Now they're closed and I can't get my medicine that I need. The other 24 hour stores state that the original store needs to make the medicine correction. They're incredibly rude, lack any critical thinking skills, and should close down. As a patient you shouldn't have to continue to double and triple check your medicine. Called in correctly by the provider and filled incorrectly by the pharmacy team. Absolute negligence. Don't ever go to this store!

I gave her my card that she asked for and she took 5 minutes to look my card around and around like it was rocket science to then tell me that I need to have a pharmacy card. I have never ever been told that my whole 25 years. So I asked why I can get my daughter's medication no problems but there's an issue with mine and it's under the same insurance and everything. She couldn't answer and was proceeding to tell me how she was trying to help yet she wasn't because she wasn't answering any of my questions and was belittling me. Mind you all I had was an anxiety medication I have picked up before in this same insurance and a stomach medication that my doctor told me if they give me issues about it just say no thank you and get over the counter meds. I called my doctor and told them to send my meds to CVS and told them exactly what happened and even they are dumbfounded and gladly sent it somewhere else. I'll gladly never go to this Walgreens again and I don't regret one word I said during that interaction.

It's supposed to get my refills every 30 days which means the insurance will do it every 28 or 29 days I have my prescription sent in a week or two ahead of time and I still have to wait two or three days past the 30 days because they don't know some months have 31 days. They also tell you they won't refill it at all unless you call them three days before the refill date and remind them to order it.? Moronic and just sad ! I highly recommend if you have serious health conditions like I do to find another pharmacy because this Walgreens will kill you and not care cause they don't think they're doing anything wrong
