I was charged for two syringes of filler without being told that I wouldn't be able to use them for all the areas we discussed. Only after paying was I told they would inject half a syringe into my smile lines and discard the rest, even though I paid a significant amount for it. This felt wasteful, unclear, and not client-focused. I also learned that they don't inject in several facial areas I had originally asked about, which was never mentioned up front. Overall, the experience felt rushed, sales-driven, and not transparent. I ended up walking out without getting the treatment at all. I made an appointment for a consultation with Ross, and immediately was so at ease with him that I decided to go for it. He had time to start my first removal session right then and there, so I got brave and said yes. My tattoo is black and pink, and Ross let me know that the pink is harder to remove. However, after just one session, I saw huge progress. (Note that everyone's skin/tattoos are different, so if you don't see the same results that I did after 1 session, don't worry)! I'm happy I decided to go through with the process. By early next year, the old tats will be gone, and I can wear tank tops again in the summer.

I'm writing a review prematurely to the finish of my tattoo because I have been told every time I come in to write a review, and I don't prefer to write reviews before the job is done but I know they will ask me again at my upcoming appointment. I would prefer not to be reminded of writing a review every time I come in, as I do write reviews regularly and I will update the public when I feel it is necessary.
