Festive nails!
Lisa C.

Great place to get your nails done, especially if you don't have an appointment. There welots of staff members available which made me happy as it was the Saturday before the week of Christmas. I was greeted at the door when I walked in. The place was busy; many people receiving manicures, full sets & pedicures. I didn't have to wait at all. Was able to sit at a station right away. The person who did my nails was very nice and helpful. She was also efficient. I walked in not knowing how I wanted my nails done for Christmas, and she suggested something fun. I really liked how my nails were done.

The lady who did my nails was very nice. She was precise and did not rush. They turned out great. Would definitely recommend.

Child's name not even 24 hours later.

The nail technicians barely attempted to fulfill the descriptions listed for their pedicures. We paid for a classic pedicure and received a treatment that lasted approximately 15 minutes. We paid for my three year old daughter to get nail polish on her toes and fingers ($25). Kids fingers barely take any polish, but we thought it would last longer than an hour. When my daughter went to the bathroom, nail polish fell off into the toilet. We do not recommend this establishment.

Too coat was transparent and frenchies weren't drawn on straight

Sophia is very very nice but the salon over all is not for you if you want detailed work. They rush to catch the next walk In client and I am a generous tipper but the painting process is still rushed. Only one coat of funny bunny was applied and my white tips were not straight. I experienced lifting and lost two nails within ten days. Gave it another try bc my tech was so nice and she did fix the ones that broke at no cost. same poor quality. If you need a basic set of nails fast this is a great place , it is clean and nice atmosphere . But not for a go to nail place especially if you want detailed nails

Wide selection of colors

This nail salon is slightly off the major road and presents and delivers a relaxed atmosphere. The technicians form relationships with clients and the shop accepts reservations. But, walk-ins are accepted and are very common. However, I would call if you are trying to get in near closing time. They have a wide selection of nail colors and brands including gel (shellac) and powders. I have gone for 2 years after tying many others in the area and I highly recommend this one. Note: They have a sister location in the mall. This review is for the one on Springside Dr only.

I have previously had press on nail and some glue residue was left over. That was absolutely not filed off. I picked out a light gray color and she put one coat on. You can see my whole nail through the polish. She also did not file down my nails nor trim them. The chairs, bowls, and tables were disgusting. They will never ever being getting my service again. Neither will I ever recommend this place to anyone!

The salon itself is a nice and clean place. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the best. I came here before my trip to Vegas. I wanted to do ombré French manicure with fill in. I got a young lady that claimed that she how to do it. She started doing my nails while chatting with me. Her personality was sweet and the place really looked clean and neat- this was a plus. However, while the girl did my nails I had noticed that more wasn't her strong side- probably it was one of her first times. First, it took long time around 1.30 minutes. Second, I'd noticed that she didn't put base coat when started applying first coat- i was surprised but I didn't say anything bc I thought that she was professional and knew what she was doing. The nails didn't come up how I exactly wanted but still looked well. I paid around 90$ plus tips- yeah, pricey. The problem started next day...when I was away in Vegas. First, nails started getting dark on the top. Next, the coats were ripping off... I was highly disappointed. I paid over 100$ and in less than one week my nails were gone... of course, I could go back to the place after coming back from Florida but my dissatisfaction was bigger than wish to get free re-do. The pluses: clean place, friendly Ladies, free water. So, up to you if you want to visit this place. One advice, if you see that the sequence of putting the layers is. Ot right- don't be afraid to say it.

Staff is unprofessional, poorly staffed to accommodate clients. I had to direct them how to do basic filing. Not worth the extra cost.

Yelpers, I'm disappointed but still grateful for the experience here…read more Let's go through the mechanics of this visit: The wait: I didn't have an appointment and still did NOT have to wait ages to be seen and serviced. I loved that! The owner happily made me comfortable being in her shop. The nail tech: I was uncomfortable with the nail tech as she seemed uninterested in making sure to correctly follow proper procedures for beautiful nails. She was doing something that I didn't ask her to do so I pulled my hand back and she jumped! Can you believe it? Then she looked up scared as if waiting to see if I'd do something else. Will never go to her again. I went to another tech and she made me feel amazing, my nails have been looking beautiful since! The price: the first time I went was so expensive, they even charged extra for cleaning the cuticles which I thought came with a manicure. ‍ The second time was more reasonable, just make sure to ask questions so you don't get overcharged.

The WORST salon I have ever been to in my life!!!…read more I came here for a regular sheer white, almond gel set. He tells me they don't have that color (who doesn't have white?) I tell him okay a regular white is fine then. Right off the bat, it's unsanitary. He didn't ask me to wash my hands like other salons do, so essentially people's hands are not washed when the tools are used on them. I didn't think much of it. As he's doing my nails, he keeps snapping at me to "relax." I have not said a word at this point. At first, I laughed it off, but he kept telling me to relax over and over which made me nervous and confused. As he's filing and painting them, I tell him calmly that they are too square and sparkly. He yells at me "ALMOND IS NO GOOD - SQUARE IS BETTER" and says "WAIT UNTIL I'M FINISHED!" How is he going to tell me what I want for my own nails? At the end when he's done filing the color, he asks me very rudely "better?" I say they are still very sparkly and very square. At this point, he's shouting and blaming me. Other customers and employees are staring. I show him the photo of what I asked for and how it's nothing like what he gave me. He keeps trying to blame me despite me repeatedly saying that I didn't want this shape or color. As I'm showing other employees the photos, he is still shouting from across the room, and no one tells him to stop. I said "how can he yell at customers like that, it's very rude" someone said everyone says he's rude (then why does he still work there!) and another employee tried to blame me saying "because I changed my mind" despite me only ever wanting one type of nail. Do not come here! They had to file my nails down to the bottom to remove the manicure and my nails are so scratched and sensitive now. They do not care about customers, only money. Disgusting salon. Photos included of what I asked for vs what i got. It was way sparklier than appearing in the photo
