I have been coming here for almost 2 years. I have never asked for a correction but today there were black hairs in the light pink dip powder. 3 of my nails had black spots/lines so I asked for them to be fixed. It took about 10 minutes to fix. I was told they would not do that in the future because "life is too short to worry about black specs." I honestly love this nail salon! I've been coming for about fix or six months now faithfully every two weeks. I always see Tee and she does a phenomenal job every single time! I feel like she's very attainable and works with your schedule and honestly, she's super nice and friendly. I always enjoy myself when I come in. I'd recommend all my friends to go to her. I attached the latest nails we did for Christmas today. They came out even better than I hoped for, she KILLED it!!! WOW! I love this place! Super friendly, clean, and they do an amazing job! I've been here three times, and each time my nails came out beautiful. I used to do nails part time when I was in college, so I'm VERY particular. I've worked in three different salons, and know when owners really care about their customers and their business. This is actually the first salon I've committed to going to more than once! Cleanliness: A+, Before you start your pedicure, they line each tub with a disposable plastic cover which keeps the tub clean from other people's germs. I've never seen that before! They also use disposable mini files and buffers and have their tools sterilized and put into individual pouches. Customer Service: Excellent! They are really friendly and they really cater to you. All the technicians speak English and will make sure your nails come out to your satisfaction. This is not the type of place where you see the technicians on their phone or obnoxiously talking to each other in a different language. Even though they're busy they don't make it feel like they're rushing through their work. Color Selection: Huge! I love that they have a large variety of colors in dip, gel, and regular polish. And they mostly have OPI colors, which is my favorite brand. They also have the sample wheel display to help you make your decision easier. One thing to note: They've been super busy each time I've been there. So make sure you make an appointment! The last few times I booked through the website and haven't had a problem. They have a ton of colors to choose from whether it's regular polish to gel to dip, it is endless. Tweety has done all my nails and she never ever disappoints. She listens to what you want and delivers!! I never tried any other shape besides square before I started coming here. She insisted I'd try coffin and almond and let her know what I'd like best. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I came in yesterday looking for regular pedicure and manicure with dip/ French + a small design on 4 fingers (not complicated at all- I've seen more complicated design work on their website). Diane took approx 3.5 hours to do this (Emma had to step in to help after the shop closed!) and I still walked out not having received what I originally wanted. I came in at 5pm and walked out at 8:15pm! As I was growing impenitent, Diane began to take short cuts telling me we cant do the design... 3 hours later!... but she CAN take $115 for a shitty job. Thank you Emma for stepping in in helping I appreciate it! Today, I requested to speak to a manager to express my frustration about my experience and was asked by the MANAGER "do I know how to do nail designs" and said "we stayed late for you"lol in reality I STAYED FOR THEM BECAUSE DIANE COULDN'T FINISH A NORMAL TASK UNDER 3 hours! totally disregard for poor customer experience and the sad thing is that I have been a loyal customer for long time. I am very disappointed by their lack of professionalism and will take my business and contacts somewhere else. To management: In the future, if you don't know how to do something, say it UP FRONT not 3 hours later. The funny thing is as the store was closing up other customers were walking by me and saying "good luck".... and now I am going to say the same to you and your unprofessional business! After a couple walk in attempts, I finally got around to booking an appointment at Indulgence and I see why they were so busy when I last tried to stop in! I've been searching for a new salon and after yesterday's experience, I think I found my new spot for dip manicure! For picky clients (like myself), here's what was great... I sat with Diane who was thorough, attentive, and kind beginning to end. Prior to removal, she was sure to confirm whether my previous manicure was done on natural nails or tips. Removal was done with the electric file and was very gentle. Diane has really good control of the tool and it never got hot. As someone who values their long natural nails, this step of the process, especially at a new salon, can make or break the appointment... No complaints! Nail prep was very thorough. My previous salon often neglected cuticle removal or would charge extra for clean up. At Indulgence, thorough clean up is included. They have tons of colors to choose from!!! Diane created an even and clean shape that she redefined during the buffing process. I appreciate that she checked in with me at each step to make sure I was happy with the shape! At the end of the appointment, I was surprised that a short hand massage was included. I feel like its been years since lotion, massage, and cuticle oil has been a standard part of a manicure! I was very pleasantly surprised! With removal of my previous manicure, yesterday's dip manicure was $49... a price comparable to the area standard, however, the service and attention to detail at Indulgence blows everywhere else I've tried away. Hi... Firstly, I never write reviews. My friend encouraged this after I expressed my pain to her. She had a bad experience, but I had a damaging experience. She was a long-time customer and sent many people to this location, but that has ended. The nail tech asked her, mid-session, unprompted "Are you trying to lose weight?" Extremely rude. The rest of her session was very awkward. For me... I had a good experience the first time. Then I mistakenly went back... They had someone do my nails who had *maybe* 6 months experience (yes, I asked). In my pedicure, I had to tell him FOUR times -- no, I do not want you to remove the gel polish from my toes. I then had to encourage him to actually give me a pedicure; he didn't clean under my nails, did not trim my cuticles... Just terrible. I like to let my nail tech do their thing, as they are typically professional and good at their job... However, with this tech, I had to remind him twice not to hurt me. I told him before he began that it's okay if a bit of the gel is left as I was getting the same color and didn't want to lose any nail thickness. I had to pull my finger away from the dremmel as he started to hit my nail bed, which will cause permanent damage. He was visibly nervous and I promise you that I was not unkind to him. Eventually, he stopped... his associate stopped working on her client (yikes) to finish removing my gel... I tipped well, but I will never go back. When I found my way back to the spa I have been going to for years, she let me know that she never uses a dremmel or industrial grade sealant. We have been rehabilitating my nails since OCTOBER. Thankfully, they grow quickly and are healthy... Before I went to this "Indulgence" experience, my nails were thick, long and gorgeous. I just wanted some color to complete the vibe. Unfortunately, I have to keep my nails extremely short until they are fully healed/grown out. I was in so much pain after my last appointment at indulgence that I actually cried. My nails were sore for 4 days. I have Indents and Red lines you can physically see the damage from a distance. It's a disgrace. I am so disappointed in this type of business practice. I was treated like a number and not like a person. I advocated for my needs kindly and was ignored. Thank you for reading and I encourage you to go to a SPA for your services where they will pamper you (and it is cheaper!!!). At my spa, they place a hot towel on your neck, do hand-moisture gloves and all the bells and whistles... and it is literally half the price. Owner-operated with much less staff as well. My daughter went to Indulgence with her friends. She had dip removed and her long, natural nails painted. She left the salon and noticed the sides were uneven and the polish bubbled. She went back and the woman who worked there fixed the bubbling. Once back home, she showed me her nails and how disappointed she was with the uneven filing, on the sides of the nails. We went back together, showed the Manager the situation, and she proceeded to try to file my daughter's nails even after my daughter asked her not to. I had to put my hands over my daughters hand to get her to stop. If she filed any more, she would have thinned the tip too much. Now, mistakes happen, I get it. But 4 of the 10 nails were crooked. The manager refused to give my daughter her money back. She said there policy is to redo to try to fix the problem. Again, if she continued to file the nails, they would have been half their width! I moved from Boston to the northshore & have been looking for a new nail salon closer to me that does extensions- I found it!! I usually get acrylics w tips but once I saw how many color options they had for dip powder I figured I'd give it a try. Wendy was awesome- super gentle w the drill & took a lot of time shaping my nail, building up the powder where my nails needed more of an apex so as not to be flat, & helped me pick an amazing color (OPI's Cozu-melted in the sun). She was meticulous w filing & shaping so my nails weren't thick or lumpy (super huge pet peeve of mine so I'm happy I didn't even have to ask.) When I got there for my appointment all the manicure tables were being used so she helped me pick a color & began filing the shine off my nails while I sat at the drying station where all the sample colors are. Some people might find that unprofessional but I really don't care that much & I appreciated that she got me started rather than me just sitting there twiddling my thumbs & waiting for a table to open up (it was literally only a minute before someone was done & we moved to a table.) Stations were clean & the music was current & not intrusive. She used a new nail file while doing my nails which I appreciated for the sake of cleanliness. Overall super pleased & I'll definitely be back to see Wendy when I need a fill! read more

