She used specific products based on our conversation and her analysis of my skin, and left me more knowledgeable about what my skin needs. It felt nice to be seen and invested in. I even ended up purchasing a couple of products per recommendation and after using them for a while now, I love them! My skin felt so good after, and LOOKED good too. It felt good investing in myself, self care is important!! I felt really taken care of in the hands of Katie, she's truly an expert!! I will be back for more services, especially another facial!

Let me start off by saying I'm a regular when it comes to services. I've NEVER had a bad service, I've always left satisfied. Katie and her staff are incredibly professional and they're always great about scheduling. When they know they're busy they'll have me book in advance so I can get all of my appointments in. And if they need to reschedule due to a conflict they always give plenty of notice. The Spa itself is very cozy and clean. Heated beds?!?! A revelation. Breath mints for when you chugged coffee on the way into your appointment?! I'm here for it. I love the convenient location and availability of parking - coming from L.A. those are luxuries. The services - I love the sensitive soothing facial! I've fallen asleep with the jelly mask on, I'm not ashamed. It was that relaxing. My husband and I both did a round of peels this past winter and his acne is basically gone, and my maskne dark spots have faded almost entirely. I also want to note that the electrology pricing is very fair! The selection of products is really good! I love Eminence and have been using that brand for a while, but I also love that they carry result driven product lines like PCA. They never get pushy with products but they'll make recommendations based off your skin concerns, and honestly who doesn't love professional skin care advice?! This is an extremely qualified group of women giving five star service!

I was honestly shocked. After years of coming here, what stood out wasn't just the refusal itself, but the complete relational disconnect -- like customers are just numbers. And beyond the stamp, it was the willingness to compromise principle over something so small. If integrity is negotiable over something this small, what else is? Not worth going back. Update: The guy called back and apologized, which in itself shows integrity. We're all human and not immune to mistakes. That goes a long way. The issue was never really about the stamps, but the principle and integrity behind it. The fact that he took the time to call and apologize redeemed that for me. Because of that, I do plan to go back again.

I booked an appt for Saturday morning right as they open. I was very excited. The place actually looked nice and seemed clean, but the tech was horrible. I believe her name was Sena (or Senna). She was rude, rough, heavy-handed, and rushed, scolded me for moving or not moving my thumb, for not knowing the terms for different nail shapes, etc. She kept grunting the entire time and did not listen to what I was asking or requesting. She was pretty hostile the entire time. Not exactly the spa experience I was hoping for. :(

They got me in right away and the manicure was great. They even have little gloves they put on your hands to protect from the UV rays when the gel is cured. She helped me pick my color and did a great job on the ombré glitter party nail. I wish this salon was closer to home - because this would be my usual spot. I used a Groupon for TL Nails Spa this morning and was highly impressed. I was coming off the worst…read moremanicure/pedicure of my life last month where the technician was aggressive on my cuticles and caused pain. My experience at TL Nails Spa was just the opposite: Elaine was patient, thorough, and careful. She did just the right amount of using tools to cut and push cuticles. I left feeling like my toes and fingers were fresh and clean, but not too dug-into so as to cause pain. The employees in this nail salon are very friendly and chatty. Though I was a new customer, the other customers were locals who had been there multiple times. The manager seemed to know which colors they had chosen in the past and was chatty with them about their families, work, etc. Compared to getting my nails done closer to the city where the nail salons are more impersonal and seemingly in a rush, this place is excellent. It has a cozy feel inside and though the massage chairs are not the most pristine, who cares? The staff is kind, the place is cozy, their work is well done. The priorities are in the right place.
