I looked for a good nail tech for a long time before I found Carolyn at perfect nails! Always a wonderful experience, and Her work never ceases to amaze me! She is extremely talented and very patient, taking attention to detail always. If you are looking for a good place to get your nails done with a professional and experienced nail tech that knows her acrylics, this is the place for you!!

Family run and operated everyone here is attentive and friendly. Hubbie and I each got pedicures-- I the standard and he upgraded. Sandy was excellent. The salon isn't as updated as I am used to so 3 stars for that. But 5 stars on pedicure and service. Overall 4.

Let me first say that this place was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. Not the most up-to-date place but just fine. I'm not really that picky, I just want the nails shaped and my callouses removed. Well not one of my toe nails is even, not a straight line, not rounded . They lack any shape, also none of my callouses were removed.. apparently this is an upgrade??? Isn't that what they're supposed to do when you have a pedicure? 30$ plus a tip..

I give this place 5+ starts. Every time I go in here, they are super sweet and they honestly go above and beyond to make sure that my nails are perfect! I have loved every set I get! I have never shown them a set I wanted, that they couldn't replicate. I love it here, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This has to be one of the best nail salons in Gloucester. You are greeted the moment you walk in. I like that whom ever is doing your nails/toes, they have a conversation with you, not just among themselves(like most places). They go above and beyond to make sure that you leave satisfied. Tom did my nails and he definitely knows his craft and is passionate about his job. I highly recommend this nail salon. Even if you're not a local and just a tourist, stop in if you're in the need. You won't be disappointed. At least I wasn't!!! read more

I was just looking for a simple gel manicure and arrived with No Expectations. The salon was average in appearance but let me tell you that the family running the place is awesome. Made a last minute appointment for a gel manicure/pedicure. Arrived a little early and they set me up immediately with a foot soak while I was waiting. The staff were quite knowledgeable and professional about my concerns (me being a little older and the nails might not be in the best shape ;-). The place was spotless and everyone, even other clients were wicked friendly. Great nail job, quick, clean and friendly place, what more could you ask for! read more

This is the only nail salon in Gloucester I will go to now - their work is exceptional! They take the extra time and care to give you a manicure (or pedicure) that will really last and look spectacular. Very friendly and extremely service oriented, they took such good care of me! I was a walk-in so it wasn't speedy, but that's because they have so much business and take care of every customer. Dalina was so enjoyable and incredibly dedicated to her craft for her age. I had Lily last year for my wedding, and my (gel) nails looked great for months. This is THE place for nails! read more

Both Ly and Sonny were so pleasant! The salon is so clean and spacious. I felt comfortable. Sonny did my mani and pedi. The gel manicure came out perfectly, she even added dimonds to my line design! It was nice to be able to match my toes to my fingers. I would definately recommend this to anyone who wants quality service and products! =) read more

I got a great manicure here several months ago from Lily. With an upcoming trip, I decided that it would be a good time to get a mani-pedi. I know that they talk walk-ins but I've been trying to make an appointment over the phone for three days now so I don't have to wait around when I want to get my nails done. Seriously, answer the phone!!! read more

Perfect nails? Yeah right! This place is AWFUL! I went for a shellac manicure not knowing what I was getting myself into. The place is a dump, the women are rude and don't speak English. My manicure was rushed, gel was all over my hands and she screwed up on one and didn't bother fixing it. Ive had many shellac manis, I know that there are two coats of color, she skipped one and it looks like crap. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. read more

Great atmosphere. I love that it's a family business. They are all charming & very good at what they do, you can tell they love their jobs. The new addition of the handsome "little" brother is priceless; he has a great rapport with children (my 4 year old sat still for a mani & pedi with him). I went to the salon for the first time today. I got a full set of gel nails, Julie was my technician. She couldn't have been sweeter and she did a fantastic job on my nails. Everyone at the salon was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a regular customer of hers.
