I've used Groupon with much success so felt comfortable doing so. But this was a disaster. There is no Laser Spa- Karin works in her home in Natick. Admittedly, the room is clean and comfortable. She does many different esthetic procedures but the only license I could find online for her was an expired electrologist license. The first thing she tried to do was upsell additional services- $300 for bottom liner and an additional $350 for lash enhancement. She made a mess of my eyes and her "wing" pointed downward instead of up. Evidently I was a glutton for punishment because she told me to come for a follow up appointment and she made it worse. This woman should not be doing any cosmetic tattooing.I can't attest to the quality of her other esthetic offerings but I do know one thing- no one should go near her for permanent makeup. She made me look ten years older.
