Their hours are listed as opening up at 9:30 AM which is false. I've come to this location several times and I usually enjoy my experience, but this is not the first time that I am locked out as a customer and all it takes is simple communication. If something came up and they had to close, that is completely understandable. However, no one told me. I came and wasted my time and now I have to find a new salon to get my service done for graduation. It is currently 1142 as I'm writing this post and they still have not shown up.