This is a brand new beautiful shop owned by Lily. It's totally comfortable and immaculately clean. The deluxe spa pedicure was the best I've ever had. Kayla used several very nice products plus a hot towel for each leg, not just one towel! The hot stones on my feet felt wonderful as well as the leg Massage. She did a great job on the polish and took her time. Lily is the only manicurist that got my nails to grow and she always does a spectacular job! This place deserves 5 stars! Don't believe Rachel & Ally as they are obviously competitors and have very little self esteem. They are both totally off base with their reviews and feel the selfish need to bring Lily and her girls down. They have never tried to up sell any service to me and they are the most pleasant & professional ladies I know. My nails have never looked better thanks to Lily and Kayla and I highly recommend them to anyone! Don't let the Nasty Nellies fool you - go and see for yourself! You will be delighted! read more

a close friend recommended this nail salon. it was close to home so i decided to try it. pedicure was fine, not the best but also not the worst. it was the dip manicure that really threw me off. i wanted a simple coffin shape on my nails with just a solid color on them. the lady had no idea what i was explaining to her. it seemed like all she could do was one shape, square. i did fill out their online form that asks what kind of service im looking for. after almost 3 hours of being in the salon, i asked her if she was close to done and she said 20 more minutes. at this point, the shape of my nails was unacceptable. the thickness of the dip was too much. noone really gave her any guidance or stepped in to help her. i left very unhappy and i know she could tell i was very frustrated. the staff does seem very sweet and you can tell they have regulars in all the time. i would say this salon is more for simpler nail styles, like classic mani/pedi. definitely no tips or crazy designs. it didnt work for me but it doesn't mean it cant work for someone else. read more

So, i got sucked into the powder manicure. This was a different manicurist than my first experience. Filing down a layer of nail made me really uneasy. Went thru it. 72.00 later for a pedi and powder mani. So, had to go back to get the powder off in a few weeks. Not a good experience. They were mad I wasn't doing powder again.. First extra 10 to remove powder then got it down to an extra 4.00. Regular mani wasn't good. Chipped within 4 hours, no hand massage like they have on my previous visits.
