I was not happy at all with the results and asked if she could fix the white part of the french tip. She told me that I would have to pay extra money on top of what I already paid. I've been coming here for over two years with no issues, but unfortunately my most recent experience was disappointing enough that I don't plan to return. During my last visit, the nail tech didn't soak off the old dip before applying the new set. Instead, she layered new dip over the old, which made my nails look thick, uneven, and left product on my cuticles. I politely tried to point this out at least twice, but she kept insisting my nails were "too thin" and that's why she had to leave the old dip on which is something I've never experienced in my four years of getting dip manicures. Even more concerning, she initially tried to remove my dip by prying it off with a nail tip, which was painful. I had to ask her to stop and soak them instead, which is standard and much safer. It looked bad enough that several friends commented on how poorly done they looked. Like I said, I have never had an issue like that before, after coming here for so long. They did reach out to me with an offer to redo my nails at no charge, which I appreciated, and the redone set actually came out looking great. However, when I asked to change the color since they were starting from scratch anyway. I was charged $35 just for the color change, even though a full dip service is $50. That felt unfair. To add to the frustration, I still tipped 20% on the full price service both times. I spent $105 in total for a simple dip manicure. I've had many good experiences here in the past, but this one left me feeling dismissed and overcharged. I hope they take this kind of feedback seriously and improve how they handle situations like this going forward. read more

I have cuts on almost every finger after my service. It has been a few days now and I am still bleeding from two fingers at times, as well as experiencing severe pain from one. Every time Linda would cut me she would say she was sorry (which was appreciated) and then proceed to cut another one of my fingers by "accident." My nails came out okay, they aren't the best looking. As I was getting my service done, I looked around and noticed other women's nails who looked better, and they also looked more comfortable. Personally, I think my entire service felt rushed, and towards the end I realized that it was rushed because Linda's other client (who came in early) had an appointment directly after me. Lastly, I asked for polygel extensions, which when you research, are NOT just layered builder gel on top of your nails with a plastic tip. I feel scammed. I was looking forward to having pretty nails over the holidays, but instead I just wasted $70 dollars on mediocre looking nails and a poor service which left me with cuts that are now causing hangnails. I didn't bother taking a picture of my right hand because it was much worse (more graphic due to blood). read more

I requested a gel overlay but got a acrylic overlay that had the chemical MMA in it which was not the best for anyone's nails. It makes your nails BURN alot when it is filed even with a regular hand file. I felt kind of mislead with the yelp quote as they quoted on something they did not offer. An acrylic overlay is not waterproof (it's porous) and it's not gel, it's acrylic. It's a lovely salon with very experienced and kind nail techs. I do not recommend my particular acrylic overlay. The acrylic grew my nails out hard but at the cost of the nail health and developing a sensitivity to acrylic powders. They do beautiful work and highly recommend them. *Poor dip product quality* I really want to like this place; they have good service and delux pedicure (gel) however I had dip nails done 2x now and BOTH times my nails turned yellowish/dirty after 1 week! The first color I had was light blue and I thought because of the light color they just got dirty maybe from the beach, no acetone or soap could get it off. Then I went back and got pink and white french; the lady messed up my thumb nail so she did gel white on it (not dip); turns out a week later; the dip color is turning disgusting again! I came here for the first time and was very impressed! I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Anna did an amazing job. She made sure everything was perfect. I showed a picture of the gel french manicure that I wanted and she and Linda made sure the colors were right. The pedicure was very relaxing. The salon is very pretty and extremely clean. VERY clean salon, extensive color selection, and great customer service. I am attending a wedding and chose a bad color for my skin tone (my fault) and and Victor was kind enough to change the color for me at the end even after my pedicure was done and he had moved onto the manicure. Prices were exactly as listed online, and I wasn't even charged extra for the color swap. I haven't gotten my nails painted in years but will be booking regular appointments here. Online booking is another great feature, and there is plenty of parking. There are not as many reviews for this salon as others in the area but don't let that fool you- it is a great experience and it's so cheap there is really nothing to lose. read more

I had a pedicure back in November and was very unhappy with the results. I asked for my toenails to be cut short; they ended up pointed and crooked. Even the other nail technician knew what I was trying to say. My nail technician wasn't understanding me. I wanted them round as stated, but they weren't. They were very oddly shaped. (I was 9 months pregnant at the time and could barely see my feet, so I had to look in a mirror when I got home.) I was also at the salon for almost two hours (very slow service) and paid $65 for services in which I shouldn't have; way too much. My feet were red/burned from the extremely hot towel and hot stones. Then, the nail technician decided the need to paint my toenails four times! I've never in my life had more than two coats. The color was thick! I wanted a hot pink color but it was purple instead. Fast forward to three weeks later. I was honored a free pedicure for the service so I accepted. This time it was with someone different, way less time, and the color was better. However, within three days I encountered a huge rash and redness on my entire right foot and on my left big toe. I went to the ER and They asked me if I have been to any nail salons in the past week and I said yes, a new one. The doctor told me that my feet were infected from dirtiness. I contacted the salon again, and the owner stated that the technician (how convenient, her mother) recorded that I had bumps on my toes before they started. If that was the case, which it was not, she should have never worked on my feet. For the record, these are not bumps, they are boils and rashes everywhere. I would not have gone into a salon if I had this before I got my pedicure. It burns and is itchy and I wouldn't be able to tolerate a pedicure!! All in all I will never come back to this salon again.
