They were up front with all the costs involved. If I wasn't moving I would make them my dentist and start going again. Definitely set the standard for oral care.

After the session, there was no follow up or check in at all, which has never happened in any of my previous experiences here. I was tired of bouncing around, so I gave it time to see if things might improve. In the end, she agreed it was not the right fit. What was most disappointing was how it was handled. It took several calls, emails, and texts from me to learn that my sessions had been canceled less than 24 hours before my next appointment. The front desk told me the owner was supposed to call me about the cancellations and to suggest an alternative therapist, but that call never happened, and there was no follow up afterward. There was also a brief moment that stood out. I had left more than 20 percent, though less than the week before because the experience felt different. When I shared that, it was suggested that the front desk might not have passed the full amount along. That surprised me, as the front desk team has always been consistently kind, professional, and trustworthy. I want to be clear that the front desk staff are excellent. They make scheduling seamless, communicate thoughtfully, and create a welcoming environment every time you walk in. I am writing this because I cared about this place. I used to genuinely look forward to coming here. Moving on feels like losing something familiar, almost like losing a friend. There was just enough space for the stroller next to my pedicure chair, so I could happily soak my feet and enjoy the massage chair while Lee did my MIL's nails first. My feet really needed some TLC and were very happy after the soak, short massage, and scrub. I wish we could have opted for a longer massage! Lee did a great job with my nails. I opted for a festive color and feel ready for the holidays. A number of regulars came by while we were there, which was a nice sign. The prices were very reasonable too. I plan to come back!
