Honestly just leaving a review because I don't know how else to get ahold of the owner…read more Tonight I called to schedule an apt for me and my young daughter to get a pedicure and I was asked to hold while JJ got on the phone and started to tell me that I am not allowed to come in for services anymore. I'm absolutely shocked. Apparently my account is flagged because the last pedicure I got (also had a head spa apt) the girl didn't paint all my toes and I didn't notice till the day after. I work full time and have 2 littles and it is very hard for me to be able to schedule a time to do something for myself. So when I had tried 3 separate times to come get my toe painted every time I was told they didn't have room. Which is totally fine! I understand being busy! But I asked for a partial refund so I could walk into another salon and get it done. Which I did. I was not rude. I just couldn't make it work to come back for an apt in a timely manner so I simply asked a question and JJ gave me that partial refund with no explanation that I would be not allowed to come back. My problem is that I have been a very loyal customer for YEARS. I bring friends and family and my kids here! I love greenfield nails! I would have never asked for a partial refund if I understood I wasn't allowed to come back? I come because I truly think greenfield nails is the best. JJ claims she told me this and she was very rude on the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me no and when I asked for the owner or when the owner would be in she told me she didn't know and that they were out of town and didn't know when they'd be back. What I would like is to be able to have a conversation with the owner. JJ did not communicate with me about not being able to come back and she handled me trying to make an appointment very unpleasantly. I do not think that what I did warrants the way she has treated me or not being able to come back. I paid for an expensive pedi that was not completed I got told they didn't have time on many occasions and so I was given a partial refund for the trouble. And now I'm not allowed to come back? Please reach out to me because I would very much like to be able to come back.

I'm nervous that they're so thin that they will break easily, so we shall see. I made a same day appointment for 2:15 and it took them 20 minutes to start working on my nails after I arrived. Once I got seated, Min worked on my nails quickly and asked me how I liked it as time went on. I appreciated that he told me that the design I originally wanted probably wouldn't turn out well because of my short nail beds. As he started working on changing my nail shape from coffin to stiletto, he asked how I liked it and I told him the shape wasn't quite what I liked. I showed him a picture and he changed it without a problem. He was great and professional, and I'd definitely come back again. My nails turned out very cute, though they had limited colors for the gel polish. The original color I wanted they only had it available in acrylic powder. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I had to wait for 20 minutes after my appointment time.
