They outsource their receptionists, so the person booking your appointment over the phone has no idea what they're talking about. When you finally speak to someone who actually works for PM Aesthetics, there's always a crying child in the background. They go to great lengths to avoid accountability. When I asked an injector from a different practice about my filler, she observed that my lips were filled improperly, leading to migration and hard bumps. Despite bringing up my concerns during two follow-up appointments, I was dismissed and told the issues were normal and would resolve over time. However, it had already been over a month with no improvement. Anna claimed the lines above my lips, which formed just days after the filler, were due to swelling and wouldn't be noticeable--but I notice them, and I paid for the service. These creases are the result of poor placement, which caused migration, and they tried to gaslight me into believing otherwise.The entire business feels sketchy. They even lied about the injector I went to for a second opinion, claiming I made her uncomfortable when I asked her to confirm what she saw with my lips to them. When I called her directly, she said she never said that and that they were twisting her words. The manager, Andrew, is extremely insincere and unhelpful. He plays a "he said, she said" game instead of resolving issues. Even after the other professional called them on my behalf to recommend dissolving some of the filler, he denied her statement and coldly insisted it was my choice and that dissolving was not a medical necessity. They also wanted to charge me $400 to dissolve the filler when other injectors only charge $200. PM Aesthetics clearly doesn't care about their patients or their outcomes--they only care about taking your money and silencing complaints. I will be reporting them in every way I can until they inevitably crumble. Thank you PM for wasting my money, time, and lying to me repeatedly!

When I explained that she had marked my entire Groupon as redeemed after my very first treatment, she responded that she was "not dealing with this shit" and promised to Venmo me. I never received a refund. Now, while disputing this through Groupon, Julia is claiming I received 4 out of 6 treatments when I only received 2. I have receipts documenting my two visits because she charged me an additional $45 per session, fees that were never disclosed in the Groupon listing. To make matters worse, I was never asked to sign a consent form or waiver before receiving laser hair removal treatments, which raises additional concerns about her professionalism and safety practices. Dr. Poulos saw how nervous I was during my consultation and spent almost two hours with me discussing what the next steps would be and how she could help. She spoke directly to the point and did not sugar-coat anything, which I was very grateful for. I didn't want a Doctor who filled my head with maybes, I wanted someone to say, this is the body type you have and this is exactly how it will change. I found great comfort in how she spoke. Surgery day came, again, I was so nervous but the outcome was so much better than I anticipated it to be. I went home to recover and was amazed with how little bruising and pain I had. My pain was easily managed with tylenol and my bruising was only a few yellow spots under my breasts. Her office called me the next day to check in and continued to call leading up to my follow-up appointment. My follow up appointments with her and her staff have been wonderful and they continue to be attentive and supportive even as I am 6 weeks post-op.
