This is my only go to salon. super clean, designed nicely and most importantly the techs are all fantastic. JT and Kim are "my" techs but honestly as I watch all of them, they are all fantastic. Easy to schedule and very accommodating. You will not be disappointed! read more

UM YES. Thank you yelp for introducing me to this place! I used to live in the city and my city nail spot was my go to for all my nail needs, however, since moving back to the north shore it's been kinda tough to find a place. I've been to a few local salons but none that have made me want to rush back. I looked on yelp to see who does a good dip near me and pink and white popped up! I'm so glad I made an appointment here today and tried somewhere new. I had a color in mind that I saw online and they had it! The tech was patient and did my nails to perfection. Also this was a true dip manicure, meaning they massage your hands a little with lotion at the end. Thank you! The past few places I've been to skip out on the lotion and massage and it's such a bummer, not this place. It's close to home and very clean! I love the way my nails turned out. Will definitely be back next time. Bravo! read more

I don't give these stars out lightly. Hell i was prepared to a bad review. If you follow my reviews ive been on a path of one bad manicurist after the next. Its been a tough couple of months. So being in the area i looked up shops around me. This place is right by a hotel my friend i was meeting with stays. It had good reviews which made me skeptical cause mostly all of them were high rated. I read one caption on a pic that caught my attention. It said 3rd spas a charm. That drew me to it cause she must of had the same problem. So I can trust her word a lil more. They were pretty booked when i walked in but the managed to squeeze me in; in an hour. To eliminate time they did my mani and pedi simultaneous which i didnt mind. My pedicure came out amazing. I did the dip power mani and its a scary process cause if not done well its tragic. He kept putting coat on coat and that worried me but that was a wasted emotion cause they came out great. While i looked around at everyone's hands everyone in there's nail work looked amazing so my educated guess would be that you cant go wrong with anyone. I had John as my nail tech and he was a perfect fit for me. We joked so much one of the customers thought we knew each other. It was my first time meeting him. That seemed to be the norm there the new everyone by name. Seemed to know important details of their lives. I thought that was cool it was like a family. Im def going back. Cause ive def found my new manicurist. read more

"It's snowing in May!" I don't know why but it seems my man feel emasculated and the suggestion of him visiting a nail salon. In order to avoid any objections I ambushed him and for our this weeks date night I booked a secret pedicure for us. When we pulled up, I pulled out the headphones I packed in my bag for him and suggested he could just throw them in his ears watch something on his phone as a distraction he was while being serviced. I noticed when we walked in that he may have been put at ease by presence of other testosterone in the atmosphere as there was another male client there at the same time as us but then there was also Jon. Jon was scheduled to give me my pedicure and Lisa gave my husband his. Jon was warm and personable. He made sure we were comfortable and also chatted with us finding common ground with my husband. Lisa had a work out giving my husband his pedicure and Jon engaged us in talk about cars and travel and even joked with us that it was "snowing in May" because of all the debris from my husbands pedicure. We legit had a great time and Jon's sense of humor was like a comedy show. The service was top notch. Our feet are soooo smooth! We loved having our pedicures with Jon and Lisa! read more

This was my first time at this salon. I called for an appointment and was able to get one 1.5 hours after calling. The salon was clean and nice. Very big supply of polish and dips. I had John who was great! He helped me find the perfect color. I did the dip manicure, which I have never had before. John was so much fun talking with and he made sure my nails looked perfect before I left. I had a great overall experience and my nails came out great! I will be back! read more

They do a great job and they take their time at cleaning up nails and cuticles before any service. I had such a wonderful experience getting my nails done here. The amount of acrylic dip powder colors they have is ASTONISHING (nothing like the salons down where I live in R.I.) and they are well trained on how to perform Ombré nails designs with these dip powders. Their prices are completely reasonable. I'm glad I had the chance to stop in here. read more

I was really excited to try this place. I have been getting pink and white for a decade. Called to make an appointment with JT. He said he was busy so he put me with Alison, ensuring she would do a good job. I'm not sure Alison has ever done pink and white. She really was doing a horrible job, so JT took over. He threw a weird pink color over my nail and said don't worry, it will look better when it dries. I said that's not gonna work. It was like a Easter egg pastel pink color. It was definitely not the right color for pink and white. Leaving with my nails all filed up and no fill. He did apologize and give me a gift card to come back, promising to try to get more pink powders. So the 2 stars is for the customer service. But I don't recommend coming here for pink and white. read more

