I had a Custom Organic facial with Megan yesterday and I highly recommend her. She is welcoming and listened to what I was interested in. Her room is relaxing and clean. She asked about what my hope was for our session. She NAILED IT!!!! Megan knows her products and explained all the benefits clearly to me. Her hands are gentle and relaxing. Please book an appointment with her, I woke up today and saw a refreshed and polished happy face. Thanks Megan, I will return. read more

Julie and her staff are truly amazing! I always feel so relaxed and well taken care of each visit . Julie does the most amazing massages but I have had some of her other staff do facials for me and they were wonderful as well. The new space is just gorgeous! I love the new relaxation room and yoga studio. All the new amenities really add to a true day spa experience. I also appreciate all of the organic options. I never feel rushed there and the front desk Staff is always lovely. I look forward to every visit! Have done spa days with my daughter and friends there and they loved it too! Very reasonably priced as well which is a bonus ! read more

I recently booked a facial at Truth Organic Spa as a birthday present for myself. What an amazing treat!!! I don't get facials or pamper myself often (it was actually exactly 20 years since my last facial!!!). The booking was easy to do online and they sent me a confirmation as well as a couple reminders. I had never been to Truth before so I didn't have a preference on estheticians, which I could have requested while making the appointment. Due to COVID they are requesting that you call when you arrive and they'll inform you when you can come inside. It is absolutely beautiful in the spa, very zen like and peaceful. I was quickly greeted by Melissa S. who was going to do my facial. Melissa was very warm and welcoming. She made me feel relaxed right away. I was brought to one of the rooms which was dimly lit with soft music playing. My facial was so refreshing. She worked on me for about an hour and 15 minutes applying all kinds of creams and serums to my face. It was wonderful. She also plucked a few stray eyebrows and trimmed my eyebrows while she was was letting some serums do their 'magic'. My skin looked so healthy and a lot of those little lines seemed to disappear by the time she was done. It was definitely a treat and I'm looking forward to treating myself to another facial, but hopefully I won't wait another 20 years for the next one!! read more

Truth Organic Spa - The only picture I took....in the beautiful bathroom!!! - Skin Care Near Me - North Grafton, Massachusetts

Wow! Just left feeling AAAHHHHHmazing! My sister and I both just had deep tissue Swedish massages and they were incredible. Both our ladies asked a lot of questions and listened to understand what we each needed. We both had very custom experiences. I tend to think most masseuses don't push hard enough. I told my lady I wanted pretty deep and she did it perfectly. A good combo of deep pressure and relaxation. The spa itself was very clean and very cute. They have lots of plants and greenery. They have a huge menu of services. I would love to try them all if I wasn't visiting from out of town. My sister already said this would be her new spot. read more

Julia was incredibly kind and thorough. The sound bath was everything I could have hoped for--and more. I left feeling fantastic, relaxed, and deeply refreshed. She also had some amazing recommendations for me that I really appreciated. read more

I found Truth because I was searching for a local Float Room. I haven't been able to stop coming to this spa for services since that first float experience. I have also had Reiki, Biofield Tuning and the Best of Both Worlds spa experience. I have attended a workshop with Suzanne D. who is also a licensed therapist and I plan to attend her sound bowl healing workshop in May as well. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The spa itself is inviting, calming and tranquil. There are plenty of products to choose from after your treatment as well as healing crystals for purchase. I'm so lucky I found Truth because I believe it's more than just a spa; I've found my healing space away from my healing space at home. read more

I went for a Regional Therapeutic Massage with Madi! She was fabulous! She was professional! Definitely knows her craft! She is there to do more than a job. She made me feel like I was spending time with a friend..I felt so comfortable..She worked the areas that need work and I felt I was much more mobile when I left. I will be continue to work with Madi! Truth is very welcoming and professional! Book something for yourself! So worth it! read more

Life changing: a phrase often thrown around but rarely is it meant as literally as I do now. I first came to Truth in December 2019 when I started what has become 2x/week floats. In one of my early experiences I had a profound spiritual awakening and since that time every single facet of my life has improved - my marriage, my relationship with my kids, my relationships with my friends, my work, my health...all of it! I have since received multiple types of massages, have experienced incredible (again - LIFE CHANGING) mystical experiences at tapping sessions, sound baths, and more. There is no way for me to adequately recommned Julie's establishment highly enough - you won't regret beginning your journey here! read more

The staff here is amazing. We used their facilities for a surprise birthday gathering + spa treatment for each of the ladies in our party and it didn't disappoint. The GM, Marissa, was great at communicating with the group about the schedule and made sure to accommodate all of our different services at the same time. I cannot say enough great things about this place and their employees. If you need a massage or facial, book an appointment here! read more

Amazing place. My husband booked me an facial treatment for my bday and it was superb. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep, and my skin felt wonderful after. Melissa made the experience absolutely blissful, and the spa's atmosphere is calm and relaxing as soon as you step in. I booked a deep tissue massage with Maddie, and again it was excellent - I've had a lot of tension in my back and hips and both felt better afterwards. I wish I lived in Grafton so I was closer to this spa but even though I'm not local, I plan to make the trip back to enjoy more treatments because of the exceptional team and outstanding services. read more

