When I checked out at the front desk, I was only offered a 15% discount. I was a little surprised as it should've been 25% (I lost out on 20 minutes). Again, not a huge deal I'll roll with it. I asked to charge my card on file a 20% tip. I assumed it would be 20% of the discounted rate. Nope! The women at the front desk charged me 20% of the 80 minute rate. I am thrilled & in awe with the way my face looks Nadia, you are true!!!! The greatest person who I was honored to even meet this year!!!! I will not ruin a review because of other workers who acted & treats a customer like trash. Not Nadia. I apologize for my first review. I am not a child like the rest of your workers Nadia. I'm thrown back by the way I was treated, yes. Shame on you others. I don't know who you people truly are nor what all your personal issues are, but learn from this & learn to treat a high paying customer with respect. Nadia, I truly appreciate everything you have done for me, & I'm sorry. You deserve 10 stars above & beyond!!!! You are true. You speak truth & you act true & I can not ruin your review because of your other workers. Thank you so, so very much for the C02 job!!!! After three treatments, my arms and face look worse. My face has brown patches that were not there before. Many spots on my arms got darker and never came off. I approached them and was told that they never told me a number of treatments and it could take 3-4 more treatments to work. However, when I was in the office, I was told that I would want to do three treatments, because if I did anything less, my arms would be splotchy. I would never have begun this process if I thought the cost would be potentially double. I let the owner know that this was never disclosed, and she did not reply. She just forwarded my email onto someone else who told me the owner was on vacation for a month. On top of that, after one of my treatments, I was bruised badly. The owner told me that this was not a bruise and is normal. Yet, four months later, I still have remnants of a bruise on my chest and I have to go elsewhere to spend thousands to fix what was started on my arms.

I was supposed to get a manicure too, but they would only remove my existing polish with the machine that gets tons of dust in the air and I didn't want to inhale that in such a small space so they refused to do my manicure. Over time, however, it felt like the management style, particularly at the ownership level, shifted. Communication became inconsistent, and situations that once would have been handled directly and professionally were not. This was not reflective of the front desk team. Many of the therapists I connected with moved on. My most recent experience simply was not the right fit. I did not feel fully heard, and the session felt more rushed than mindful. After the session, there was no follow up or check in at all, which has never happened in any of my previous experiences here. I was tired of bouncing around, so I gave it time to see if things might improve. In the end, she agreed it was not the right fit. What was most disappointing was how it was handled. It took several calls, emails, and texts from me to learn that my sessions had been canceled less than 24 hours before my next appointment. The front desk told me the owner was supposed to call me about the cancellations and to suggest an alternative therapist, but that call never happened, and there was no follow up afterward. There was also a brief moment that stood out. I had left more than 20 percent, though less than the week before because the experience felt different. When I shared that, it was suggested that the front desk might not have passed the full amount along. That surprised me, as the front desk team has always been consistently kind, professional, and trustworthy. I want to be clear that the front desk staff are excellent. They make scheduling seamless, communicate thoughtfully, and create a welcoming environment every time you walk in. I am writing this because I cared about this place. I used to genuinely look forward to coming here. Moving on feels like losing something familiar, almost like losing a friend. I would still welcome a one on one conversation with the owner, as I would have appreciated that before. I hope the practice finds its way back to what once made it so special.

Katie and her staff are incredibly professional and they're always great about scheduling. When they know they're busy they'll have me book in advance so I can get all of my appointments in. And if they need to reschedule due to a conflict they always give plenty of notice. The Spa itself is very cozy and clean. Heated beds?!?! A revelation. Breath mints for when you chugged coffee on the way into your appointment?! I'm here for it. I love the convenient location and availability of parking - coming from L.A. those are luxuries. The services - I love the sensitive soothing facial! I've fallen asleep with the jelly mask on, I'm not ashamed. It was that relaxing. My husband and I both did a round of peels this past winter and his acne is basically gone, and my maskne dark spots have faded almost entirely. I also want to note that the electrology pricing is very fair! The selection of products is really good! I love Eminence and have been using that brand for a while, but I also love that they carry result driven product lines like PCA. They never get pushy with products but they'll make recommendations based off your skin concerns, and honestly who doesn't love professional skin care advice?! This is an extremely qualified group of women giving five star service!

Over the last few months I've continued seeing Svetlana exclusively for my waxing needs and we've discussed inconsistencies with my leg and Brazilian waxing. There have also been a few issues with sugaring my bikini area. On one occasion the sugaring was so rough and painful the skin was ripped off my bikini area (I decided no more sugaring after that ordeal) and my legs have had leftover hairs time and time again. Svetlana informed me that it's common when you start waxing again and once you've done it for roughly a year it will stop happening. It's been almost a year where I've exclusively waxed with her but there hasn't been a change. When I get home I'm still tweezing missed hair. I decided to ask her about it and she informed me that she doesn't have much experience with waxing my hair type. I was under the impression she did based on her many accolades.
