I had a facial here using a groupon for the first time and was very satisfied. I bought another groupon. When I arrived for my appointment they didn't have me in the schedule. I rebooked a second time and when I arrived the aesthetician was not there. I booked a third time and they canceled my appointment. I asked to speak with the owner and have not heard back. I didn't receive any compensation for my inconveniences and had to contact groupon for a refund. I WOULD NOT recommend this spa to anyone. It is not worth the headache! read more

They offer a variety of services including laser, facials, microdermabrasion, lash extensions and more! Jane, the receptionist is very responsive and helpful in accomodating my busy work schedule. Stephanie is AMAZING at facial treatments... she understands my sensitive skin and it always glowing when I leave the spa. Cleanest spa I've EVER been to!!!!!!! Very comfortable and relaxing environment. I was worried about corona when I was going there but everyone wears masks, they sanitize everything, and take your temp. I got a lash lift and tint by Amber and it looks amazing. I was thrilled to find Laserderm Medispa after moving into the area and needing to establish new roots. My first service at Laserdemr was an Oxygen facial with Stephanie. Stephanie is a fabulous esthetician. I've had many facials in high end spas and her technique, combined with a relaxing petit massage was amazing. The ambiance of the Spa is lovely and the chairs used for facials among the most comfortable I've been in - important for me since I have a bad back. Each time I went to my laser hair removal appointments, they cut me. Don't know how to use a razor I guess. They always rush through appointments and try to cut corners with their work. They're not gentle, and always missed so many spots even when I tried to point it out to them. They will take advantage of you and your money here. I had the perfect skin/hair type for this procedure and now it's all grown back. So not only do their methods not work, but they rush and lie about it. Not worth it at all, there are plenty of other places out there that blow doors off these people. read more

I went to Laserderm Medispa 3 years ago and received 6 laser hair removal treatments for my Brazilian area. Every time I came in for my next appointment I'd complain that there was hardly a change. After the sixth treatment with no improvement I figured my hair just was too thick and I'd need more treatments. I now have had 2 treatments of laser hair removal from a different medical spa in the same area as before. I notice a huge change in my hair growth and thickness immediately following my first appointment! Not only was Laserderm Medispa continuing to use the same setting on me even though I complained about not having good results, they didn't even have a cooling air that the machine at my current med spa does! The pain without the cool air blowing on you awful. I now know it was not my hair or skin tone that was the problem, it was Laserderm. read more

I'm actually not surprised with the previous poster who mentioned they used the same setting on her, despite her complaining. This place is unethical and I would never come back. I came here 2 years ago after trying to find a new place for electrolysis for my brows after moving closer to home, and figured I'd try this place out after reading some of the positive reviews. Not only did the person doing my brows took her sweet time to run the clock (electrolysis is charged for each 15 minute interval), she had the nerve to tell me (as she was working on my brows) that the first 30 minutes was not enough and I needed another 15 minutes. But when I looked at the clock, it was still another good 5 minutes I had but she had already turned her little self timer for another 15 minutes. In the end, I had to pay 45 minutes for my brows which is ABSURD and pretty pathetic on their part. If this is how they operate on a small area, I can't imagine how much they are jipping people on a larger area. P.s. never have I ever spent that long for my brows since at that time, I have been doing electrolysis close to a year so there were very few hairs. The only time I paid 30 minutes was the very first few times, when my eyebrows were more full. Ended up finding another place (amazing btw) closer to my house that did my brows for 15 minutes, in and out- what I should have paid in the beginning! read more

I've been going to Donna for electrolysis on my face and neck for a few months now and she is a true master and professional in the industry. She works very quickly and efficiently removing a lot of hair without leaving any marks or scarring. Her office is also extremely clean and welcoming. Called to get basic information this morning (Saturday Aug 12 2017 around 1 pm) about the laser they use, and the woman who answered the phone said she thought this was proprietary. She didn't think they gave out information about the make and model. She asked if they could call me back on Tuesday, and when I said they could try even though I was hard to reach, she stopped the process of writing my number down and told me to call back. Rude. First, med spa staff really need to provide information during the first call because customers do not have time to call ten places and then call five of them back for more details. These med spas are all too under-regulated--people leave with burns and scars, and staff often don't even have college degrees much less graduate degrees in a medical field. The first thing I look for is basic information about the type of laser and the make and model of the laser because this tests for an educated staff and gives me information about whether their system will work for my skin and body. Not going to risk this with someone who thinks I should just shut up and trust the "experts" in a field dominated by people who are allowed to make money without any real credentials. read more

I was a transgender customer. Truthfully if you can boast that you were a man and those stubborn beards and shadows, getting rid of the facial hair is the ultimate hair removal challenge. I am a male to female trans women. They said they successfully removed an African males beard, maybe I should of asked if it took them more than 3 years. They invest the high prices on the interior, music, relaxing waterfalls and the like, it gives you the illusion you get what you pay for. Make sure you buy those extra products too on the shelf, please don't waste your money. Instead they should be spending the over priced fees on the machines or invest in long term business relationships, the laser sets you back 225.00 full 40 minute full face appointment. They kept saying they are the best, best machines etc. My third session was the same price, they gave me 20 minutes for 225.00. The results were NADA! When I complained they were like, unconcerned. No way they cared in me coming back. If you have to tell customers you are the best, I should of known that's because it isn't proven, the glass is half empty then show off about it..The yelp seems to have actual employees that make it appear as if they are a customer talk how great they are. If Transgender, DO NOT GIVE them the business. You know what I mean, they will tell you there the best. I had 3 appointments and still a full facial beard days after I had left. My facial hair is dark brown, and 575.00 got me nothing in return. Just within the last year, I shopped around for a place that gives better results. Discovered Laserderm by chance - thanks to Groupon. I was stressed and exhausted, my skin demanded a facial, so I bought a 2-signature facial package on a whim. I am so happy I did! My esthetician, Jessica Soligon, was fantastic both times. Safe to say, she is one of the best. You do not want to leave after your session - it is truly a treat. The spa is clean and cozy, the towels and sheets smell wonderfully, the chair/bed is comfortable and warm - I would move in if they let me LOL Jessica uses products that my face responds exceptionally well to. She does a very thorough job and by the end of the session, every inch of your face feels unclogged, refreshed, and nourished. You leave the spa looking years younger and there is that magic glow! Jessica also does a fantastic neck and arm massage which is a part of your signature facial. So good! Everyone here is super nice. If you are looking for a super lush spa with whirlpools etc, this is not that place. But if you are looking for educated professionals to care for your skin, THIS IS the place. I go there regularly for facials and micro dermabrasion with Jessica. She is extremely knowledgeable and sweet. It is a good way to care for my skin, plus it is the only relaxation time I make for myself. Some days I just relax and almost fall asleep, other days we giggly quietly as I can get chatty. I adore Jessica and this place.
