I walked in for a gel manicure and I didn't have to wait. The lady was super nice and did a decent job. She was quick. The polish was not smoothly applied and the overall look is not even (you can see it in the pictures). Towards the end she just rushed it and didn't even give me a massage. For some reason they would not allow me to have the nail tech that I wanted, so I didn't make a fuss and agreed to another lady. But her manicure and pedicure were not up to snuff, and I will never return to this salon because I don't want to have this manicurist again and I can't have who I want .She rushed through the manicure and pedicure and did a perfunctory job. I am going to have my nails redone somewhere else because she misjudged how long it would take them to dry. I rarely post yelp comments but today I thought it was appropriate. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for over 10 years... they're amazing and give the best pedis!! They have this covid situation totally under control! All the pedi stations have guards and screens to keep you in your own personal little pedicure pod! They are doing such a good job with covid I couldn't be more impressed. I came here with my best friend to get a manicure and pedicure. We got in pretty quickly without much wait. A middle-aged guy with tattoos was my technician. I sat next to my best friend but could barely hear her due to his loud talking on his cellphone. He reeked of cigarette smoke and his fingers were dirty. He quickly did my nails without much care. The polish was uneven and blotchy and looked like a 4-year-old did it. I told the guy that my toenail was messed up and asked him to fix it. He attempted to fix it, but it still came out looking badly. I came with my best friend, and her manicure and pedicure ended up looking pretty nice. I called the next day and spoke with another man, who I believe to be the owner. I told him about the poor service and he told me to come back and we could have another technician redo my nails free of charge, which was nice of him to do. I never bothered taking him up on his offer. Due to my experience here, I will likely not return. read more

I hot gel here a while back and they got it all up in my cuticles. Started to lift after 2 days. The pricing isn't that bad tho.

I have had mixed feelings about Lovely Nails in the past but today I really love my nails! I usually get gel here but today I got the acrylic nails with gel on top. They do acrylics really well. I love that they aren't super thick, making them look super fake. He spent a lot of time perfecting and shaping my nails and I'm really happy with them. They also have many gel colors to choose from. read more

Used to come to the place often. It's hit or miss. The technicians don't have name tags and it would be helpful to make your next appointment with the person you like. Try to make appointment, otherwise you will wait forever. I witnessed unpleasant conversation between the owner and the customer, that I found unprofessional and disturbing. I don't think I will come there again. read more

My mom, sister and I went here for the first time based off a friends recommendation. We all three got pedicures and all three of us were very pleased. We called the day before for appointments, when we arrived they were instantly ready for us at 10:00am and spent a good amount of time to do a full pedi(45-1hr) for all of us. This place is awesome! Went post pandemic lock down, was so desperate to get a pedicure. They did a great job, they have plexi glass between and in front of chairs and keep people socially distanced. The staff is all wearing masks and gloves and the have hand washing and hand sanitizer available at any time. I appreciate their effort and so happy to have happy feet again!! read more

The place was not very clean. There were bees flying all over and we were killing them with a magazine until one of the workers came over and gave my 14 y/o daughter a spray bottle of alcohol so WE could kill them, so my guess is it was a normal thing for them. We sat for 30 minutes even though we had an appt. scheduled. The gentleman who did her nails did give her 2 free flowers on her nails which was nice but it just wasn't a good experience even though they seemed like nice enough people. There were nats/bugs on the window. My daughter was getting her first manicure for her homecoming dance so it was really disappointing. When we left she had nail polish on her thumb and some of the nail polish was smeared on the sides of her nails. I would not use this facility again. After an hour 1/2 we just wanted to go home. read more

All in all I've been going to them for 13 years, and no matter how much time elapses between visits, they always remember my name and what's been going on in my life. Pedicure was nice. I was not impressed by manicure. My manicurist redid select nails 3 times. She added water to the nail polish which I thought was unusual. My pinky nail was left with bristles of the brush painted onto my nail. I didn't even want to complain because I didn't want to have her re-do it AGAIN. Not too happy with my experience here, and neither was my sister. Her manicurist made her nail bleed. Wouldn't recommend it. read more

Not good. I had a pedicure and gel manicure today. My pedicure lasted all of 20 minutes. She spent hardly any time at all and made me so uncomfortable. She looked like she'd rather be doing anything else. I polish my own toes better than how she did. They use very little polish... I'm guessing they want it to last longer. I had to clip cuticle around my big toe when I got home and noticed it. My gel manicure was a little better than my pedicure but again, skimpy on the polish. And she cut my nails off. And soaked them for so long they hurt. Wouldn't recommend and will not go back. Wasn't super clean, staff wasn't overly nice. No thanks there's too many other options read more
