Katie was thorough and made my experience personal and comfortable. She used specific products based on our conversation and her analysis of my skin, and left me more knowledgeable about what my skin needs. It felt nice to be seen and invested in. I even ended up purchasing a couple of products per recommendation and after using them for a while now, I love them! My skin felt so good after, and LOOKED good too. It felt good investing in myself, self care is important!! I felt really taken care of in the hands of Katie, she's truly an expert!! I will be back for more services, especially another facial!

I've been receiving facials, peels, waxing, and electrology services from Katie for almost a year…read morenow and she is truly wonderful! Let me start off by saying I'm a regular when it comes to services. I've NEVER had a bad service, I've always left satisfied. Katie and her staff are incredibly professional and they're always great about scheduling. When they know they're busy they'll have me book in advance so I can get all of my appointments in. And if they need to reschedule due to a conflict they always give plenty of notice. The Spa itself is very cozy and clean. Heated beds?!?! A revelation. Breath mints for when you chugged coffee on the way into your appointment?! I'm here for it. I love the convenient location and availability of parking - coming from L.A. those are luxuries. The services - I love the sensitive soothing facial! I've fallen asleep with the jelly mask on, I'm not ashamed. It was that relaxing. My husband and I both did a round of peels this past winter and his acne is basically gone, and my maskne dark spots have faded almost entirely. I also want to note that the electrology pricing is very fair! The selection of products is really good! I love Eminence and have been using that brand for a while, but I also love that they carry result driven product lines like PCA. They never get pushy with products but they'll make recommendations based off your skin concerns, and honestly who doesn't love professional skin care advice?! This is an extremely qualified group of women giving five star service!

My experience was good. A few reflections- 1) selecting a color when looking at hundreds of choices is like picking a cereal in the mega supermarket, so I might need help to narrow it down. 2) I'm Asian , I walk into an Asian business, I understand the quiet... we don't have much small talk but the reassuring smile says I'm ok. 3) the cost. Wow, prices have gone up since the pandemic!! I'm sure the price was fair. I always tip generously and kindly say "thank you very much." 4) I wash dishes, pull weeds, play guitar and sports... with bare hands. And my nails have amazingly survived a month without any chipping...the gloss still reflect light. My nails receive compliments... so thank you.

I was honestly shocked. After years of coming here, what stood out wasn't just the refusal itself, but the complete relational disconnect -- like customers are just numbers. And beyond the stamp, it was the willingness to compromise principle over something so small. If integrity is negotiable over something this small, what else is? Not worth going back. Update: The guy called back and apologized, which in itself shows integrity. We're all human and not immune to mistakes. That goes a long way. The issue was never really about the stamps, but the principle and integrity behind it. The fact that he took the time to call and apologize redeemed that for me. Because of that, I do plan to go back again.

For "What's Hot" and "What's Not", most of what my original review is the same. However.... What's Hot - Quality. I'll add that Talita's method and style of massage was an improvement from my original masseuse. To be fair, I'm picky about my massages, but Talita appears to be better than my original masseuse. If you do need a massage, I recommend Talita, especially because I haven't had massages from any other staff. - Customer service. This place has very good customer service and appears to be more attentive to their customers' needs and issues. Had the pressure of Talita's massage been a bit better, more focused, and more in tune with the knots and tension in my body, I would give this place a 4, maybe 5-star rating. Coming across a business, where management individually follow up with customers is not common and a business quality I very much appreciate. It shows a care and understanding that not many businesses have, which is why I wish I could give them a higher rating. What's Not - Quality. Unfortunately, I still had some tension and knots when I left the 30 minute massage. To be fair, Talita didn't give me a bad massage, but I've had better. I definitely appreciate it when a masseuse asks about my problem areas, and then use that feedback to focus during the massage. I've also had masseuses who spend a good amount of time in specific areas and tell me they can feel the tension and/or knots, either during or after the massage. Again, not bad, but I've had better massages. Final Answer - Not bad, but may not be my top choice to return for massages.

The place is super clean and looks like a nail shop palace. They are friendly and attentive. It smelled amazing in there a mixture of all kinds of beautiful scents. I saw Jenny she showed a lot of attention to detail. Took her time, was conversational and really nice. The gel manicure was more than id like to pay for it 30$. But the care you get there is worth it. They offered me a drink when I sat down and kept checking in on my comfort. Pedi: awe man i got the spa pedicure for 45$ well, well worth it. They have a selection of scrubs to chose from and its like an hour process so they def take their time. Good massages all the way through. They clean, scrub, dip your feet in wax, add warm towels, and some more jazz. It was amazing.best part is they put these bags into the foot bath, new to each customer. This prevents getting foot fungus and all that other crap you worry about while getting pedicures.

When I checked out at the front desk, I was only offered a 15% discount. I was a little surprised as it should've been 25% (I lost out on 20 minutes). Again, not a huge deal I'll roll with it. I asked to charge my card on file a 20% tip. I assumed it would be 20% of the discounted rate. Nope! The women at the front desk charged me 20% of the 80 minute rate. Super bummed about the whole experience. My husband often purchases me gift cards for birthdays, Mother's day, etc. He's going to have to find a different spa, unfortunately.
