I showed up to the appointment on the next day, and the person who was working said they did not know how to perform the procedure that I had signed up for. Therefore, both times, I went to the appointment and wasted my time. This is absolutely ridiculous and I've never received any kind of service like this from any service provider. The owner on the other hand wasn't accountable perhaps a bit gaslighting and tried telling me it was my skin color. Well that about did for me- be cautious if using their services. It also doesn't help that the owner seems to be going back and forth with customers on reviews- perhaps some accountability and measures to make improvements based on constructive criticism or feedback could be beneficial.