I love it here! I have gone to so many massage therapists but the people that work here are very friendly and do a fantastic job! The products they use are top notch Organic products, Julie the owner is very particular about her products and want to offer her customers the best! You get what you pay for, I came in last January my face was a mess, now I get a facial and a Massage every month and use the products and my face has never looked better! I get so many compliments on how clear my complexion is and I always tell people you get what you pay for, the products are pricy but they work! You not putting all those bad chemicals in your skin. I love how her store Truth In Beauty is right downstairs where you can purchase all the organic products! Yes it is upstairs, like a review said but its a gem and I feel great when I come out of a service! read more

Came in today for a couples massage which was our first time & we had Ms. Julie and Ms. Wendy as our masseuses. Both ladies were very professional. They were both patient, experienced and took their time with our massages. It was a very good experience and cannot wait to come again. Thank you Ms. Julie and Ms. Wendy for making our experience excellent. read more

If you don't mind noise from busy route 140, you might find this spa satisfactory. Two of the massage therapists gave me excellent massages, with Sam standing out as exceptionally responsive and skilled, with a wonderful smooth stroke, very intuitive and able to read what was needed, beyond what I realized! After I asked for a quieter room, they accommodated me by scheduling room 5, the only one that is quieter because it's located at the back of the building. I thought this would work out and that I could set up regular massages with Sam. However, the day before my 4th session (tomorrow),they called and said they had put me in another room because Room 5 is set up for Thai massage, with a conflict tomorrow. ALL of their other rooms have loud traffic noise that penetrates even the best ambient sound. I'm very disappointed to find out that they cannot guarantee a quiet room at any time--any Thai massage will take priority. Truth just lost a regular and potentially loyal client! All of the staff people were kind and thoughtful, but management is not simply willing to deal effectively with the noise issue. read more

Been coming here for a couple years. The masseuses are wonderful and really help with my pain!

I was recently gifted a float session by a friend. Julie was very friendly and completely accommodating. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. read more

This place is amazing! I have been treating my mother and myself with the "mother & daughter" package on her birthday for three years now! You literally feel lighter and de-stressed the second you enter the spa! The 2 hour treatment transcends you into a world of peace and tranquility! I continue to see Julie and Zoe for my facials every 6-8 weeks. Both are amazing and give you the best of total relaxation and the therapeutic results of skin rejuvenation. Staff is friendly, professional and have so much passion, pride and respect for this amazing Gem in Grafton! read more

Had a wonderful experience here. Lori gives an excellent massage, her back and neck work were phenomenal and she really knows what she is doing. The spa has a very relaxing atmosphere and is extremely clean. read more

I truly had the worst eyebrow wax of my life here. My eyebrows have always been a nice, thick shape and Melissa made them so thin and uneven. I'm so frustrated and don't understand why someone would change the natural shape of your eyebrows. It will take months to grow back my natural brows. read more

I went to Truth Organic Spa and Wellness center on 2/14/2020 with my mother for the first time this place is truly amazing and welcoming! We were first greeted by Rachel who is warm, friendly, and sweet. The peaceful energy and decor of the place is wonderful as well! I chose the "Be Loved" spa package great price by the way I compared with other spas and they could not compare price wise! This package included a massage, facial, and a foot treatment for only $125!!! Jeniffer G.massage therapist/esthetician was truly amazing, sweet, friendly, positive and is good at what she does! I felt like a new woman after! I will definitely be back and rebook with her! I booked the same "Be Loved" package for my mother who absolutely loved the whole experience from start to finish with her massage therapist/esthetician Jo-Anne!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you Truth organic spa!!! read more

I was very impressed and cannot wait to go back! I figured this is the year of me so have been gobbling up Groupons for massages and facials and bought the 2 organic facial deal. I was in heaven! Jen gave me the most relaxing facial and it came with the neck, shoulder, arm and foot massage. She took the whole hour and the room was peaceful and tastefully decorated. Of course I went on a Thursday afternoon so not sure how it is on a Saturday afternoon. They also are not pushy trying to get you to buy their products which is a big plus for me. I love how they are very earth savvy and all their furnishings are second hand and completely shut down their electricity each day. read more

Had a facial here a few weeks ago and it was AMAZING! I bought the deal on LivingSocial/Groupon and will admit that I was skeptical from past spa experiences and discount websites. My facial was fantastic! I've had a number of them in the past and this was definitely in the top 5. Contrary to other reviews - I thought the atmosphere and place was nice, no updating neccessary. I was in a nice big room (not like the 8 by 8 jail cells they have at other spas) with a fire place. The bed was warm and the products were good -- they smelled good too! Definitely a good place to get a facial/massage/mani/pedi. Will definitely go back there! read more

Had "The wonderful life" package of treatments the other day. It was wonderful!! The space is immaculate and so beautifully decorated. It smells so good and their products are A+. The owner is super nice and treated me very kindly. I love their facials. They use the Naturopathica line and I'm obsessed. They totally turned me onto their products and they work! I'm so happy this spa is close by. May even drop in for yoga soon too! Thank you!!! read more

