On another occasion, she took a call immediately after we were done and didn't even say goodbye to me as I was leaving. It's not a spa and I'm not expecting star treatment, but at least save the decorating emergencies for after the treatment is over. I recently called her to get a follow up, and she never even called me back. I should have pretended to be her decorator, and then I would've gotten a call back right in the middle of her treating a client! Fortunately, I found another place, so I won't be going back.

It was not very instructive. I thought it was because I had a groupon and some places gives you a feeling that you are not getting their full service or would treat you differently because you have a groupon. But i was happy with Maureen , she apologized about the inconvenience with the phone calls . And she did not make me feel like i was treated anyless than other customers who paid full price. i would giev her full stars but because of the phone issue i took one out. Most importantly she was very genuine , sweet, professional, experienced,and made my experience very comfortable. She was very informative about the procedures. She could sense I was a little nervous when I asked her how much it would hurt. So she sweetly offered to do a quick trial session just so I could see if I thought it was something I could handle. (I could!) It's definitely a commitment but one that is so worthwhile. To be freed from my tweezers has been blissful. Now I have beautifully shaped eyebrows that I never have to worry about. The quality is inconsistent and mediocre at best, so I don't know why I have contined to give them so many chances. My gel pedicure appointment last weekend and it was the last straw. It was, by far, the worst nail service I have ever had. Even though I tried to ask questions of the tech and very politely asked that she give more attention to the areas around my toes (not callouses on my heels or balls of my feet), because every pedicure I have gotten included this attention to detail. She seemed annoyed and had to call Grace over to see if I was just being a pain or if my requests were justified. Next, came the hiddeous shade of nail polish that I am most certain now was expired. I thought the shade would improve with added coats, but it definitely didn't. She also claimed that she did the three coats of polish, despite the inconsistent appearance. It was already too awkward to try to ask Grace for help, so I just left and now have to pay again for the service to be corrected by another salon. I genuinely wish Grace would better train these young women and give them name tags so they arent treated like invisible servants.
