I always go for the first appointment of the day as salons are usually running late. This Salon has never opened at their 10 AM time when I am scheduled. I am usually standing at the entry way. I became accustomed with one technician who did my nails as I like; she, unfortunately was late every single time by up to 45 minutes. On those times when I ran late and she was actually earlier; she called me to be sure I was still coming. She and the owner were always bickering about her perceived treatment of her and vice versa. I had the displeasure of hearing the story over and over followed by her phone calls complaining. I have always felt that a trip to the "spa" was to be relaxing yet my times have ALWAYS been rife with stress as she didn't like the way she was cheated, the way other technicians were favored, etc. When I made my appointment for today, I was looking forward to an easy morning of relaxation after the anguish of the last few days. When I arrived, they did not have me down and my usual was preparing for another customer. She and the owner had a battle about everyone messing with her money and I did not need the stress of them today. I left and they followed me bringing their argument along. I went back inside and was put in a pedicure chair by the owner's kind wife. I sat there while the two went at one another again until she finally came to me. I understand the mistake but not the public display of their displeasures. the owner has a habit of answering the phone on speaker and not allowing the person on the other end the privacy of making an appointment therefore, the entire salon is privy to that conversation. This is rude and leaves open the probability of making a mistake HIRE A RECEPTIONIST. This technician always has a problem and constantly speaks of quitting - I DON'T NEED TO HEAR THIS. I have consistently over tipped this technician by giving her tips of $30 - 40 each visit. The last visit, I gave her $10 for her son. Have gifted her items for her business; written and researched a business plan seeking nothing in return. I gave her a $20 tip today and she three it into my purse. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION; I RESPECT ME A LOT MORE THAN THEY DO.

David did a really great job and paid great attention to detail, I got the pedicure for $30 but sprung for the $5 upgrade for the extra leg massage which was worth it. My toes looked so bad going in he really cleaned up the broken nails to look new again. Then, I wanted a gel manicure($33) but was running out of time and had to let him know. He offered instead he could skip the manicure part and just freshen up my nails with gel and get me out quicker, which he then charged me even less for. I was glad I stayed because he did a great job on both. Glad I have a nail salon again, they also give you a bottle of water and the massage chair I set in was actually really good. I'm a fan!