Came with a bridal party of 6 girls for mani & pedis. They were ready for us as soon as we walked in. A table was set up for us for the drinks and snacks we brought in with us. They asked what music we wanted to listen to, and cranked it up! The manis and pedis were great. Super friendly, clean and nice atmosphere. The reason I chose Pink & White to begin with (never been there before!) was the Hello Kitty pedi chairs to accommodate my 7 year old with us! She loved it! Will definitely be going back! read more

This place is just so bad. I honestly don't know why I stayed here and had my nails done other than they fit me in on short notice/desperate times, folks lol. The whole atmosphere is a little off, and the staff is super rude. The man that did my nails was torturing me with the drill. He cut my cuticles and he made every SINGLE nail torturously painful. I was wincing the entire time. My acrylics are a mess; way too thick and the polish job is see through. Please do not go here ladies. Just don't! read more

Really disappointed because I'm a frequent costumer and this is really the best salon I've found in my area but today I was told by nail tech Ali that she would not do my nails the way i requested (matte top coat) because my nails were too short and it would look bad and proceeded to do a shiny top coat. Not a huge deal but it was very rude and left a bad taste in my mouth, may take my business elsewhere read more

Worst experience. I recently moved to the area so I have been looking for a good salon when I looked at the pictures and saw the price point I figured it was a nice salon; wrong. I got a pedicure first when I told the lady the water was too hot she then made it freezing cold the pedicure was rushed and she was clearly talking about how small my nails were with the other girl. I'm aware everything on me is small but I'm paying for a service that it unacceptable. When it was time to have my nails done I was taken to a table with a gentlemen who's nails were broken and disgustingly dirty. I left so upset and out $60 for the price you would think at least the nails would hold up? Nope 4 days later the gel is lifting and peeling on all the nails. 100% not worth it at all. read more

Highlights of my experience: I waited over 15 minutes past my appointment time, no apology or explanation offered Was burned by scalding hot water in the pedicure tub as the tech never bothered to check the temp before putting my feet in (no exaggeration my feet are still bright red and hurt, sadly no one seemed the care they hurt me so bad) The music was so loud I left with a migraine (legit felt like I was in a club) I went to unwind after work and left much more stressed out than when I arrived. I'm not some old prude, but when I go to get my nails done, I don't want to listen to Rihanna for 2 hours blasting in my ear.. I guess they love her there because that's all the blared the whole time. I walked in with nice long natural nails, the tech cut them all off despite my request to leave the length. They're also filed nice and crooked, they are the epitome of hot mess. The nail polish application to my toes and fingernails is horrible. Parts of my nail aren't painted, portions only have one coat so they're dull, and my cuticles have polish on them. I pay to get my nails done so they look nice. I'm embarrassed with the way they look and will he removing the polish tonight despite spending almost $50 just an hour ago. The place was freezing cold. I had a long sleeve shirt on and jeans, but was so cold the entire time I was there, except for when my feet were cooked in the pedicure water. They give you these paper sandal things - which I'm fine with. But you'd think someone would offer help to put your shoes on seeing as how it's single digit temperatures outside and I just got my nails painted. None of the techs would help, not even mine who I gave a $10 tip to. I was stuck waddling to my car attempting to keep the pseudo sandal on walking through a parking lot full of salt. Unfortunately I didn't look at my nails before I left or I would have complained to the owner there and requested they repaint them. I was so eager to get out of that place and out of the freezing cold loud music blaring salon, I bolted as quick as my fake shoes would permit once my nails were dry. I'm still kind of in awe how shitty the entire experience was. I'm home nursing my headache and sore feet, about to try and fix the hot mess of nails I'm left with.. I know I won't return here, ever. read more

Service here sucks. Came in today waited 20 minutes pasted my appointment time. Which I was fine with. Then got a full set and lady was rushing didn't even paint my nails had me sit with someone else to paint them that lady never did gel before she was clumsy was going to let me leave with my nail having a smudge from hair got polish all over me and didn't clean it she did my toes and got polish all over my toes didn't clean it very disappointed because this place was not cheap quality wasn't good.. Love this salon! JT, the owner, knows exactly how I like my nails and is very meticulous with his work. I have a gel full set. I like my nails to look very natural, there are not many technicians that can accomplish that, but JT gets the job done. The pedicures here are also great, very relaxing. I love the scrub & hot towels and they really take the time to pamper you, you don't feel rushed! The staff are all very friendly. Most importantly, the salon is very clean. They have an assortment of nail polish brands and colors to choose from. I would definitely recommend this salon. read more