Julie is the best! I've seen her for facials and massages, and both are better than anywhere else I've ever been. The spa is really clean, the environment is quiet and relaxing, and the products are all wonderful. Julie is thorough and takes her time with her clients. I started taking my daughter when she was twelve years old (she is fourteen now) when she started having bad breakouts of acne on her face. Julie taught her how to take care of her skin, and the education is ongoing with each treatment. By having the "teen facial" on a regular basis, her acne really cleared up and her skin looks fantastic. I thought I was going to have to take her to a dermatologist, and I was dreading the expense, but more so the medications with all the side effects. I'm so glad I decided to try this before rushing to the doctor. I feel much better having only organic products used on her, and I'm sure that the result is better than what she would have achieved with medical treatment. One of the other things I like about Julie and this spa is that unnecessary products are not pushed on you. If you ask, she will make recommendations, but if you try to buy something that you don't need, Julie is the first to tell you to put it back on the shelf! She will also give you suggestions of inexpensive natural products you can purchase from the store if she thinks you can benefit from them. I've had facials at plenty of other spas, and at times I couldn't even relax because I just felt like I was getting an hour long aggressive sales pitch for hundreds of dollars worth of products. Julie runs her business with honesty and integrity, and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the services provided and the products she carries. I HIGHLY recommend Truth Organic Spa. read more

Julie (the owner) is fantastic! I've been going to this spa for two years now and have never been disappointed. A good amount of my services have been performed by Julie, but also a few others and all have been great. I have been for massages, facials, and waxing. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They use great products and everyone is very professional. I actually travel 45 minutes each way to go as I enjoy it so much. I love that they use natural, safe, organic products. I also love the atmosphere in there. It's very earthy and calming. The new space is great. If you are looking for a nice calming place to get a quality service with great products, then this is your place! read more

Was very excited to have an "organic spa" down the street. But, when I went in for a wax I realized it was a cramped 2nd floor that was more like a salon with a few spare rooms. Wax was fine but I wouldn't go there for anything relaxing, the rooms were not sound proof or spa-like at all. read more

Every time I visit Spirit of Wellness I leave feeling relaxed and pampered. I've had my brows waxed, a facial and a massage from these ladies and every single service was not only personable but a wonderful treat. Sometimes I feel like chatting, sometimes I don't, and they just go with the flow. I referred my sister to them, as well, and she also had a great experience. read more

Got a massage from Sandy recently - she had been recommended to me by a family member and I was not disappointed!! I left feeling so relaxed and loosened, it was what a massage truly should be. The place is nice but the walls are thin, I did not give five stars only because throughout my massage I could hear people walking and talking outside of the room. However, this won't stop me from coming back! read more

Relaxing atmosphere. Welcomed as soon as we arrived by Tawny. She explained all of the services offered and even told us about her personal experiences with them. The owner Julie spent time with us explaining her products and why she prefers them over others. She really cares about quality. Julie demonstrated cupping on my shoulder-- I'm definitely going to go back for a full treatment. read more

I have been to alot of Spa's and I can tell you, this place is awesome and Julie is the best! I leave there after having a facial feeling like I am relaxed and more importantly like I just had a treatment that was worth every cent. The atmosphere is wonderful, the aromas are delightful and the professionalism and nuturing hands of Julie are top notch. Love this place. read more

This is my first Yelp review, so right off the bat that should tell you something. I had an anti-aging facial here this morning (35 seems a great age to start such a routine I think...). I had Jo-Anne and she was perfect. Super welcoming and sweet. As the facial began she told me all about what she was using, but once we were in the swing of things she was quiet and let me relax. And the massages were amazing. Every facial includes massages for your feet, hands, back and shoulders. And of course the face. I'm not a newcomer to facials, and she threw in some techniques I had never had before. The products they use are super-organic and I love them. I can't wait to use them at home! (Yes, I bought products, but only because I wanted to. She was ready to send me home with free samples!) The products are what brought me here, and I couldn't be more thrilled to have this spa 13 min (according to Google Maps) from my house. I'm definitely becoming a regular!!! read more

Went there for a facial and was not impressed! The products seem to be low grade. The place needs some sprucing up. And the service is just OK. I used my Groupon, but will never go back. read more

Truth Organic Spa is the best place to go for a truly relaxing massage. My husband and I have been trying out different places in the area and we both concluded that this is it for us. I worked with Joanne and my husband worked with Julie. We both came out feeling refreshed, relaxed, centered and ready to book them again (and I did...six months out!!) All of the staff at Truth Organic Spa are helpful, kind and truly care that you have the best experience possible. They also sell some lovely jewelry and skin products. We wish we found this place sooner but we're glad we finally did. read more

I have only been here a couple times before but my husband got me a gift certificate for a pedicure. So I made an appointment. I showed up five minutes early. There was only one person there. She never said hello I will be right there. She was working on another customer but looked like she just started. I continued to sit there for 20 more minutes being ignored like I wasn't even there. I got so fed up I walked out and never will go back. Talk about not relaxing. If you need a pedicure go somewhere else. I am not sure what there policy is making an appointment but waiting over a half am hour without even being helped is just uncalled for. read more
