I had to wait a bit even though I made appointment and they weren't really busy. Service for my acrylic fill was fast. I did like how gentle she was but she had to finish my fill and then go to another person. They then had someone else put the polish on my nails which is fine but I would have rather had same one. Within 3 days 3 nails broken. I felt price was high and thought it's ridicules they charge extra cateye when it's still painting a regular color on and just using the magnet?. I got charged for med length nails but feel my nails should be considered short $57 $15 for cat eye polish ??? I could of gone out and got a deli sandwich sorry that's a meal right there $2 charge for using a CC which I know ok it's 2 dollars (I don't agree with especially being a business owner myself you need to just eat that cost/write off those CC fees yourself for all of your transactions you do a day. Also it's not like I was trying to pay my $5 tab I paid $79 on my card. I got no special design or any rhinestone I didn't get a copy of my receipt but I swear they must of charge a service fee for tip or tax. Now I got to spend more money on another place to fix because you know I'm not going come back for a $10 per nail fix because you know they wont fix for free having it be only 3 days. Also in the front they have a sign that says no refunds so they must rip off a lot of ppl by charging all the upcharges without informing customers of price.

I honestly didn't notice how poorly my big toes were painted until I got home and my boyfriend pointed it out. Now I can't unsee it . I've been here several times before, and they usually have great customer service. I just wish I had noticed sooner so I could have pointed it out and given them the chance to fix it. Overall, it's still a good place with good people! My advice is to make sure you check your nails/toes before leaving and speak up if you're not happy-- :)

They were able to squeeze me for an appointment at a later point in the day. The space is quite clean, and while there's a lot of seats filled, it's still laid back which I love. I'm not much of a chatter box in environments where I can relax as much as possible. I got a basic pedicure with Lee and she is efficient!! Her massage was just right and so far I'm very satisfied with my experience. I got a solid color and the polish was clean, cuticles were cut neatly, so I would love to come back to her in the future. She is patient and pays attention to detail. I casually mentioned I don't like my cuticles and she spent time on it and helped me clean it up neatly and gently. I decided to get French tip but I normally just get solid colors or clear. I didn't like how the tip looked on my hands and she immediately asked if I wanted to change. I decided to keep it since I think it'll grow on me and it would be easy to remove since it's regular polish. Will definitely come again just to get my cuticles cleaned up and clear polish!

I had an enjoyable, quiet experience ( whenever I wasn't yapping!) and it was refreshing to be able to communicate exactly what I wanted for my nail shape, color, etc. My toes look so pretty! Was able to book online with a reservation which was also a bonus. Definitely recommend and will be back!

The suggestions she gave made so much sense and I'm glad I was also open/receptive to them! I have now taken off my nails, but it was HARD! I had them on for a month, NO lifting in sight, top coat was still shinny. I also have crooked fingers from cracking them so often, Dani did an AMAZING job making sure my nails were straight. I moved to Hayward recently and had been bouncing around trying to find a new nail spot--came across Sam's page because I was curious about Russian manicures and she does them beautifully. Just a heads up on the booking process: the site directs you to request an appointment, but it's not auto-confirmed--Sam has to accept it manually. For my first appointment, I booked for the next day and wasn't sure if it was going through, so now I just DM her directly to check in. Super easy once you know the flow. Sam herself is super sweet and easy to talk to. She recently went solo with her business, so it's just her now--and honestly, I love that. It's chill, one-on-one, and you can tell she really cares about quality. She has a gorgeous selection of colors and uses high-end products, which I think is why everything lasts so long. The first time I went, my nails were in sad shape and I honestly didn't think they'd bounce back. A month later? I've got legit nails I'm proud to show off.
