Amazing nail tech, great services and beautiful nails I got. Kathy treat her client like her own family. Gotta love her.

Environment: ... not going to lie it looks like a straight hole in the wall, old school nail salon. BUT the tools are kept clean and while servicing customers they do clean up pretty quickly. Service: TOP TIER service. The employees are a little older and SO friendly. You're greeted at the door and my tech she really was so nice and gentle with my hands. She had no problems doing little adjustments for me. Everybody in there have such great and professional attitudes. Needless to say if I ever need a soak off, manicure, or pedicure and for some reason I can't make it to my home salon, THIS is the place to go

I paid for gel polish and it chipped and peeled so I went back and when I spoke to them about it they started talking about towards each other's in there own language but I knew so I said this is gel polish and it's not supposed to chip let along peel and she tried to tell me it's been 2 weeks and I knew that it had not. Honestly I can go on and on but I'm not, to many other nail salon in the area you can spend your hard earned money at try them cause for 20.00 for gel polish that chip and peel is too much. by the way another lady came in when I was leaving with the same issue and she tried to say mines been 2 weeks but that's even worse if she just got her nails done.

I have gone to T& T nails a few times for Peter to do my nails. It's a hit or miss with Peter, if…read morehe has had a smoke break or not rushing he might do a good job on your nails. This past Saturday when I went. Chandy did my pedicure and did an amazing job. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Peter. I had to tell him several times that my thumb nail had a lump in the acrylic, he insisted that there was no lump in the acrylic and proceeded to put the gel polish on my nail only to later see the lump showing in the polish and have to redo. Only for there to still be a lump in it. Once I got home and washed my hands my gel polish started to bubble up peel. I went back to T &T nails on Sunday, to show Peter the issue with my nails. Peter was outside smoking and talking with his friend. Peter told me the polish was peeling and bubbling due to it not being fully dry. He then told me to go into the nail salon, and he would be in to fix it. I asked him if another nail tech could do it because I was in a rush. Peter started speaking a different language with his friend, so I repeated myself. Peter's friend then rudely told me to go inside the nail salon and have a seat and Peter will be in. I turned around went to my vehicle and left. I will take my money and time to a nail salon where it's respected and appreciate that provides quality service. I will not be going back to T & T nails.

Kim was AWESOME!!…read more Normally my daughter and I go to another spot but decided last minute to get our toes done...yes, my toes are chunky, but hey they are mine and decided to try Bliss in Hapeville, GA. Upon arrival, limited parking, as we parked on the street and walked across, we were warmly greeted. There was only 2 other customers, which meant no waiting. It is a smaller shop than most salons now but I loved the decor and ambience. I showed Kim a picture and she duplicated as close to possible, I'd given another star had she trimmed the length down a little more even after requesting to shorten. My daughter and I loved the atmosphere, as it was limited talking amongst the employees, which allowed us to relax ‍and enjoy the service . Thank you Kim!!

I promise I have tried to like this place. After my awful experience last year, I decided that I…read morewas going to give them a chance because I was in a pinch and I needed a pedicure. When I entered, they addressed me, asked me what I was looking for and told me to go sit at seat number six, which I did. I brought the color over when the lady asked me what I wanted. I told her I was on my lunch break and just wanted an essential pedicure the $32 pedicure. She asked me if I wanted gel. I told her no that I felt like it was expensive and the last time I got gel there it peeled off so I did not want to get it. From the point, I said that I didn't want the gel nail polish, She had a visible attitude. So she continued the pedicure, and I didn't like the way I was being treated after the fact because I felt like she was mad at me. To make matters worse, I had chosen a color that was an off-white shade. She looked at me and said I hope you know this isn't white. I know what I asked for and what I chose so I really didn't appreciate being spoken to that way. When I got to the Front expecting to pay $32 for my pedicure, I was quoted $37 when I asked them to explain the additional five dollars they stated it's because they took off my nail polish. I have never in my life as a 40-year-old woman paid for a pedicure and had to pay for the toenail polish. I was wearing previously to be removed as it is part of the service. I hate this place. They're rude and they will do anything to get an extra dollar. They're extremely entitled. There are nicer places to go. Try east point or camp creek tbh. Bliss is waste of your time.
