I came here to get a quick pedicure and quick is what it was. The salon is ok, one of those places that has a lot of different decor on their wall. They have massage chairs which is great. The lady who worked on me feet cleaned the cuticles very well but she barely scrubbed my feet. It was less than 5 seconds and my massage was really short too. Came in for a pedicure and everything was fine, my toes look great. The one star is because i asked for my eyebrows waxed .. did NOT ask for a shape or anything different i just wanted them cleaned up since I've been growing them out.. the lady first trimmed way too much & course my left eyebrow is WAY thinner then the other one and i noticied when i got home I'm literally crying in anger i myself could of done better! Average nail Salon. Nothing special. Tools don't get disinfected after each client. when they're done for the day, they just wash the tools and put it to dry. It was very disgusting. Spa chairs were ripped and towels were put on them to cover it up but the towels looked dirty too. Honestly, i don't know why I even stayed. Manicure was HORRIBLE -I had to redo it myself when I got home. Pedicure was okay but I had to tell her how to put the nail polish on. The owner was a very annoying lady who was on the phone with someone yelling the whole time and eating (chewing & talking) with her mouth open. Not a pleasant place for the price we paid. I won't every come back. MSG to the owner: please don't chew and talk at the same time when you're talking to a customer, and try something important in this industry- DISINFECT YOUR TOOLS. read more

This was my place to go once I moved to Glendale area for my pampering until I realized these ladies just wouldn't shut up (on their language) and kept on pointing at a disabled person that was getting their nails done. For me that was very rude of them and to top it off they giggled and giggled. I think we are all equal and we pay you to give a good service and not to be mocked at. The same day I asked to have my current set of nails removed and get a new full set done and Ann or Ana started doing my nails and after getting up to go grab her food and start eating in front of me she past me on to a different girl which had NO CLUE what she was doing. This salon doesn't seem to pay attention to detail. I went with my mom and sister, the person that did my nails is ok but my mom and sister both had more than one finger bleed by different people that worked on them. They seemed more interested in rushing to go eat and chat among themselves than pay attention to their clients. Their nails also looked sloppy, honestly I could do a better job myself. Now my mom's fingers (3) are swelling and getting red around the cuticles! Hopefully they don't get infected! Honestly this is the first and last time we go there. I've been going to this place for about six years, and I absolutely love it! I have an obsession with getting my nails done right. I have tried a million places. They are either dirty, smelly, don't know how to apply nail polish, or even file my nails. It was such a relief to find a place that has a friendly staff that is inviting, yes they do sometimes talk crap about you in their native tongue, but that is to be expected in all nail places. I go to this lady named Lou Anne and she is amazing she does my nails quickly and she is a sweetheart. They always seat you and make time for you if they know you're a loyal customer. It is not pricey, and it is very clean, they always sterilize their equipment. They have every nail polish color you can think of plus they have really cute designs. They are horrible do not come here! My 5year old niece would have done a better manicure then the manicurist at this place. To sum it up just stay away unless u want to pay 50plus dollars for a mani and pedi that's not even worth 10 dollars. Every time I call, I make an appointment with Anna, who normally does a good job. I don't know why, but recently Anna has been awful as a business owner. She consistently calls me right before my appointment and tells me she is too backed up and cannot fit me in (even though I make my appointments 2-3 days in advance). Then when I get to the salon, she puts me with someone else (who does a terrible job) and doesn't even give me a discount. And on the way out Anna says "bye! See you next time" There will not be a next time. I don't know why I continue to give them my service and pay for an overpriced manicure from a woman I didn't request an appointment with. For the last 2 years, I get my nails square shaped, the random woman starts shaping mine coffin. I didn't notice until the third nail and when I asked her what she was doing, she responds "I thought you wanted coffin" WHO SAID I WANTED COFFIN. DID YOU ASK ME WHAT I WANTED??? Then she proceeds to do the rest of my nails square. When asked what she was doing this time she said "you said you wanted them square" Yes. I did want my nails square, but all of them. Not 7/10 of them. I found a new place to go where they ask you what you want before shaping your nails and don't charge you for an overpriced manicure, especially if you walk out upset. I severely recommend saving tons of your hard earned money and going to lovely nails, it's located on magnolia and victory. read more

I have been a loyal customer for years now. I mean, I live in Vancouver, WA and wait until I come to Glendale to see these girls. I went in yesterday with an appointment to get a gel manicure and pedicure. Ann (the owner) who keeps everything in place was not there. Nina began my pedicure after 20 minutes of waiting (with appointment) and she says "Oh, you want a gel manicure today? Come back tomorrow." Uh? She has someone else clean my cuticles to do my nails because a new customer walked in she wanted to attend to. The woman she had cutting my cuticles also stopped doing my nails because a new customer walked in. This is extremely unprofessional- I pay for the time spent on my nails its not like you are doing it for free! Me or NONE of my friends will go there anymore. Today was the first time I went to this salon and the LAST time! My cousin goes here regularly and gets her nails done by Ann. It was very close to our work place so I went with her this time around. We had an appointment at 1 and were both sited right away. We got the new SLN manicure. My cousin was done in 50 minutes. I sat down at 1 with another lady (I don't know her name) and finished at 2:20 pm. HORRIBLE but it wouldn't be as bad had I had a normal job done. Customer service is pretty bad here. Called to make an appointment and they were rude on the phone. Should have been my first red flag. Got there on time for my appointment. Waited half hour. While waiting I noticed one of the manicurists answering her personal phone while giving someone a manicure, which, I don't know, turned me off. She was blabbing on the phone for at least 20 minutes when the phone for the business rang. She answered the phone, again, pretty rudely and super short answers, hung up and went back to her personal call. Anyway, it was finally my turn to get my pedicure. The lady came to my "spa" station, touched my leg for me to put it in the water. No hello, no nothing. I gave her a cold stare and she finally said hello. My pedicure lasted 10 minutes, so I guess it is pretty express, but they basically just do your nails really quick and slap some lotion on your feet. If that's your kind of pedicure, this is the place for you! Unfortunately it's not what I was looking for and felt the need to leave a review since I couldn't find any when I was looking for this place. read more

Very bad, horrible service, unprofessional employees, dirty equipments, would not recommend this place at all, stay away

This is my nail place because Lahn always does my pedicures, but i can't even put into words how disappointed and disgusted I am from my last pedicure..randomly both my big toes stopped growing while all the other nails all grew out. After waiting for months to see if anything changes, it didn't. Now that I've been suffering with major swelling and redness and itchiness around both my big toe nail beds for about 4 months, I came to realize that my nails are falling off..today I was able to pull my nails out and under I see I have nail fungus. They obviously don't keep their equipment clean, because now I have to go through two disgusting looking toes and a long term of treatment and hiding my toes because of them. If you go there, make sure you take your own utensils and don't put your feet in their spa chair tubs..I'm beyond speechless. This has NEVER happened to me before. I would post pictures, but I don't wanna gross you guys out. I can't even explain how painful this swelling is. I hope I'm not the only person who's experienced this because it's just so hard to explain the feeling. read more
