I always get the hot stone massage and let me tell you- it's an experience and worth the $$$. Nina is amazing and so kind! She gives the best foot and leg massages with her hands, followed with hot stones. After the massage, my feet are placed in paraffin wax booties to maximize softness, rinsed, and then massaged again with lotion!! Not only that, I'm always pleased with how my nails end up painted. I've…read morealways had the best experience with them. i had the MOST AWFUL time there last Friday. i booked an apt for 5 pm for my EYEBROWS. eyebrows take 10 minutes to do. i was sitting by a girl next to me, she was closer to my age, and she also had an appointment for 5. it was 5:15 at this point and me and her just figured it was busy. (it was not) they called every single person up to get their nails done, before me. people that DID not even book an appointment. it is now 630 pm and i am still sitting there waiting, so i walk up to Lee (which he never even greeted me when i walked in) and said i made an apt for 5pm it has now been over an hour how much longer will this take? Another woman who just got her nails, and toes done was sitting in the eyebrow chair and they removed her so they could get to me. the lady in the salon chair (a customer) walked past me and called me a slur. i was on the verge of tears at this point, the sweet girl i was talking to when i first got there looked over at me and whispered "I'm sorry" because she could tell how frazzled i was. i got sat down and Kim said "sorry they had appointments" i said, so did i. She got alcohol in my eye, for the first time ever, my eye was burning for a solid hour. I did not even want to tip, but i gave her the full $20 so i could GET out of there because of how anxious and incredibly angry I was. WHAT IS THE POINT OF BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU DO NOT TAKE THEM IN AT THAT TIME? i understand waiting 15 mins but I waited an hour and a half just for a 10-minute eyebrow appointment. I have never been so dissatisfied with my time there. Not just the workers but the customer calling me a slur. i made an appointment for 5pm and did not leave until 645, just for eyebrows. eyebrows take 5-10 minutes. extremely disappointed, since i have been going there since i was about 13. Even the girl sitting next to me could tell how upset i was, but the workers couldn't? keep in mind, they were not busy. they were calling people up who did not have appointments before me. My toes looked so bad going in he really cleaned up the broken nails to look new again. Then, I wanted a gel manicure($33) but was running out of time and had to let him know. He offered instead he could skip the manicure part and just freshen up my nails with gel and get me out quicker, which he then charged me even less for.
