I had a medical facial at Skin Tight Medspa in Natick. Ariana was the esthetician that did my…read morefacial and she used a tool that exfoliated the skin and removed blackheads. However afterwards, I noticed some dark marks across my nose and I contacted Arianna, she said to wait 2 weeks and they should go away. After 2 weeks, the marks did not go away I called the Natick tightspa location and wanted to speak with Ariana to get more information about it. I spoke with Tiffany, the director who answered the phone. She said I had to send a picture first, when she received the picture, she stated it is very difficult to say when and how the marks occurred and it did not come from the spa. I then sent a picture prior to the facial which does not show the dark scars across my nose. I am very disappointed with Tiffany's response. I expected better customer service and response especially from a director but instead she basically disclaimed any responsibility or assistance. My prior photos before the medical facial did not show the dark scars across my nose. After I sent this photo I did not even receive a response. An explanation or possible solution on how the marks could be improved would've been a better response to a customer than the defensive posture of non-responsibility which shows unprofessionalism, defensiveness, poor customer service and indifference towards the customer. Nor did Tiffany offer to have Ariana speak with me to assist. I would not recommend going to this location because if this is an example of how they handle issues when they arise. I do not expect Tiffany the director to do anything to improve or assist with the situation except to disclaim responsibility and to ignore the situation.

Dr. Noury really listens to your concerns and after the first few minutes talking with him, you know how much he cares about you! Before meeting Dr. Noury, I was a fitness instructor helping others to become fit through diet and exercise. I became ill and needed immediate surgery. Took them a week or more to get back to me and of course I missed the call and they just left a message with their number. Again I called back, despite several attempts could not get a real person and left a message saying if I'm unavailable could you please just leave a message saying if you're accepting new​ patients and did they have any offices closer to my specific location. Again came the long wait of probably a week and of course I missed the call and what do you think they did? Only left their name and number. After a month or so of this nonsense I just gave up on them, very unprofessional and extremely annoying.

Helen has never raised her price per unit for Botox since she opened, and she's never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. She listens carefully, gives honest recommendations, and only does what actually makes sense for you. She's also incredibly attentive to individual skin needs. For clients with thinner or more sensitive skin (like me!), Helen adjusts needle size and uses specialized, light-guided techniques to help minimize bruising, along with different needle points depending on the area. These are the kinds of thoughtful details many providers don't even consider, but they make a huge difference in both comfort and results. Beyond her talent, Helen is genuinely kind and caring.
