Afterward, her nails had severe damage, including what appeared to be very deep "rings of fire" from filing. She ultimately had to have the nails professionally removed, and even after removal, there was still a substantial amount of damage to the natural nails. Some of her nails were left extremely thin and damaged, with some appearing to have been cut or split significantly. Her cuticles were also cut excessively, which added to the discomfort and overall negative experience. We understand that nail services require filing and preparation, but the level of damage and pain she experienced was far beyond what we would consider acceptable. A professional nail appointment should not leave someone's natural nails in this condition. Overall, she left extremely disappointed and would not feel comfortable returning. We hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and reviews its techniques and practices to prevent another customer from having a similar experience. Ash was so kind, communicated with me clearly about my expectations, checked for my approval at every stage, and even worked quickly to accommodate my schedule.
