definitely be visiting again for all of my skin and body procedures. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to visit thank you for such a great experience! read more

Recently, I started hair removal treatments at Skin MD in Peabody. I was very fortunate to be scheduled with Johanna! She put me completely at ease and made me feel comfortable from the start. As like most women, I struggle with body image and, while everyone there looks fantastic, Johanna reminded me that we all struggle with the same issues, her included, and there is no judgment. Regarding the treatment, I actually nodded of during it. It stung a bit at the beginning, but Johanna was fast and mostly painless. As far as effectiveness, I had one treatment 6 weeks ago and I already see improvement. While the hair is still growing, it is thinner and growing much slower than before that treatment. Johanna said that the real improvement will be seen at about treatment 3, but I'm already happy with the progress. I highly recommend Johanna! read more

I'm a newer client at Skin MD of Peabody. When I tell you that being in my mid 50's that I was seeing lots of unwanted changes on my face is putting it mildly. I first went in and met with Madi the office manager. When I tell you what a breath of fresh air this young lady is, she's fantastic! We talked about my concerns and also my feelings. Not only was she able to make me feel so comfortable but she knew what would be best for me as far as services goes. I have followed everything that she offered. I'm HOOKED! I feel so much better not only on the outside but in the inside. These girls over in the Peabody location are like a family and that make you feel like you are now part of that! Warm welcoming and very much caring! I just yesterday saw one of my very favorite techs, Michelle, she performed a lip filler for me. Not only is she a master of her craft but sooo very likeable. She kept asking me if I was comfortable she showed she really cares, she asked questions to know what exactly I'm looking for. Again when I tell you how impressed I am with all of the ladies over in Peabody . I am on my own personal journey. I feel I can accomplish what I'm looking for with their assistance, and expertise!I can't recommend enough to a man or a woman who is unhappy with things that they woukd like to improve on, make that step! First start with calling Maddie, go in and talk privately with her, go from there you won't be sorry! I hope I am able to convey how HAPPY I now am! Love team Peabody!Love Always, Kim read more

I had a nasolabial filler procedure here. Don't waste your money. It looked great immediately after. That was from the swelling! Three days later it looked the same as my "before" picture. The facility is NOT willing to do anything to improve the work upon reporting the incident. I sat on a sort of recliner, which had not been changed from the last client. They did NOT offer anesthesia and it HURTS! I would not recommend this facility unless you have a thousand dollars to toss. Dr. K. read more

I can not say enough about the incredible team at Skin MD Peabody. I'm 38 years old and decided to do a little something for my self esteem in the Botox and lip filler department and the results are simply AMAZING. Nurse Allie gave me the most beautiful, plump and luscious lips + a Botox touch up that has me looking literally 10 years younger if not more because I can't recall a time when I felt this good when I looked in the mirror. Thank you Nurse Allie & Skin MD. Ya'll are a dream! read more

update to my previous review: after over 6 months, my body is scarred from the procedure here. I have done this procedure several times, and instead of doing the right thing and refunding me, the doctor (who never apologized btw) kept asking for me to come back in (when I stated over and over I was not comfortable and felt pressured.) Truly a disappointing experience. read more

I absolutely love this place. It starts with location right off the highway easy parking it's so clean inside and the girls are so friendly and chatty. I can trust they know what they are doing here. I just had my 2nd treatment and I'll be back again. ***Right now they are offering a special if you drop off canned goods anytime in the month of November they will give you a $100 credit for your next visit**** And one of the best things is they will log into your rewards program so you don't have to deal with going into your app and if your like me you don't have the passcode saved!!! I've been going to SkinMd for the past two years and have always had a great experience! I've seen multiple specialists and visited different locations and the quality is excellent across the board! Don't believe those reviews! You are seeing all those good 5 stars simply because they mean to get business OVER ADVERTISING. I even saw them on YouTube and checked here for verification. Then I went there for appointment. Guess what, it's a total hard sale place where the consultants know NOTHING about the service. the way they talk really makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and upset why did I drive long way for this crap. The consultant sounded really CHEAP! No kidding! Her name is Gemini I think? I am not sure. I don't even want to know her name after all. And the price they presented was higher than others. Update: the owner responded which is a sign of responsible management team in place. Which is great. But i am sure the place I went was your facility and if there was a lady consultant names Gemini then that is the one who should be fired. I am not joking. Changed to three stars due to fast reply from the owner. read more

I had lip fillers injected at a different place and came to SkinMD Peabody to have them fixed. Dr Flashner evened out my lumpy lips in one visit using restylane; now they are full and symmetrical. I am very pleased with my results and will definitely return in the future. I'd recommend Dr Flashner to anyone looking to have fillers because I learned the hard way that you should always go to a real professional and not just someone who claims to have experience! I'd also like to add that the whole staff is friendly and the office is very clean. read more
