I've been going to Nails & Lady on and off for 3 years. It's a cute place to get your nails done with a friend! They have massage chairs and sit you together, there's TVs, and they give AMAZING leg massages. They use like 3 products: lotion, scrub, oil (I have a wheat allergy, they said they don't use wheatgrass or anything but always ask to make sure in case they change it!). And I love the hot towels. They are also great about giving everyone new water, new flip flops, opening sterilized nail equipment and changing gloves. The pedicure I got was $60, which is not bad for what you're getting. My only thing about this place is they accept walk-ins and sometimes they don't have enough staff to take care of everyone at once. When it's quiet it's great, but if it's busy, they have trouble multitasking. read more

I have been coming here consistently for a few years for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. At first, I was very satisfied --lately, however, my experience has been sub par. I have had to return several times in the past few months for chipped nails on day one or two after the manicure. I don't know what is happening but after paying 90 for a gel manicure and pedicure this past Tuesday ( by the way, I didn't ask for a gel pedicure ), 2 nails chipped that same day, the polish does not extend to the end of the nail bed-so there is already a gap, AND another nail has chipped. I have always given them another chance but at this point I will not be returning. read more

Just leaving there now and I wanted to leave a review before time got away from me- it was my First time here, I walked in without an appointment and Kim the manager got me in for a fill within 5 minutes. TY was my nail tech and did an incredible job. He paid very close attention to small details and was an absolute perfectionist when it came to shape and matching the length of my nails. I was very impressed by his attention to detail and the warmth of Kim's welcome, from start to finish! I will absolutely be coming back! I am totally disappointed in the service. I had a gel manicure and it started chipping after six days. I had to get another manicure on the 8th day. When they removed all the gel my nail were soft and damaged. I got a regular manicure and had my nail cut short to start growing again. 2 days later the polish was totally gone on 1 nail and half on another just chipped off in a large piece. All the other nails are chipping by day 3. The manager said gel manicures only last for a week to 10 days, but everywhere else I got a gel manicure it lasted for 3 -4 weeks without a single chip. My regular manicures have always lasted 2 weeks. She did not offer a manicure free of charge or even a discount. Every once in a while you might get a manicure that was not great, but 2 bad ones in a row is disgusting. There are plenty of salons that do a much better job and I will never go back to Nails and Lady Spa again. read more

I've come here before and the mani/pedis are ok. Just went 3 weeks ago. The woman I had wasn't that great. Some of my nails were filed crooked and a lot of clear top coat outside of my nails. Barely counted to 30 and she had already stopped scrubbing my heels. She did concentrate on the leg massage, however she massaged my shin bones not much of the calf muscles. Kind of painful. I'm ok with all of this but what upset me was the owner's reaction (I think she was the owner) when I smudged my big toe. She went right to it and put a layer of polish, had me dry super quick, put another layer on, dry super quick and then top coat. I said to her "do you think this is going to dry?." She became angry at me and I think she may have been offended. She said "I know what I'm doing." I told her that I'm sure she does and that I was going to dry some more under the fan and she said "you go." I told her I didn't think it was dry. Her response was that I might ruin it again going back under the fans. Again she says "you go." I was floored because she comes across as the sweetest, nicest lady but let me tell you she did not like me. I told her fine that I wouldn't put my feet under the fans but that I was staying until I felt I was dry. After all I had paid for the service. Another customer had been listening and she came over and hugged my shoulder and shook her head. So needless to say I felt kind of sad and angry being treated so poorly. I got to my car and deleted this salon from my contacts. Never again. read more

sadly have to downgrade my rating for several reasons. A) Made an appt this weekend and was given the broken massage chair..... and there were two chairs open. B) The hot stone is no longer standard..... it's an extra 5 dollars. C) Sloppy work by teenager (could she even have had her license?) ...... had to point out where she got nail polish on my skin and not my nails and super slow D) Leg massage almost nonexistent E) Cold pedicure water.... I like it hot and it was practically filled before I sat down.... perhaps they could ask people if they want freezing water. F) I complained when I paid (albet mildly) and nothing was done. I've been going every 2 weeks for the past 2 years and it's been a steady decline over the last 6 months.... sorry Nails & Lady.... I think I'm looking for a new place. read more

