these look even better than my insp pic!!

i love blume, i come once a month and i get gel x with normally a design. every time i get my nails done they are on til my next appointment, no chips or anything they seriously could stay on for months. I get a new stylist everytime, and they recreate my inspo picture exactly as i show. I love watching their tv shows and listening to songs i actually know and then workers are all so so sweet!!! 100% recommend

I had my nails done yesterday and they looked great from my point of view. It wasn't until I returned home that I noticed many spots of color missing on the sides of every single nail. I guess the sides of my nails were never painted or looked at and they look pretty terrible. It's hard to believe these cost over $100. Also unfortunate that this was for my wedding this weekend and I won't have time to get them redone. I will be filling in the blank spots with polish and removing these as soon as possible. Waste of money and time.

Was extremely satisfied with my nails! I asked for a mint color French tip to match a wedding outfit and got exactly what I wanted. However, my nail technician was very short and rude. When I would ask for clarification for things she would sound very annoyed and repeat the same answer until I stopped asking my question. Regardless, she did a fantastic job. And the organization as a whole was very prompt and professional, came in on time for my appointment and was glad I didn't have to wait since I had my time reserved. Overall, I'd go again since I rarely get my nails done, but wish I didn't feel so rushed when choosing my nail art or figuring out the payment methods for tip (fyi if paying with card, you can't add tip. Have to tip thru Venmo)

I LOVE Blume and I travel to come here about every month to get my nails done with Moon she is the best!! The first time I went was at the old location and I had a wonderful experience there, everyone was so welcoming and kind. They have moved across the street into a beautiful bigger building and it is the perfect place for a nail salon. The interior is absolutely stunning, every time I sit there I can't stop staring at the decor and backsplash by the sink. The chairs are engraved with the Blume logo. They even have coffee that you can order apparently. I saw a sign for that when I was in there but didn't get around to that yet as I usually get coffee locally beforehand. I recommend booking an appointment as they usually are packed inside especially on a Saturday. I will never stop coming here. It truly is a luxury experience here at Blume. Thank you Moon!

Dip Manicure

Amanda did a great job with my Dip Manicure ($55) today! I'm impressed with the outcome- all my nails look straight and even. I made an appointment ahead of time and still had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be seated; the place was absolutely packed! Overall, I'm very happy with my experience. I'm hoping that the dip lasts until my next appointment in 3.5 weeks. Fingers crossed!

Dip mani

Good spot for a manicure or pedicure in Solon. It says they require appointments but they took walk ins when I was there. They're efficient - my dip manicure without a soak off only took 45 minutes. However, it is pricey, it was $65 for a dip mani and cuticle treatment ($10). This was before the tip. $78 for a dip mani is a bit pricey which is the reason for only 4 stars. I would go back but not regularly.

What I asked for.

However, when I set up my appointment for my touch up the receptionist was unpleasant to deal with. She called me three times while I was at work to ask if I could move my appointment up. In response I told her IF I could make that I would let her know within the hour but if I did not call her then we would have to stick with my original time. This spa sends out text messages as reminders of appointment times. I received a message she had moved my appointment up so I used my lunch break to take the trip out to the spa. When I checked in the receptionist asked me why I was there because my appointment wasn't for another hour. She told me that she only sent that message in HOPES that I would call her. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized and inconvenient. I take a drive of 55 minutes to get to this specific spa. I had to sit there and wait an hour and a half for my appointment which was supposed to be with Cheyenne but it was not. Cheyenne has to go home early that day which is understanding. Things pop up and I'm understanding of that. The woman who did my lashes was new and took longer than expected. At this point I didn't mind as long as my eyelashes were done correctly (spoiler alert: they were not). At the end of my appointment the receptionist offered me an eyebrow wax "it looks like" I "could use it". The most unprofessional rude service I've ever had. I was so disappointed and irked by this situation. The picture uploaded is less than a week after my appointment date. Cheyenne came in to check on my lashes before she rushed out and kept telling the woman doing my lashes to get new glue. The way this was poorly handled really depreciates a business incredibly quickly. If anyone has a suggestion for a new lash place let me know ASAP!

I will say that Lex was hospitable and fast, the service only took about 30 minutes. However it was disappointing on so many levels, starting with the tacky fake plants outside. The bathroom was cute and clean, but as I walked back to the appointment room there was a bunch of junk stacked by the wall, and the appointment room was brightly lit with uncomfortable paper bedding. I am used to wax spas using nice soft linens. When my wax was over she left the room and did not offer me any sort of wipe to clean up with (as is customary in my experience) and also missed quite a lot of hair in the back. When I met her at the register and told her about this she did offer to go back in and fix it, but I really didn't want to bother with going back into that gross room and undressing again. Typically at a wax spa you would be offered a hand mirror to check before they actually leave the room and have you get dressed again. I was also disturbed by the fact that there wasn't a sink or even hand sanitizer in the room. I can only hope that she was going into the bathroom between clients to wash her hands but who knows! Anyway, definitely would not return. Not for me.
