I was really looking forward to trying the Collagen & Stem Cells Skin Tightening Facial Treatment at Glow Touch Spa after seeing the $69.99 promotion on social media. The treatment sounded promising, especially with all the details listed about collagen and stem cell benefits--so I decided to give it a try, even though I usually do my own facials at home with organic ingredients. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to what was advertised. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk, so I waited on the couch for about 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. The esthetician was polite, but after another 10-minute wait, she brought me into the room and started the facial. What disappointed me most was the actual treatment. It was advertised as a 1 hour 30 minute session, and the email I received confirmed 1 hour 15 minutes--but the facial barely lasted an hour. More importantly, it felt like a standard hydrofacial, not the specialized collagen & stem cell tightening treatment that was promoted. I was cohersed and taken advantage of from Joseph and Louis to sign a five year contract, 15,000, when I was under duress from just loosing my husband of 30 years. Due to unforeseen medical circumstances which have prevented me to utilize my spa membership since November 2025. Glow Touch Spa - is now Flora Med Spa and my guess if due to the horrible reviews. I went in for a promotional facial - got pressured into buying a package. The 20 minute trial facial I received was okay, but nothing to write home about. I was promised that all facials moving forward would be 1.5 - 2 hours long with speciality treatments. I went for the first facial of my package and while the esthetician was kind enough but it was easily the worst facial I have ever gotten, only lasted for about 45 minutes and didn't have the elements of a regular facial and was so disappointing. This was my first visit for the promotion I saw on Instagram so I decided to take advantage of it. First, the office is extremely clean and relaxing when you first enter greeted by all the friendly staff members. Joseph took care of me and analyzed my skin and intro to the company and went over what my goals were and he was EXTREMELY professional and detailed. I was seen by Ann and let me tell you!!!!!! My skin did not look like my skin! It was smooth and refreshed and healthy looking, a lot better than when I went it! Signed up for the intro special and received no less than 6 calls/texts confirming. I completed the new client form prior and arrived right on time. I was checked in and asked to take a seat. Several other clients checked in after me and the front office staff has to bring separate chairs out from the closet so people weren't standing while waiting. I waited for 20 minutes, received no updates, anticipated wait time, nothing so I left. Overbooked with no consideration for peoples' time. It was a 330pm appointment on Wed. I had my 1st facial back in February 2025 with discount special 69,99, they did ok job, and then sat me down to go over package deals What sounded great for that second, turned out to be a big FRAUD. i signed up for the pacakge based on a book they gave me of services, i asked for it on paper never got it. they said here take a picture of iwth your phone, Right then and there I should of RAN out of that OFFICE I went for my 2nd one, which was half fast unprofessional, services of a facial was bascialy put product on my face, and take it .. I do that myself at home. Make a long story short, i have been trying to cancel my contract since February only to get the run around, they play games and refuse to end my contract. DO NOT GO HERE. They are scam artists. They will pressure you to buy services that come with products, get you to sign a bunch of things and even if you want to return within the 24 hour period, they will make it as difficult as possible. I made the mistake of getting the collagen and light facial deal on their facebook page. The facial itself was mediocre at best. Very short, no massage. Before the facial I was taken to another room where my photo was taken and analyzed. Even though the machine said I looked much younger than I am, Joseph told me everything that was "wrong" with my skin. After the treatment, I was pressured to purchase a package. I purchased one and a few hours later realized the skin condition I have can be flared up by the light machine they use and sent an email to cancel and return the package. I called several times the next day to return the package and was finally able to speak with Joseph. Since then I have emailed and called several times to get confirmation that I can come return the package and a price for the original facial and the products i had opened. I keep getting "someone will call you back". I have sent emails to several different email addresses I have been given. When I do speak to Joseph or a manager, they tell me they will get back to me in a day or two. At this point I'm looking at small claims court. Find yourself a dermatologic aesthetician and stay as far away from this place as possible. read more

