You paid $1000 for $500 half service! So unprofessional and lousy service! The laser treatment I…read morereceived here only covered 50% of my face when I paid for full face!! I contacted them later but they did not admit it and insulted me by implying that I was lying. It took their cosmetician, Jennifier, less than 10 minutes to finish up the whole process and I clearly asked her to go over my full face right when she was about to turn off the machine. She said no. Well apparently I have wasted $1000 on such lousy service. Do not go! This place is so unprofessional. Even though they offer good deals, eventually you will waste your money

This med-spa has friendly, welcoming staff. The place is designed nicely. The cost tends to be…read morehigher there, however, than at other cosmetic dermatology offices I have been to. Dr. Frieling is nice and high energy. However, she seemed a bit defensive when I came back 3 weeks after my Botox treatment to ask for a touch more in one area to make both sides of my forehead even. I wasn't upset about it at all, as I know our anatomy doesn't respond symmetrically. I wasn't accusatory in any way. So I was surprised at her reaction. But even if I did express disappointment, I would not expect a physician to react defensively. She didn't want to give me more on one side, said the results are exactly what she wanted to achieve. So I asked her if she thought it looked even. And she said "well, no", and then proceeded to give me a touch more, which evened it out after a week or so. Maybe she was just having a bad day... who knows? But that was my experience. She has a lot of positive reviews so take my review as just one person's experience. I just want to feel that I can ask for fixes, or at least have a constructive conversation, if I feel the treatment didn't accomplish what I wanted it to. Also her "About Dr. G" section on her website makes it sound like she went to Harvard when she did not. "Harvard trained". She is triple board certified, which is terrific, and has gotten a lot of press due to her PR efforts. She seems to be highly knowledgeable and skilled, as one would expect. She has a very "LA vibe" to her, which is not the vibe I want. (And I really like the city of LA - nothing against it. But I don't want to look overdone.) Also, her nurses do a lot of the treatments, and I just prefer a physician do them. So I will stick with a dermatologist office rather than this med-spa.

I am shocked my the number of hidden fees and extra charges for going here. It is not worth it…read more Go anywhere else!!! I have been getting Botox to my forehead periodically at ideal image for about 10-12 dollars a unit so it would cost approx 300 per session. I went to GFaceMD to see if there was a better, longer lasting solution as I didn't have time to go for Botox every 3mo with my busy schedule. What an enormous costly mistake! First you have to pay a 175 consultation fee (normally this is free) just to be told to continue to do the same thing I was already doing. Then their Botox prices are outrageous. You have to become a "VIP member" to get the 16 dollar per unit price (already much more than I was paying elsewhere without a membership). The membership has a 50 fee and then a 6mo mandatory period of deductions (350 minimum price). You can only use you membership funds at their business and they set the rules how how and when you can use your money. With the "vip member" pricing I paid 544 for the same Botox that usually cost me 300. I tried to schedule a follow up visit to use my 300 in membership funds toward some more overpriced Botox but my child got sick and they charged my credit card 200 more as a rescheduling fee!!!! Total cost for one area of Botox (300 value) =. 175 consultation, 544 Botox, 350 vip membership, 200 rescheduling = 1,269. Total rip off!!!!!! Save your money and go literally anywhere else!!!

She has years of experience, and it really shows in her work -- I never look "overdone," just refreshed and like the best version of myself. In fact, I constantly get compliments on how young I look, including recently being told I look eight years younger than I actually am(!). One thing I really respect is her integrity. Helen has never raised her price per unit for Botox since she opened, and she's never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. She listens carefully, gives honest recommendations, and only does what actually makes sense for you. She's also incredibly attentive to individual skin needs. For clients with thinner or more sensitive skin (like me!), Helen adjusts needle size and uses specialized, light-guided techniques to help minimize bruising, along with different needle points depending on the area. These are the kinds of thoughtful details many providers don't even consider, but they make a huge difference in both comfort and results. Beyond her talent, Helen is genuinely kind and caring. You can tell she truly wants her clients to "age perfectly," not change their faces. I always leave feeling confident, natural, and well taken care of. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you, Helen!

I imagine they make out on rent for this horrible building that was likely built in the 1940s. But the actual offices are nice and super modern - too bad I feel like I went through a time warp to get there. The doctor I saw was perfectly nice but I don't feel that her examination was thorough. She didn't check every place and seemed to take great stock in the fact that I had a mole exam within the last 3 years. The entire thing took 4 minutes. I asked about further procedures and pricing... of course, she has no idea. However, I recently had several rude dermatologists and this doctor was perfectly polite. It also showed up on my mass general patent gateway which is helpful for records and billing.

I suppose I am the typical run of the mill client here- I'm 31 years old and I want to look…read moreyounger- who doesn't! I typically get non-surgical lip enhancement (aka: filler for my lips)- primarily for my non-existent top lip & annoyingly crooked smile (what we notice always bothers us- even if others don't) and don't judge me - I don't ever judge YOU. If you're looking for someone who actually knows what they are doing then I HIGHLY recommend Laura Kimberley, RN/BSN of Esthetics Center of New England. Her title is advanced nurse injector/owner and I immediately connected with her personally and professionally. She is highly professional yet also really fun and very friendly- I HIGHLY recommend Laura if you're looking for any type of 'injection'! It took me about an hour to get to this part of MA from my home in Rhode Island. When I walked in- I was immediately put at ease (these sort of places can make you nervous because what if they make a mistake & they work primarily on word of mouth- my friend Deanna suggested I go here- and I'm glad she did). Within the first five minutes I KNEW Laura was highly intelligent as her paperwork (few pages I had to fill out) genuinely reflected what 'filler' really is/does/represents. She was extremely knowledgeable about the brands (Restalyne, Juvaderm, etc., and she primarily specializes in lip correction saying that around 75% of her clients need some type of correction. She told me that she could tell I had filler done before (without my mention) as it had moved and that the person who did my last injections- practically ruined my Cupid's bow! Most medical spas have doctors on site who have extremely high fees and genuinely have no idea what they are doing, I've had a dermatologist PCNS do them and a doctor and they both did not know what to do regarding my lips- whereas Laura immediately knew exactly what to do! This is my third time I've gotten filler and I've never once been asked about smoking (which apparently is a big no-no before injections) or my skin type and if I've recently gone tanning or been in the sun. I was then asked about cold sores which if you've ever gotten them- you know that pain/injury can cause them- so if you're being stuck by a bunch of different needles then your chance of getting a cold sore highly increases and if you get a prescription for Valtrex (yes it's used for genital herpes AND cold sores) before your appointment and take it that day- you're chance of getting a cold sore decreases by almost 95%! I knew the information about the cold sores but I had no idea you were not supposed to smoke or ran prior to the injections. I LOVED the way my lips came out! She more or less corrected them (as they were extremely crooked) and I'll be returning in 3 weeks to get them enhanced a bit more. Laura TRULY is an EXPERT on non-surgical procedures - face lifts, lip enhancement/correction/filler, and her prices are great ! I don't care if this place was 1 hour or 2 hours away- as I will never go to anyone else beside Laura Kimberley! If you are hesitant/weary or considering or are thinking about a non-surgical procedure - specifically an injectable- then pay Laura a visit- you will feel comfortable within minutes and the results speak for themselves!!! I know that if you like her IG Page- she takes off $$ from your total. I'm completely satisfied and the picture shows what they look like (RIGHT after) so they have gone down significantly but I will definitely post an updated picture when I return at the end of the month! Very satisfied & happy!
