Let me start off by saying that they left my hands soaking in acetone for over 12 minutes and finally once it started burning I pulled my hands out of the acetone. I will never go to another nail salon that makes you soak your fingertips in acetone for that long in order to remove your dip. The person doing it left me there because they went and waxed to somebody's eyebrows. The dip on my nail is over my cuticle and I asked her to do something about it and she just told me that was the shape of my fingernail. I get my nails done regularly and have for years so I know what the shape of my fingernail is. It was such a disappointing experience. I will say that the pedicure was actually pretty good but the packages they show you don't make a lot of sense. It was 25.00 more than what I normally pay at my regular nail place that does a way better job. I asked for 5 minutes of extra massage that I did not get. If you're not going to do the full massage time you should probably remove the clock from the wall. That's what I get for cheating on my regular nail place and I've learned my lesson. I don't know how it has all these high ratings. If you go there, only go for a pedicure. Never again!

CALL THEM and make an appointment! They are the BEST nail artists in town, hands down, but they are a small mom and pop business. There are three employees, and I think that this is what makes this place so special. They pay attention to their clients! They always remember me by name and even remember what we chatted about during my last visit. I always leave loving my nails!! I can come with any idea or picture and Peter and Katie make it happen for me!! Also, they have phenomenal customer service. I went to Tahoe one weekend right after getting my nails done and chipped three of them! I came in the following Tuesday (after calling them that morning) and Peter was able to pencil me in for a lunch appointment. He worked magic on my nails and got them looking like new in less than 20 minutes. Do not disrespect them and their time by making them wait for you. Call or text if you are running late or can't make it. They work by appointment mostly, but they can usually fit you in same day, just not as a walk in right then and there.
