This has taken me 24 hours to decide to write this review. I understand how a bad review can hurt a business. My sister in law and I were walk in customers yesterday for pedicures. She received an okay pedi from a man who never introduced herself. I received the worst pedi of my life from a woman who did not introduce herself. She filed and clipped my skin in multiple places and made me bleed. When I asked her to stop because I was bleeding, she instructed me to put my feet back in the water and they would stop. I then asked her to put gloves on. She said she was not worried. I had to insist on gloves and did not finish the pedicure. Terribly unsanitary and a huge health risk to her and all of her customers. I will never go back or recommend this place. I will include photos of my cut toes. I am a golfer and could feel the cuts to my skin when I played today. read more

I usually see Miley who is really good and so very sweet...however she is out on maternity leave. I will say that since she is gone for the now, I have ventured out to another location which made me realize how filthy this place is. I really hate saying anything bad because I have enjoyed my time with Miley, but probably won't return even when she does. The bathrooms are so dirty and the spa chairs are all messed up. You can feel the mechanics in some of the chairs which makes sitting very uncomfortable. The ground is also dirty and it just seems so unsanitary after going to an actual spa environment.. Disappointing because one, it's a great location for me and two, I do adore Miley but I can't see going back.. read more

I came in for a walk in and I didn't have to wait at all because there was only two of us customers. So I told the lady that I wanted a mani/pedi. She told me to go sit on the massage chairs next to the manicure station so I thought, "Ok, I'm getting my pedi first". She told another lady to set up so I sat down and got ready. The next thing I know, the first lady (Kim) started setting up and moved the closest mani table right next to me so she said I'm doing both at the same time! The whole time my body was in a twisted position and it was so uncomfortable! I could kinda understand if they were busy but seriously, there was only two of us there! Other things that I didn't like was that, my left sculptured thumb nail is crooked and looks wide, my right toe still has dirt on the side, I have a painful gash on my pinky cuz the mani was a little rough and now I have bandage on it. The only pros are the ladies were friendly and the pedi treatment felt good. I paid $75 for both mani/pedi which is on the ok side. Would I come back? Probably not. read more

Charged me $30.00 for a gel fill which I could kind of see if they did a good job. The lady completely rushed through my nails and filed them uneven. Then like a typical salon that doesn't care about their people puts the top coat on and LOW AND BEHOLD there's glitter in it. So now I have un-even, half sparkly nails that I paid way too much money for. So frustrating finding a good nail salon. read more

I'm posting from my aunts yelp since I don't have an account. I do not recommend this place. I'm not from around here and came to just get acrylics. So first I brought in a design and asked the lady (last chair on the right side) if she could do the design of a rose I found online. she told me yes and I asked her if she could show me so I could see and she said she had to wait for the acrylics for "more room". Then she put the acrylics on and then said she couldn't do it. So that was my first problem and then she did a TERRIBLE job. She also pulled out tools to use that were CLEARLY labeled soiled...gross!!! She made them very thick on top of my nail and she put the acrylic powder and liquid ON MY FINGER! It was terrible and painful to get off. If you do go I recommend asking for Danny for your nails because he fixed mine after I had a horrible set. read more

I am shocked with the amazing service I just got here. I've been looking around for a good nail shop on New Year's Day and most locations were either closed or super booked. I drove to nails advantage and there doors were open. We walked in to see if they were open, but were close. The nice man asked what we wanted and I just wanted a fill. Amy with no hesitation took me in and did my nails on her day off while closed. That right there is AMAZING customer service. I now found my new home nail salon. Can't wait to come here again! I thought I lucked out being squézed in for an appt but I didn't. I arrived early so they started then 3 other appts came in. Lady made me feel rushed when I gladly would have come at another time. I told her I wanted gray and she said she had it but before I could see if I liked it she just painted it on then asked....what was I supposed to do make her start over? That makes me the jerk. Then I go to pay ans they don't take debit....so I get charged 2.99 to use an arm and they dont even have money for change...whwn I get outside in the light I feel like crying....i just spent 50 bucks on nails that arent what I wanted have no glitter and one of the nails looks horrible it has a bubble and paint lines where she only got half the nail on one the rest have white fuzz from the to she used to wipe my fingers stuck to them...never again.. read more

This is the best place to get your nails done . They are amazing people I love them to death they are like family especially Amy she is really amazing and a generous and kind women she is great at doing nails and she has an amazing customer serves!! I walk in with no appointment and was able to get in-and-out with a manicure in 20 minutes which was nice. But I will never come back here because, the gal pulled out her sterilization bag with the instruments in it and started working on my nails. I soon realize after she has already been using them that the bag was never sealed and the indicator tape that indicates they are sterilized showed that they were NOT sterilized. I know this because I work in the medical field and we use the same bags. I then told her they were not sterile and she did not speak English. Her friend told her what I said so the lady said sorry. SORRY??!! She continued to paint my nails. Then she walked me to the back to show me how she puts the the tools into a soil mix and then bags them. I told her that does not make it better that they have to be sterilized. She did not understand. I told one of the gentleman that spoke English that this is not good and that they are putting themselves at risk for transferring pathogens. This is a HUGE red flag! I have been in the dental field for 8 years and never once have I even thought about using an instrument on anybody that was not sterilized. If the bag is even punctured we grab a new set of instruments. We do not open an instrument package up and use one instrument and save the rest for later. This is a very serious matter and it's unfortunate that everybody that worked there did not seem to think that this was important or bad! read more

My wife and I had an appointment and we were seated immediately. They were wonderful. we both got pedicures and manicures. The messages were long and felt good. This was one of my favorite experiences getting a mani pedicures. But they take cash only. They are just so sweet here. I have been coming here for 15 years and they have never failed to do an amazing job, even if they are slammed. Helen does the BEST eyebrows, and literally any of the other girls/guys do the BEST nails. They take their time to make sure your needs are fulfilled, and if you show them a picture of what you would like, they try their best to do what they can to make you happy. The prices are typical nail prices, too, not too expensive but not necessarily cheap. They take walk-ins as well, so if you forget to make an appt. and want your nails done randomly, they'll take you in a heartbeat (unless they are too busy, of course.) Great quality! read more

Not very friendly and felt like they were just going through the motions to get paid... Had my acrylics for 3 days before they started lifting and one completely fell off after only 2 weeks! This is a wonderful place for monthly mani pedi's! Its super close to my house and the people are very friendly and Helen is an eyebrow artist! She remembers me every time. I don't recall the place being dirty so I can't comment, but I have always felt comfortable there. As for the work that they do it's better than any place around Rocklin, believe me I have done the leg work. They do a great paint job! My nails look so natural. And the the fiber glass is NOT overlapping onto my cuticles. I got my 9yr old daughters toes and nails polished. The designs were cute but they could have done a better job on the polish. I still liked the place. Nice and clean. read more