I can't say enough good things about Tracy! She slaved over my nails for an hour and a half, gently removing the horrible acrylics I had gotten done at another salon and giving me a shellac manicure. To remove the nails, she alternated between an acetone soak and grinding the residue away. She must have gone through this five times for each hand. She was quite careful to ensure that she didn't touch the nail underneath and kept apologizing about the time. I was so thankful that she didn't try to pry them off with clippers! My fingers and nails were dried out from the acetone, true, but compared to the painful alternative, I was pretty happy. When it was time for the shellac manicure, she didn't rush or skip any steps. I still got a nice manicure with soaking, shaping, and cuticle removal. She did a lovely job with the shellac, and didn't skimp on the hand massage. Tracy alone gets 5 stars, but the salon itself wasn't over the top fantastic. It was a very warm and kind of dark. The chair wasn't the most comfortable. I have been in there and seen it packed with people, but that day it was quiet and the girls (Tracy) were talking loudly in another language. That always makes me feel uncomfortable - are they talking about me? Most likely not, but still... read more

I've been here several times for pedicures and have not been disappointed. I don't mind that the price went up $5 to include the hot stone, it's worth it. Ann is hands down the best pedicurist with Jenny in close second. Jenny is also a wonderful manicurist. The only negative thing I have to say about this salon is their scheduling is horrible, and the woman who runs the front desk has a huge attitude problem. The last time I was there they made several people with appointments wait about 45 minutes with no explanation or apology. Other than that, this place is wonderful. read more

I used to go here often, and always had a good pedicure with the hot stones etc.. now they are under new ownership and my mani & pedi was sub par. They sped threw the entire pedicure not taking their time... the paint job does look nice but they barely used the pumice stone on my feet, no hot stones. I was guessing maybe it would be a cheaper level of pedicure but it was still $30... same thing with the manicure paint job looks fine but clearly was rushed when filing and doing cuticles. I tried this place on a whim and have now been three times (2 manis & 2 pedis). I LOVE the work these technicians do. My gel manicures (with acrylic tips) last 2 weeks plus and still look fantastic, and a pedicure takes at least 45 minutes with extra long sugar scrub pampering. (My sister says the $5 hot stone massage is at least 10 minutes and worth the upgrade.) Prices are about $5 more than average (e.g., gel mani costs $30, regular pedi costs $30, acrylic tips w/ gel costs $45), but the treatment you receive (and the overall time spent on your hands and feet) is absolutely worth the extra money. read more

my first visit i'd give 4 stars. pedicure with a great massage. the drawback was the football game on tv. not very relaxing. i decided to try again today. i wish i didn't. i asked for the spa pedi and had an in-depth conversation with the girl who was working on me. she explained the difference between the $40 spa pedi (gives you a longer massage, extra scrub) and the $30 regular pedi. i told her i wanted the spa pedi because the massage was the best part. she gave me a regular pedi. very disappointing. The girl @ checkout asked what i had and i said "spa" and she said no, you just had the regular. when i told her i had asked for the Spa pedi, she said "she probably didn't understand. sorry". she seemed to speak/understand English perfectly. There was a LOUD movie on tv - filled with tire screeching car scenes and automatic weapon fire. I had to ask for them to turn it down because it wasn't very relaxing. The girl next to me brought in her baby put her on the floor next to my chair. i had to wait about 5 minutes until she was done with her pedi so i could exit my chair. i've seen such great reviews about this place it's too bad i didn't have the same experience. i work hard at my customer service job all week and i just wanted a little relaxation and pampering. is that to much to ask? read more

