Please do not book with Cammie. She is an unprofessional and unethical individual. There is no accountability on her part for injecting in the wrong location. Neither offered a solution nor expressed regret. In order to prevent me from proceeding with scheduling an appointment with the other nurses she demanded that a doctor's note is needed in order to be seen. In spite of the fact that my appointment was scheduled months ago for today, she is threatening to cancel my appointment if I don't have a doctors note , had she at least gave me two weeks notice about the note being needed I would've been fine with it , but she decided to let me know 4 hours before my appointment. read more

I was told to come and see Cami, as my sister in law has gone there but sadly my sister in law was injected in the wrong place that caused facial paralysis for well over a month. I am a virgin to the botox world and wanted to give it a try but after seeing it first hand how it can go wrong was frightening to say the least. What really made me feel like I should look elsewhere was how Cami handled the situation with my sister in law, very rude and unprofessional. She lacked accountability and made assumptions based off medical history and she is not a licensed doctor. My sister in laws face has since recovered, thank goodness, but it wasn't until well over 3 months. Then to hear my sister in law was blocked by Cami from coming back to the office to be seen by another injector, when my sister in law didn't even threaten legal action, showed a level of immaturity and again, lack of professionalism. read more

Today I had Botox with Shushanik Yegoyan. She was one of the most professional beauty nurse practitioners I've ever seen. She recommended procedures only in my best interest and refuse to do anything would not look right on my face. She listened everything I had to say very carefully and made great recommendations was friendly lovely and make the process so easy, was in and out in 20 minutes. I purchased a Groupon for 6 sessions on one area, underarms. After 4 sessions, the nurse told me she thought I would need more sessions, and they graciously gave me 2 additional sessions free of charge. However, after completing 8 sessions on my underarms, I still have noticeable hair and need to shave frequently. Didn't even get to the treatment! I saw a Groupon for laser hair removal at this business, I've wanted this for a long time and I decided, ok, I'll do it! Purchased the Groupon for a large area and went to book my consult. They have an online booking system, got an appt for Sunday late afternoon. Got texts all week reminding me of my appointment and a text to confirm, which I did. Get there on Sunday, it's CLOSED. I call, no answer, left a message. I called again Monday during business hours and I had to leave another message. They called me back and said they weren't sure what happened, but that they weren't taking any new laser hair removal clients at this location anyway. I informed her that I had purchased a Groupon for this location. She said, "oh you already have the Groupon?" I do, so she gave me an appointment for Tuesday afternoon, I expressed my thanks but she sounded completely put out. At the time I spoke with her, the offer was STILL listed on the Groupon site for all of their locations, and on Yelp itself as a "Powered by Groupon" offer! See pics. Tuesday, I got an email from Groupon saying the Natick location has closed. I called multiple times and no one answered. I left a message, no one has called me back yet. I'm guessing if I went to my appointment, either they would be closed again or they would say that the Groupon isn't valid at their location and turn me away. I first went to Laser Gentle this past summer after purchasing a Groupon, which is a nice introduction when going to a place for the first time. I had a peel and a collagen skin tightening treatment with Angelica. The peel results were instant, leaving me with glowing skin. The collagen treatment kicked in about a week after and I was surprised when I saw continued improvement with each passing week for the next few weeks. I knew I'd be back and happy to pay regular pricing from their monthly specials. I recently went back for Botox on my forehead & 11's - it's been two and a half weeks and I'm beyond pleased with the results. It was my first time having Botox here. My nurse was Maria - knowledgeable, precise with a natural talent for aesthetic. Her application was flawless and the results were natural and exactly what I was hoping for. She also took the time to answer my questions and explain thoroughly when asked recommendations for other skin treatments. This might be a little too soon for a review, but I went in for a Botox appointment today and I've got nothing but positive things to say. I am probably the most annoying person on the planet because I have more questions than the bar exam, and Jane (the nurse) was knowledgeable, informative, and patient. She also had great recommendations for other procedures that I might be interested in later, and she based those on what I told her my goals/problems were. I always see people complain about spas/etc. trying to sell you more (not necessarily here, but in general); however, I think you've got to know going in that anyone is going to try and "up-sell" you. That's their job. But it's like know your own limits and what you want to buy and don't, and ultimately if you buy or not is on you. I found, though, that Jane wasn't just pushing the top dollar procedure, but was giving me options and really was like, look, here's a cost-effective, most bang for your buck treatment I'd recommend, but also here are the other things. I actually really appreciated the info and her professional opinion. I genuinely left my appointment today and texted several friends who are on the fence about similar treatments and told them the same I'll say here: Truly nice and personable staff, very clean and pristine office, easy to find location (and right next to a Dunks, too, which is always a bonus to me), fair prices with a referral program and (I think) monthly specials, and great treatment. Horrible service! I was referred to this spa because the spa that I used to go to suddenly closed for no reason n no notice.The lady in charge ( Valeria) of the new spa was extremely rude and not helpful.I asked for a refund of my money because the spa was far from Boston n i hated how Valerie treated me as a costumer, but she kept refusing n said " you should be happy we are offering you service; that business closed down n u could've lost your money" . Well she didn't know that she was dealing with a university professor who teaches students to fight for their rights and not take yes for an answer unless justified . I eventually contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute and was able to get my money back in less than 30 days. Not recommend this place! Worst costumer appreciation ! read more

I love this place! Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable! Before I started laser hair reduction on my face (especially my upper lip and chin), I was really afraid that, because I have dark skin, I would be burned by the laser and/or the treatments wouldn't be effective. After starting my treatments at Laser Gentle-- Natick, all those fears have been put to rest. My results are amazing! I barely have hair on my upper lip and chin (it was really bad, y'all) and I'm so pleased with the results that I am now doing my Bikini area. For my Bikini area, I'm a few treatments in and I'm already wowed by the results! You guys will not be disappointed. I am a bit suspicious of all these five star reviews. I went here for a treatment because it was available and no one was "bad" but I was left wanting. First, clearly they are here to sell sell sell. In fact, during the consult the person I worked with left me with the promotional materials which gave specific instructions how to trap me for more stuff that I didn't need. Such as packaging a needless $50 care kit with the treatment and of course - she did that. Then if I wanted to make an appointment I had to prepay and I could not have a refund if I didn't show up or changed my mind. When I had the procedure I didn't get a lot of relevant answers to my questions and there was no follow up even though it was a "medical" procedure. There was however lots of selling as I left on new and expensive products. I would say if you know you want to do something anyway this is a good place to go. But if you have doubts or have a budget or what your questions medically answered...this might not be the best. It is a very nice place, very clean and brand new. read more

There's no customer love here - just selling.
