Some were waiting for hair stylist and some were waiting for the nail salon side to open. Someone finally came and opened as some of us were waiting for a good period of time, at least 30 minutes. Despite the wait, I can say I was satisfied with the outcome of my hair. Then I went to the other side where the nail salon is and decided to get a pedicure and fill-in. Although I normally do those things myself I was strapped for time throughout the day and this was a quicker option. They were able to take me immediately for my pedicure and after that just had to wait a few minutes for my fill-in. Prices were reasonable and service was quick. There was only one issue as to why I gave them 4 stars. They clearly have a sign asking parents not to leave their children unattended. Despite one of the workers and the parent asking the children to go and sit down out of the way they were all over the place. One of them bumped my chair at least 3 times, which got quite annoying. What is the point of having a policy if you aren't going to stand by. I understand the individual that was there was a regular customer as they knew her and her children but I mean follow your own policy or take the sign down.

My lashes were over-processed, with the ends looking fried and some curled in odd directions. I followed all aftercare instructions and did not expose them to steam or water for 24 hours. There was also wax left on my brows, which made the service feel rushed and carelessly done.
