I was supposed to get a manicure too, but they would only remove my existing polish with the machine that gets tons of dust in the air and I didn't want to inhale that in such a small space so they refused to do my manicure. My mom felt bad because she (the woman) kept smudging the nail polish and then the owner came over to help and kind of got upset (at the other woman). It was kind of awkward we will not return. I felt unsafe and left. She falsely involved the police as if they don't have better things to do. It was unreal. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Pay and tip wherever you like -- but don't risk your safety here. Stay far away. A business that treats paying customers like criminals doesn't deserve customers at all. I asked to charge my card on file a 20% tip. I assumed it would be 20% of the discounted rate. Nope! The women at the front desk charged me 20% of the 80 minute rate.
