She talked through a plan with me so I understood what was possible and what wasn't. That initial consult really helped set expectations. Extensions are not a small decision financially or emotionally. There are options, and there can be add-ons, so I would encourage anyone considering this to do their research and ask detailed questions about pricing and services ahead of time. It helps to feel informed. At the same time, this is art, and sometimes decisions evolve in the chair and the process is labor intensive, but so worth it. What I experienced was dedication. At one point I had two stylists working on me. They adjusted things based on my comfort level and what I wanted. I felt listened to. The entire salon was warm and accommodating and fun! It feels good to laugh. There are people there for all different reasons and no one felt out of place the salon has private rooms for discretion if needed. Starting with so little hair, I truly did not expect the result to look so much like my natural hair. But it does it's amazing! For the first time in a long time, I looked in the mirror and saw myself instead of what I had been through. I went two days ago for a Vitamin C facial and an eyebrow wax for a 30th birthday treat. I tip 20% and it was $132 with tip. I was there for almost two hours(not good at a supermarket, good at a spa)! She has a website with prices, descriptions, and all that. Her spa is so adorable, especially when lit up at night. It is always clean, stylish, and inviting. Just the perfect size for someone in business by herself. Some services that I have tried over time are: brow & Brazilian waxing; back, signature, vitamin C, and seaweed facials. Maybe more, I just cannot think of them now. Sometimes I go in just for brows, and sometimes I will do brows, a facial, and a Brazilian. She is so easy to talk to when I want to talk, or be still with when I want to relax. Her prices are pretty amazing too. I hope she never leaves and always has time. Tip: if there are no appointments available online, call her or email her to see if she has anything else available. If she has time, she will find an appointment for you. That's pretty much it. I am glad I found her. Keep in mind, It was my appointment time and that client's appointment was actually running late. I tried to tell Noelle that my appointment was at the moment, and she literally tried to argue with me and then had to look it up, and was like oh yeah, you're right. I have given this company many opportunities but all they do is burn me, never complete full extractions and take short cuts in their facials. Will not be going back
