We did the same thing last year here as well and unfortunately I was disappointed with my service both times. I got one of the older women both times (I didn't ask her name as I was unhappy and just wanted to get out of there). The paint job is nice, nothing wrong with that. But this is a huge treat and part of the service they offer is a 4 minute massage. Both times this woman just rubbed my legs the entire time (after she wasted almost a minute drying my gel). I work on my feet and looked forward to get my feet rubbed even if it was just a couple minutes but unfortunately after paying $106 for both pedicures I didn't even get to enjoy the full service. It felt extremely rushed even with absolutely no one else in there and having to say something about not getting the full service. Everyone else was very nice and the atmosphere is clean enough. Just maybe don't go for the older woman if you want a decent service besides the color. Will probably be trying out a new salon after two strikes

They made sure I was comfortable throughout my time at the salon. The attention to detail is on point! A lady (assuming she's the female owner) and he took turns removing my gel nail polish as she was already working on another customer's set. I didn't mind this. After she wrapped up with the other customer, she began my mani. After she had cleaned my cuticles and shaped my nails, I was moved to the pedi section. They talked me into a gel pedi - "its cold outside, so regular polish won't dry as quick, get gel". I caved. I could of gone out and got a deli sandwich sorry that's a meal right there $2 charge for using a CC which I know ok it's 2 dollars (I don't agree with especially being a business owner myself you need to just eat that cost/write off those CC fees yourself for all of your transactions you do a day. Also it's not like I was trying to pay my $5 tab I paid $79 on my card. I got no special design or any rhinestone I didn't get a copy of my receipt but I swear they must of charge a service fee for tip or tax. They were able to squeeze me for an appointment at a later point in the day. The space is quite clean, and while there's a lot of seats filled, it's still laid back which I love. Her massage was just right and so far I'm very satisfied with my experience. I got a solid color and the polish was clean, cuticles were cut neatly, so I would love to come back to her in the future. Sadly, I will not be coming back to this place. I came to do my nails (French tip) with Lisa. Barely a week in my tips were turning brown, and the paint was cracking! I had to wear it like this to the event I was going to And TO My job. The last time I addressed this problem Christina said it was the heat from flat ironing my hair. This time it's my fault bc of "chemicals I'm using". (No I did not use any heat or hair dye in my hair and I don't tan!) when I texted Christina how can I fix it she said come in and so I did. When I got there I can tell the atmosphere was different. They were asking if I dyed my hair, did I go tanning, and I told them again NO. they kept talking in between questions in their native tongue I started getting uncomfortable at that point. At the end I got charged with another fee of $30 after I spent over $100 the last time I did my nails. I will not be back. Thank you but no thank you.
