I don't know if they think I won't notice 20 mins plus or minus the original time. It does not work for me because I make time out of my work schedule to get there. I bought 3 microdermabrasion sessions and I was given an appointment for the third session months away, stating a lack of availability, and finally when I'm a week away from my session, I stop using my retin A. And I show up for this appointment and the center is closed. I call the office and they apologise for not intimating me. I do not know how this business is surviving. I will no longer be going here since they do not value anyone's time.

She never rushes my appointments, gentle with my sensitive skin, and very knowledgeable. I use to get really bad breakouts/ acne despite all that I do to try and take care of my skin. I would even spend lots of money on different luxury skin care products, but I'd still have breakouts and acne. However, after a friend referral to see Jesenia at Cosmetic and Laser Center my skin is clear and free of acne/breakouts. I also bring my husband here too! So thanks to Jesenia, we both have awesome glowing skin!!

My annual skin checks are rushed through. Pham made me feel like crap telling me I'm breaking out "all over" when I have two pinhole size pimples on my face and one on my back. My acne breakouts were a huge issue in high school but it's been under control most of my adulthood. I have cheek scarring so I know a thing or two about breaking out all over. This most certainly was not the case today. She just has a terrible bedside manner. Like calling my breasts "folds" when I asked her to check out a fluid filling sac underneath one of them. And I'm not crazy about stripping down in front of a window with two vertical blind slats missing. Her assurance of nobody being able to see in because the windows are tinted didn't bode well with me. And that particular room has been like that for a year?! I mean come on with this place. I would heavily consider looking elsewhere before you visit this place. I know I am moving forward.
