Also being a male in the LGBTQPLUS community they make me feel special and safe in the salon when they do my nails. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE! I came in to get my nails and toes done and left feeling upset. I visited this salon once before and it wasn't badly priced so i came again. When I went everything was going well but the lady kept trying to convince me to get other styles and designs. She kept saying that my ideas were basic and that she basically ended up wanting to do it her own way. I definitely felt pressured and I knew for sure I was being judged. She took a while to finish so I asked to come back later since I had to go to work however she wanted me to pay before I left which was fine. However, she was charging me $125 just for french tip toes and nails. I was completely shocked at the price because I was genuinely confused on why it was so much since the last time I went I got the same exact thing and it was so much cheaper. I simply asked her a question on why it was so much and they seemed to get upset with me making it look like I was throwing a fit. Another lady came in telling me that the manager isn't here but I don't even ask for a manager. I didn't have enough money so I was just asking if I could come back after and pay when I come back. I am not a liar and even though it was so expensive I wasn't going to just leave without paying anything so I had to leave something with them. I went back and was obviously upset because since she didn't finish I knew if I wanted to do my original idea it would've been more money which i didn't have. I was obviously upset and she kept trying to tell me she won't charge me extra for french tip but she was already charging mad money for something that wasn't even worth it. If you are trying to get a nice set of nails and nice pedicure go anywhere else that doesn't charged mad money for something you can get for cheaper and better anywhere else. As for my nails themselves, they alright however my cuticles are so messed up and she didn't even acknowledge my ideas. I came here a few times & those few times I honestly did not like how they did my nails. They would leave my nails all bulky, my nails all uneven, & idk why but they wouldn't paint my whole nail. I went back to redo them after 2 days because I didn't like how Helen did my nails. When I went back, the guy that's always sitting at the front wants to give me attitude & tell me that I would have to deal with it cause if not I'm paying another $70?? Their service is horrible! Never coming back again! Update 2 days later.. I got a call last night from the guy from the front & he told me that he feels bad & that I can come in anytime & get ANYTHING FOR FREE. Okay for FREE! I told him okay that's fine & I told him if I can come in tomorrow, which is today. He said that was fine, I said I wanted just a manicure & he said are you sure that's all & I said yes! So I come in today & as soon as I come in he's just staring at me.. I tell him I have a 1 o'clock appointment & says Carolina right? & I said Yeahh & he instantly just came at me talking about I was never rude to you, you need to take that post down, you can't see my face while wearing this mask so how could you even tell, etc. I told him I didn't come here to argue & he just looked at me & said well we have to charge you $25 for what you want & I said why?? You said anything for free & he said I know but because of what you want you have to pay. W.E I didn't wanna argue so I said I'd do my nails & eyebrows (me being a dumbass!) while I'm getting my nails done I'm talking to the nail lady & he comes & interferes saying if there's a problem & I just looked at him & said no I was just telling her I want French & he says well I have to translate. Very disappointed, my daughter got a full set and had picked colors and design prior to sitting down. Nails came out O. K. Not the best she had them done for graduation. Upon leaving the cost was $35 WHAT it's $25 a full set. Well they failed to tell me it was an additional $10 for the design. OK yes I paid it but I was never told about the extra cost. This is a nail salon I used regularly in the past, the lady was rude to us and never aloud me to speak as I tried explaining that the prices are not clear on the internet Re design and their prices are on a wall away from the front desk located behind towards the left above the air drying machine. I went there because I got a gift certificate for Christmas . My manicurist was named Kim and she was very friendly, efficient and sweet. The prices at Rose Nails are reasonable and there is not a long wait. I will go back to see Kim for sure. read more

Absolutely terrible, I got a shellac which was way too expensive for what they gave me. The guys hands were so dirty I was beyond grossed out. It looked like they did one layer of shellac and it looked worse then if I just did a manicure on myself. He cut my cuticle really badly so it was bleeding and you could see through the nail polish to my nail with streaks. Will not be back there. read more

Horrible. My nails got filed too on the sides that my fingers hurt. My nails were not filled all the way down so some nails look like there is new growth and they just got done few hours ago. My toes hurt too. They were cut too short, The polish doesn't even cover my nails. Many more complaints. They are cheep and I was happy about the cost, however you do get what you pay for. really bad, like the other reviewer said, they filed my nails off and it really hurt. she cut my cuticles all the way off and atleast 3 of my fingers began to bleed. The lady doing my nails was verry rude! She was grinding my nails and getting mad at mee for flinching when she was hurting me! I would never go back and never recommend this place unless you want to risk a serious infection. It was very cheap but yeah, you get what you pay for. Bad, very bad. It's even sad how bad it is. First time went to get a pedicure. Lady didn't understand nothing of what I was saying and cut the corners of my toe nails resulting in a nasty infection after couple of days... Then I did eyelash extension. Oh well, I should of know better. This time it was another lady with zero personality. The one who did my toes at least smiles;) the one who did my lashes totally ignored my questions about length and thickness of lashes.. I told myself well let's try only to check it. I was soooo wrong. After she was done and I opened my eyes I realized it was irritating me badly so I asked her to fix it and she replied: I can't fix it- my hands are too shaky, so she called the owner and she seemed to fix it. But I still wasn't able to see good. So I told to the owner that my lashes are too heavy and it's kinda hard to keep my eyes open! The owner (her name is Jessica) told me that it's all because I need some time to get used to them... I told her that I've been doing extensions for so long and never experiences nothing like that but she assumed me I'll be fine in an hour. When I was leaving the place she asked if I would like to get an acrylic nails and I explained that because of working in a hospital I cannot have no manicure and she replied with a smile "who really cares, just do them" I felt really uncomfortable and just left but it was very funny to drive my car with eyes half way open)))) so I came home, started making a dinner for my husband and after 3 hours just couldn't keep my eyes open anymore- that's how tired they were! I called Jessica and asked if I can come by so they will take them off for me. She was very ignorant blaming me, saying I don't understand nothing bla bla bla so anyway if I want to take them off I have to pay additional 40$. I just hung up. Needless to say I told all my friends to stay away from this place. Period. read more
