Fully expecting that a Saturday morning in late Feb would be booked solid, I got a call back in less than 10 minutes saying they had worked something out and it's all booked. I deducted one star because my appointment was for Event/Glam Photoshoot Make Up and Dyson Bouncy Curl Blow Out, but I didn't end up getting a blow out. She styled my hair with a flat iron but I was still charged for a bouncy curl blow out which I didn't feel was the same value. Other than that, I was very happy with my experience.

What sets her apart is her artist's approach--she treats hair like a canvas and takes her time with the details. The hair stylist whom I forgot her name did a great job and was so kind to our daughter, making her feel comfortable. The store is clean and inviting and has a great atmosphere.
