It was a day when the weather was still recovering from a snowfall. The work ethic here is very customer-focused and professional. Lisa, my nail technician, is meticulous. I usually mention that I've had surgery on my big toe, but she thoughtfully inquired about it while trimming my toenail. I was impressed. Certain things I have overlooked however, now I see that they are starting to add up charges for services when they did not before. If I am going to be subjected to premium prices, then I expect to be indulged in an atmosphere to where I am not seeing supplies in the bathroom or smelling the lunch of the technicians prepared in the back that fuses throughout the salon.
