My tech and the owner were super sweet, and the space is big and welcoming. Parking is the one drawback; the lot is too tiny for me and I won't be driving myself again, though I do look forward to returning.

I would have understood one nail breaking, but half of them breaking at the apex tells me this tech was not properly trained, and makes me worry there may be techs at this salon who are not certified.

The woman who did my nails, Diane, completely understood the ask and gave me exactly what I wanted. My nails look natural and I like that they're not too thick. Overall, it seemed very clean. This was my second time getting my toes done at Colorful Nails, and honestly, both times I left…read moresuper disappointed. I always get a French tip, and every other salon I've been to gets it right, except this one. My big toes looked completely different from each other... one tip was super thick, the other was thin. I told the nail tech I didn't like it, and she didn't even try to fix it. I also asked for a nude base, and instead, she kept bringing me pinks. I had to keep restating that I wanted a NUDE color. It felt like she wasn't listening to me at all. While the cleaning was good, the actual polish job was just bad. The French line is horrendous and crooked and uneven. I even said I didn't like it before I left, but still got charged full price. This was supposed to be for my trip to Mexico, and I just hate how they turned out. I'm not a fan and definitely won't be returning.
