Checked in for full set of nails on computer told lady in the front when I walked in. Long story short the lady did a manicure and gel polish for $40, half way through I asked as she started to polish where was the tips, she stated i asked for a manicure, she asked you want me to add tips i was so angry I said no get done. Paid and left. I called when I could and she said you should have looked at screen but screen was not on. Told me I would have to pay for polish removal and full set ont top of $40 I paid. My lost. This was my first time going here and I recommend it. I loved it. Lisa was the one who did my pedicure and it was good. I got Gel, and they look beautiful. I am a very ticklish person so I was preparing myself but I didn't feel any tickles, I don't know how but I didn't get tickled which makes my opinion in this place go higher. The massage was delightful, I didn't feel judged I felt welcomed. I am more of an introvert so I kept quiet and no one else talked to me unless Lisa asked me a question about my service, which is perfect for me. It was my first time here. I am rarely in this area and was driving around and saw the sign. I needed a manicure and pedicure. This place was very accommodating and clean. The guy who did my pedicure and manicure did an amazing job. There was so much attention to detail. He did a great job with cutting my cuticles and was very cordial. I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure. We spoke about my hometown and he even gave me restaurant suggestions for the area when he learned I did not leave near. I had gone to D art nails for a while. All of the technicians were decent. Hannah the best. After a while, I would make an appointment and show up to have my technician working on someone else. When you asked politely for your person you were treated with a scowl. I slowly moved to a different salon as getting your nails done should be pretty drama free. Tonight, my salon was closed to I went here for old times sake. My tech while nice was very slow. When she asked for help Hanna screamed at her that's she was closed and would not help her. It was mortifying for the technician, disrespectful to me as customer and showed this nail salon in the worse possible light. Nobody reprimanded her or coached her that it was inappropriate. It was very awkward and pretty disappointing. I will no longer service this establishment and honestly would recommend others find somewhere else to get their nails serviced. read more

I've been going to this salon for years. The salon is no longer owned by Diane and the current owners are fantastic. I usually book with Hannah, who is amazing, but all of the salon staff do a great job. The salon is always clean and tidy and they did recently upgrade their massage chairs and equipment. I would suggest scheduling an appointment because they do get busy. I highly recommend this salon! read more

When I saw my neighbor recommend D Art Nails on Facebook, I decided it must be great. I went today for my first ever manicure and third pedi. There was only one person working (who I'm assuming is Diane) and I had to come back in an hour (I almost made an appointment but really didn't think they'd be that busy on a weekday morning). While she was working on me, several others came in (most seemed like regulars) and also had to come back later. It felt like people in the know know about this place. She did a really thorough job on my feet and they were super soft by the time she was done. There are several gel polishes to choose from (this stuff lasts forever) and she can do pretty much any design. I opted for just pink toes. I showed her a pic on Pinterest for my fingers and ended up with gorg rose gold ombré nails that I love. The prices are average I think and she even offers lots of options for kids which I think would be fun to do. For a mani+pedi+gel polish on both it was just over $100. She does advertise specials on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (oops). I can't stop staring at my sparkly nails. They spark joy! read more

I had service today from Julie and have never been treated so well at a nail salon in forever! My acrylics were perfect! She was kind and polite. She was so careful, I was surprised. Be very careful here. Know exactly what you want and the cost or have them tell you BEFORE you go to pay and are told a shocking amount way over what you thought. When we visited they had no price list and at the end when I was charged a lot more than I thought they referred me to a price list on a flat scream TV. The problem was the TV was NOT ON. I told them I wanted standard polish and yet when a 11 year old girl showed them a color sample that was gel they tried to use that for a $13 upcharge and I had to stop them and remind them STANDARD polish. New to the area and because it's so close to home I decided to give it a try, despite the negative reviews. Diane was perfectly nice and very quick. My French manicure looks very natural. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there was no attention paid to my cuticles or soaking/lotioning my hands like I've had with other salons. Just walked in 1 hr before their listed close time and they told me they were closed. I really liked this place and they do a good job, but now I will not be returning. I got gel polish on my nails-black with two nails that have sparkles and just regular polish on my toes. Was expecting to pay about 50 dollars.. But 77 dollars later (not including a tip) WAY TO PRICEY!! My manicure consisted of some filing, pushing my cuticle back,gel polish and some perfume lotion put on my hands and my pedicure was maybe 15 mins long..just not worth it to me! I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Diane. She seemed to be in an awful mood, and made me feeling like I was bothering and inconveniencing her the whole time. I asked for short, thin, natural looking acrylics that end right at my finger tips. The shaping is really uneven on several nails, and the nails are thick and bulky. Additionally, she started working on a another client in between my polish layers, which left both me and the other girl sitting there awkwardly as she bounced between us. Mind you, I called in prior to coming and was given the ok, from who I believe to be Michael. So as I'm waiting, another woman walks in and says "I just called about the full set". The lady tech tells her to sit in her chair. So both me and lady are puzzled at this point because we both know I came in first. So I decided to wait. Michael comes over and takes the shellac off of my nails, after he finishes, he tells me to wait a couple of mins then leaves. Come to find out he left to go p/u his kid from school.
