Told me otp a full set was $45-$55 depending on length then when I got there they said they don't do designs. I got short tip square full set and they charged me $85 for a full set, plus designs. Apparently they felt like using GLITTERY NAIL POLISH on half the nail was a design. They charged me for tips when I started it as a new set and I went with a nude colored almost clear pink nail polish. My nails shouldn't have costed more than $50 with the tip. They lie about pricing otp and don't do designs when you ask for them, then charge you for designs when they use glitter nail polish straight from the tube to paint it on with. read more

I feel like I am mixed about how many stars to give. We walked in and I had purchased a credit that was supposed to be linked to my account or my friends instead it was nowhere to be found. Luckily the girl who was there was patient and found it for me but it shouldn't have taken me figuring out when I called and how much the exact charge is. She found it after a few minutes fast forward to us sitting down. We have never been there and the lady who did my friend was abrasive little comments like "are you getting regular because that's not it" but we have never been there. I think the prices aren't bad at all actually it's right on. My person was pretty good she had a personality and was sarcastic which I don't mind. But my friends were abrasive like a personality that I wouldn't be happy about. Telling her not to scrunch she didn't realize she was, her foot fell like a slip and the lady said don't do that you're getting water everywhere. Idk personally I know sometimes people talk about u in a different language but I heard her talking rudely about other customers. I thought my lady was nice definitely not the nicest. But my pedicure was top notch! I am not sure if I will be back. My friend loved the spa pedicure because it was different but I don't like hot things so I probably won't ever. Love this place! I am not a huge mani/pedi person but I had a great experience at JIA. I called day-of for an appointment and was told they wouldn't be able to fit me in (understandably). A few minutes later, I got a call back saying there had been a cancellation so they were able to take me! The staff there are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I had the same nail technician for my pedicure and then for my manicure which I really liked. The space is clean and modern. In a week, my gel manicure hasn't chipped at all! I tried Jia on the recommendation of a friend, and had been SO bummed by other local nail places... I was skeptical, to say the least. ***They pull their manicure tools out of autoclave packs***THIS is what you get in world class cities, it's what you expect and hope for but so rarely get... meticulous, clean, relaxing. The staff will chat with you, as well as each other, and you immediately feel like you're hanging out with a bunch of girlfriends. Even the other people getting their nails done are having fun, and it's just relaxing and positive and lovely. I'll be getting my sixth gel manicure this week... and I can't wait. I'm updating my review to add that they have great Covid protocols in place, including having each guest wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival, all staff and guests required to wear masks (all staff's masks were actually worn correctly which hasn't been the case in other places I've visited). I came to get my eyebrows done as I've done a few times before. They usually do a good job but this time was horrible. The wax was not hot -I believe she said they forgot to turn on the machine- idk if the warm wax had something to do with it or the place she laid the wax but when she removed the strip and wiped it with alcohol my eyelid burned. I had a great experience today at Jia. The lady did a nice manicure on my hands, she was very careful not to cut my skin. Then applied the gel I chose, it is nice and even. I use to love this place. It is clean and usually the staff is pretty nice. I have gone with my mom and/or sister, or alone, for over a year. The last few times each time I've had an appointment, I am taken 15-30 minutes late. This is annoying, but, I let it go, because I want my nails done! I went 3 weeks ago prior to a wedding, and my manicure chipped the following day. I assumed it was the polish I chose, so I went back today for an appointment scheduled for 1015AM and was taken at 1040. The technician was speaking to me then to coworkers in her native language, not really paying attention. She cut my pinky so badly, it did not stop bleeding for almost 2 hours. I walked out. I am in the medical field, so this truly bothered me. I will never return and neither will my family members. I am so disappointed. This ordeal unfortunately took up my entire morning. It's a nice salon with really nice people but its lacking quality. I have gone to this salon for 4 months and always gotten SNS Dip. After each visit I would see a crack on my nail appear in under a week. I don't use my fingers much during the day or do a lot of handy work so I am not sure why they always crack. I ignored it for a while because the atmosphere in the salon is so great but I can't keep going there anymore. The cracks have gotten so bad that they started chipping my actual nail. read more

I LOVE this nail salon! I have had gel manicures, dip, and pedis. All great! I go to Linda all the time unless she's not there. They're so professional, clean and great at what they do. I currently get the dip powder mani and it is amazing. I have had my current dip on for 4 weeks this Sunday and it is in tact!! Appt tomorrow finally. They have like 6-8 pedicure chairs, similar amount in nail stations, a ton of nail polish with matching gel polish and a large variety of dip powders to choose from. They're all around great. One of the best manicures I've ever gotten! Sweet people, very clean place, and easy parking.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My mom went in over a month ago to have her gel manicure taken off and replaced with regular polish. When they took off the gel, they clearly didn't know what they were doing; her nails were destroyed. Countless layers were ripped off to the point of bleeding in the middle of her nail. This photo was taken a month after. The split layers still catch on things and tear. She has to oil them every day and has to keep her nails painted to make sure that they don't get worse. I had a gel manicure a few weeks ago and last night tragedy struck! My left thumb nail cracked (and it cracked waaaaay below my blood line)! I called JIA as soon as they opened in the morning and told them what happened. They said they could take me immediately. They sat me down as soon as I came in and had Hao take care of me. She carefully removed the gel polish from my thumb, buffed and filed the nail, applied a clear coat and powder, and then applied a gel nail polish to best match the color I had on the other nails. She and the other technicians talked at times with each other to try to best help me and match the color, the whole time telling me that they wanted to help and make me happy. I felt very taken care of. They were able to match the color pretty well, and completely smooth over the broken part of the nail. The polish bubbled a little bit, but I'm honestly just so happy that they were so attentive, accommodating, helpful, and kind. They even refused to charge me, saying they just wanted to make me happy! I got them to at least accept a tip. They were beyond nice and helpful to me. I highly recommend! read more

Went there not too long ago and im honestly disappointed. I got acrylics and the woman was trying to push me to get gel and I told her no because I couldn't afford that. She left my nails too long, And didnt cover parts of the nail with polish so they look kind of bare. What was really unfortunate is that I had to sit there for 20 minutes to let them dry.