I have been dealing with Glow Touch Beauty & Spa in Natick, MA since I was lured into signing up for their special "package deal" after I received my promotional non-surgical facelift facial special for $69.00 back in January 2024! I wasn't planning on signing up for anything, but I was somehow tricked into it. Yael gave me a nice non-surgical facial & said she would be my personal esthetician every month if I signed up. She said she would be able to analyze my skin for the best treatment plan. She & her boss, Yakir, made it sound super easy to sign up. They even gave me a "free" present to sign up, a Sapphire X zero gravity device (blue light), which they claimed costs $10,000. They also said I would receive unlimited skin care products for the year. They mentioned that anytime I'd run out of a product, they would replace it for free. They set me up with a Cherry Payment plan (a loan service) where monthly payments would be pulled automatically from my credit card to pay for my skin care services for one year. After I signed up, Yakir set me up for my next appointment on 2/5, which was for microneedling. When I arrived for my apt, I was told I couldn't receive it because they didn't have an esthetician who had their license to do microneedling in MA yet, so I received a basic facial instead. I was assured for my next apt I would be able to receive microneedling, however, that didn't happen either. Not only was Yael, my "personal esthetician", not there, but neither was Yakir. I spoke to another esthetician and he said my face wasn't "ready" to have microneedling done. He said I would need at least another 3-4 months of regular facials to prepare my face for microneedling. I told him the owner signed me up for my apt the month after my first promotional facial so why wouldn't he have mentioned my face wasn't ready yet? I received another basic facial instead. My next apt was made for 4/15 (Monday, Patriots Day). I received numerous texts, emails and even a phone call reminder on Sunday night at almost 9pm about my Monday apt. I questioned the woman that called if they were still open due to the marathon running through that area and she said they were open. Sure enough, I drove to Natick and all roads leading to the building were closed. I then called Glow Touch and they said sorry we are closed. It took me an hour to drive there too. At that point I had enough. After many, many, many phone calls to customer service to have the owner call me, it was almost impossible to reach him. I wanted to cancel my membership plan as I was receiving way too many red flags that this place was a scam. Each month, I was automatically being charge $220.54 even if they changed the service (from microneedling to a basic facial) or cancelled it on me. The owner finally called me and appologized & assured I would receive the VIP treatment for my next apt. He said he would even make sure to be there (of course he wasn't there). He convinced me to not cancel the membership after adding on an additional 7 more facials (including 3 microneedling & 3 hydrafacials) as well as an additional 6 months of extended free skin care products. For my next apt, I received a hydrafacial apt which was "ok". My next apt was for 6/10, which once again I received numerous reminders which I confirmed that I was coming. As I was driving there, Natalie, another Glow Touch esthetician, called to ask if I could come at another time. I told her no as I was almost there already and had to go back to work right after the apt. She said she would call another client then to see if she could change her apt. When I arrived, Natalie was sitting with a client trying to sell a facial package plan. Natalie didn't even acknowledge me waiting until another client walked in. It wasn't until the other client sat down that Natalie came up to both of us and said that she had some bad news. She told us that she could only give one of us a facial. She was so unprofessional to have her clients decide in front of each other who should receive the facial as they double booked us. The other client said she lived close by so she would come back a different day. Natalie was happy then went into the supply cabinet and came out with a few products to give to the client as a reward for coming back another time. Meanwhile, as I was waiting, Natalie went back to the other client to continue her sales pitch. After waiting almost 20 minutes "after" my apt time I asked Natalie how much longer she would be and she said awhile. I told her I had to get back to work and couldn't wait much longer. So I had to leave, without getting a facial, but was still automatically charged for it again. I tried to reach the owner to cancel and once again impossible to get a hold of. In total, I received 4 facials that cost $629.99 ($69.99- promo non-surgical facelift facial, $179.00 X 2 (2 basic facials), and a hyrdafacial for $200.00. I was told at the spa the day I got my membership that if I wanted to cancel then to call the spa and so that's what I did. I called them I was told to email customer service. Which I did. Only to be told to call the spa, then to only be told to email customer service, which I did again. I tried to cancel initially on 7/2 and today is 8/14 and my membership still hasn't been cancelled. I scheduled an appointment for one of their facials. I was called and contacted by email with several reminders. I arrived at my scheduled time to find nobody in their office. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to show up I called their number. The woman told me that someone would be there shortly. I continued to wait but nobody came. When I tried to call again nobody answered. This is no way to run a business. They didn't even call me to apologize. I could never recommend this place! read more

I saw the ad on Instagram for $69.99 and it was a good deal I thought, however the sales pitch afterward has got to go. You are kept for an additional 20-30 minutes in which Michelle trys to pursuade you to buy the premium package for only $5,600 but this package includes the infra red wand for $5,600 - She trys to be your best friend and informs you of how your skin glows and that they will use you as a model... (good grief - does this sales pitch really work on people). The minute I was like no I can't really afford over $200 a month for two years to join a membership - your cut with an ax... when I proceeded to check out.. no thank you, no have a nice day... just axed... Is this anyway to treat customers? You don't know if I could go home and inform some of my friends who do have the money to go to Glow Touch.. Now after this experience I would never recommend them. Sales tactic 101 does not work on people who have been around the block - treat people with respect regardless of not purchasing your membership, this is no way to run a business!!!!! read more