*This is a review for my friend who went in for an express pedicure with a focus on the callus on her heels.* The express pedicure is allotted 25 minutes but Hannah took her time (almost 50 minutes) to fix and renew my miserable heels, until I was satisfied. Language was not a barrier because she communicated with basic sign language and basic English and tended to my requests. She was very sweet and patient. I only had to ask once to fix my callus and she went above and beyond, vigorously rubbing and scrubbing until an amazing result -- beyond my expectations-- was achieved. Thank you so much Hannah! read more

I went here because I had a gift card and I wanted to get the dip manicure and regular pedicure. The lady that was doing my nails kept getting reallly distracted... she kept looking around, getting up, etc and because of this she ended up cutting my toe nail to the point where it was bleeding. I did not like the pedicure AT ALL but I did end up liking my manicure because it has lasted for awhile. Not sure if I will come back here though read more

I had great experiences there. However, my visit on Friday April 26 was disastrous. I had a 9am appointment, I was the first person in and first to sign the list. Yet, three people came in and were immediately sat before me (I assume they were regular clients). at 9:05 I said I needed to have someone start as I had somewhere to be at 11am. The woman who did my pedicure wasn't friendly, but did a good job. The woman who did my dip manicure didn't speak to me at all, except to ask if I wanted acrylics and I said no. Dip manicure is supposed to last 3 weeks - I had two nails crack by Sunday. I called Monday to ask what could be done to rectify the fact I spent $40 on a dip that lasted a few days. the man who answered told me to come in immediately for a fix. I explained I couldn't and had no time for a nail salon trip until the following week. He claimed I couldn't wait that long as it would already be time for a fill. I asked if I could send pictures of the cracks in an email to prove they were truly cracked on this day and I wasn't scheming them. He declined and offered to allow me a toe polish change for free when I said I would come for a regular appointment but didn't want another dip. Today - one week after getting the manicure- ALL TEN NAILS popped off like fake press on nails. They were all lifting up from the bottom and towel drying my hair was enough for them to all pop Editing to add that today (5/7/19) the manager(?) Harvey messaged me on Facebook complaining about my review and demanding I fix the time and sent me screenshots of the security camera footage to show time stamps. So I adjusted the time, but said I stood by my negative review and had sent pictures of my popped off dip. Harvey told me to come and get my money back at my convenience. I went in and the man at the desk said he would only refund a credit card even though I paid in cash. I showed him the message from Harvey stating I was to be refunded money and that it didn't specify HOW to refund me. He laughed and said "okay boss" and handed me $40 cash. I'm disgusted at the manner I was spoken to in the Facebook message rom Harvey and being called "boss" in a patronizing tone while laughing. read more

Starting this review on a positive note: I really do love my nails! They came out amazing. What I'm dissatisfied with is the customer service. The guy was texting on his phone between doing my nails and randomly walking away while I was talking. I tried not to make a big deal, but I felt like my business wasn't appreciated. And he gave me a pretty decent cut on my pinky ... using a nail file. He was super rough and was just tossing me around uninterested. I definitely won't be back ... read more

My nails were supershort from gardening this summer so I decided to have some tips put on with the dip product. I searched out several salons and chose pink and white based on the most recent review and honorable mention by Best of the North Shore magazine. I really wanted a great experience, but unfortunately I got just the opposite. I don't know if the technician was new, inexperienced, or what. I never got her name, every time I asked a question her answer was "don't worry". She cut me twice while filing. And after all that the result is horrible particularly my thumb where she put the tip on crooked and it looks like there's a crease in my nail. Do not recommend. read more

BEST Nail Salon in the North Shore hands down! I can't give enough positive praise for JT and his crew. Absolutely professional in every way. Great customer service (they offer you water, take your bag, coat, offer to charge your phone!). They offer a variety of services to choose from, an incredible stock of latest nail colors and gels...all tools and foot spas are sanitized for each customer, I could go on...the place is immaculate, always clean, and very spacious, never feel crowded even if they have many customers. Also very accommodating; I have gone in short on time and let them know and they are really great about getting me out in time! I heard about them through word of mouth and I tell everyone about them. Really the best nail salon. read more

I went to the salon this evening for the first time, I had called an hour ahead of time to ensure they had availability for a pedicure and they happily accommodated me. I was so pleasantly surprised when I was handed a longstem rose for it being Mother's Day tomorrow and me being a mom! How cute is that? I got a pedicure and was very happy with the entire process. The salon is clean and they accommodate children which is good to know for in the future when my baby is bigger. Prices were reasonable, and I selected an OPI color that was a bit extra $$ but they guaranteed it would last longer without chipping! I am excited to see how many weeks my pedi stays nice.
