This woman did a terrible job on my nails, I had asked her to redo them and she tried she really did .... BUT ONLY by just filing more and more away. My nails were crooked, uneven, stuff stuck under dip powder. She didn't cut cuticles, do a quick clean up, nor give a hand massage. On top of it all she wasn't wearing a mask!!!!!! In the middle of a scary pandemic. (She wore it only when doing my nails). At the end I had asked her if I could pay half since I was unhappy or a price we could agree on instead of $50 for a half a** job. Long story short she screamed in my face and threatened to fight me. When I said I had enough and I was leaving she locked the door with keys so I couldn't leave. I had to call the cops and bother the owner while asleep. EXTREME PAIN AND INFECTION as a result of yesterday's pedicure! This was my first experience here and now both of my big toes are infected.  I am in lots of pain and can hardly walk today (from a service that should feel good and be relaxing right?)!!  A lot went wrong.  The tech kept digging at my toes and I had to tell her 3 different times to stop.  She kept saying "too much skin" to which I told her I have had hundreds of pedicures before and NEVER bled or hurt like this. They couldn't stop the bleeding (we were there for over 2.5 hrs for mani/pedi).  Tech smudged my big toe and was going to cover it with more polish until I requested she please remove the polish and redo the smudged nail.  They spilled an entire bowl of water on my lap while removing my foot from the tub because they made me soak my hands on my lap instead of sitting at the manicure station while trying to stop the bleeding toe!!!  Tech was super sneaky by upcharging for "dip" nails on me and gel nails on my friend instead of offering the service/providing costs up front and letting us make informed decisions (supposedly she "fixed" my nails because I told her I had a small crack in 1 nail. Again this was NOT something I asked to be done). In addition to the extra cost I didn't consent to, I was CHARGED FOR THE BOTCHED PEDICURE. When I called to book the appointments I emphasized 3x we would need 2 REGULAR mani/pedi for adults and a 4yr old child 1st ever mani/pedi.  I've never had problems anywhere else and don't like to complain or leave bad reviews but yesterday was hands down by far my worst pedicure ever! I have been coming to this salon for over 3 years. My gel manicures last 4-5 weeks. The pedicures are wonderful and relaxing. The price point is great. I always leave satisfied. Recently they have been updating the salon with new equipment and products. Andy's work is phenomenal and I've never had a bad experience. read more

The nail techs there are friendly, pricing is OK, and the custom hand-painted designs they do are great. You can bring your own polishes or chose from their adequate selection of Orly's. My only advice is to know what you're getting. Don't go there if you want the popular gel nails. A lot of small nail salons are falsely claiming to do "gel nails" when they are in fact acrylic liquid and powder sets with a UV light-cured gel topcoat. Sadly, this place happens to be one of them. And then they have the nerve to charge twice as much as acrylics cost just because they use a UV lamp. (A full set of acrylics cost $20 btw) So if you want acrylics, then this place is pretty good but I had to take off points for the deceitfulness. read more

I had a gentleman do my sister and I's gel manicures and pedicures. He is very hard working and did a great job. He helped me with my ingrown toe nails. I always have issues at nail salons because it is quite painful and just a horrible process for me. I have had a lot of bad experiences at other nail salons, I'm literally traumatized. The gentleman who did my toes was gentle and listened to everything I had to say and really cared about his work. I got white on both my hands and feet. He recommended I do sparkles on my nails over the white. I took the recommendation and my nails looked absolutely amazing. The gel lasted over 2 weeks. My pedicure lasted about a month. The price was pretty average for a gel mani pedi. I recommend going here, call ahead! They get quite busy. read more

Nooo, never again, only 2 people work there and they are always in a rush to get you done. They don't clean after each person, they don't make people sanitize their hands, temp checks or nothing. My nails chipped the same day, 2 broke within the week. No thank you. read more

Heard this place got a new owner since Spring of 2009 so i though to give it a try. Really love this place! Workers are all friendly and treat you like family. Love the atmosphere, feels like home! I did my gel manicure here and it hasn't came off yet and it been two weeks! Been coming here ever since. Price is reasonable! Also, Lien is great! The gel manicures that I've gotten here last longer than any other place I've been! It always stays 2-3 weeks, and Andy will make sure it stays even longer if you'll be going away or not able to come back for a longer period of time. I had been going to Tina's for about 2 years now although I have noticed that the man that usually does my nails has been slightly rude, rushing me, bossing me around and my nails never really looked very good but i kept going because the hours were convenient to my work hours and I have gotten the same thing done to my nails by him every other Wednesday and I went in today and he asked me a question which either I misunderstood or he misunderstood my response, but instead of being a professional business owner the man yelled at me in front of an entire salon of people for not answering him correctly and when I tried to explain myself he proceeded to yell in my face and when I said I'll just go he "shooo'd" me out the door. 100% the rudest someone has ever been to me as a paying customer.