Unbelievable! I had a manicure yesterday at a different salon and the lady did an awful job. I went to Nails & Lady Spa to get it fixed and the lady did an amazing job. I even smudged it while in there and she fixed it in a jiffy with no issue. They would not let me pay them and when I tried to tip the lady she wouldn't even take the money. So kind and nice! So upset, I've come here before and got a lady who was super nice and did my nails so well. Decided to come back and got some guy who was rough and rushed. Worst experience I had in a while. For the pedicure, The man w was rude and did not listen when I told him he was hurting me. I asked him avoid a section of my toe and he grabbed it multiple times anyways. On to the manicure, I chose gel and that was a mistake. The whole experience was rushed. I never recieved a massage. The man cut my fingers multiple times to the point of bleeding. He left nail polish on that dropped onto my hand. Then the gel manicure chipped after two days. Save your money and time. Best pedicure EVER. For the price of a mani/pedi elsewhere you just get so much more at this wonderful salon. The chairs are awesome, they do the scrub, the foot mask, the hot towels, the hot stone massage and then a leg massage with lotion. I mean really, it's such a treat! I go in with my 4 year old and they'll even paint her nails while I'm getting mine done for a decent price. The technicians are all really sweet and kind to her and do such a great job. I have come here several times now and being in this industry I really appreciate a great pedi and I have finally found that here. The best part is the massage and I am so grateful to have found someone who actually massages for more than a minute each leg. I have seen Darlene every time I have been here and I will continue to see her she is amazing!!! She does not rush she gives a great massage and she is very precise with her work I love it!!!! came in for a polish change and pedi. The pedi was great. It lasted about 40 minutes. the hot stones were a nice touch too. They had lots of colors to choose from and they are very nice people. I felt very pampered.. they took their time and did not rush me at all, I just wish I knew what they were saying... was it about my feet? they really should try and speak english when customers are there, you'd feel more comfortable knowing they are not talking about you. This is hands down the BEST pedicure i've ever had. These women REALLY do their work and you pay next to nothing for the amount they do. I went to a fancy pants salon this past weekend and my 2 week old pedicure from Nails & Lady looked better than the one I paid more for at this fancy salon/spa. Also, the other spa barely even massaged me where the pedicure from Nails & Lady lasted long enough that I was very relaxed. I've been to many nail salons over the year and the professionalism & service here is unparalled. I had a mani that was even better than most in that they did a salt scrub on your hands and then did the lotion. Had a horrible experience. Unfortunately I decided to try this salon to get my nails done for my wedding. The lady did my nails to HER liking, I told her what I wanted and she totally ignored me. My ring finger nail looked like a kid painted them on. I asked for silver stones and she put gold. To top it all off, she kept adding extra charges to the basic mani package. Can't believe I paid all that money just to hate the end product. She even forgot to put the top coat layer on my left thumb which ended up with scratches and marks even before my wedding day. While I have been a regular customer for some time, I am now departing this salon. It is dirty - filthy. The hand fans are coated with dirt, the nail dryers have rings of dust, I see spider webs about, nothing seems to get wiped down. The manicurists are preoccupied with their smart phones and take calls while they are working on you. Blaring TV's, sticky rims on the polish bottles -- how do they get away with this? read more

I read the recent reviews on here and was excited to go. I will never go back. The woman never asked if I wanted my nails clipped, just did it and they were very short after. She hardly scrubbed my feet and never used the callus remover. The only good part of the pedicure was the foot massage with lotion. It was relaxing and felt smooth so I assumed my feet were soft. She seemed to rush through the whole pedicure because the woman who was getting her feet pedicured when I walked in was still getting it done as I was leaving, after sitting through two sessions of the UV drying machine. After getting home I noticed my heels were still very rough. She barely made a difference. I ended up going to another salon and getting it done properly. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone. read more

This is a tough one to judge. On the plus size, I called pretty much enroute on a Saturday afternoon for a pedi and a shellac manicure and they were able to take me as soon as I arrived on a busy Sat. afternoon. The chair I sat in, while the massage functions worked, the seat itself was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in, it was like sitting on a piece of plywood which made the massage experience very uncomfortable so I just quit that part of the "experience". I chose the hot stone pedicure knowing it was extra. Was it worth it? Not really. All in all it was okay, then we proceeded to the mani. The cuticle scisscors where hanging on the lid of a jar/container and my manicurist had to wipe the residue from someone else's cuticles?!!! Twice. What can I say? She was very nice, I left with a nice pedi/mani but obviously they do not practice basic hygiene here. I won't be back. On the plus side, the employees were extremely nice and the decor was very nice. My total for a french pedi/mani with shellac was &75.00. read more
