My appointment was right on time. The techs are friendly. I've been here before. This wasn't a spectacular experience. Just ok. My biggest complaint was that my nails chipped in 1 day. I work on a computer. So I don't have any heavy lifting or difficult work. $56 plus a tip is a lot to pay for a color to chip off in one day. I have acrylic/ gel nails, so I like to have them cleaned out underneath with a diamond tip when finished, just to get the extra acrylic and glue out and to smooth out my natural nail. That wasn't done. No hand massages with lotion any more either. Why keep it out if it's not used? read more

If you have acrylics and fancier nails, this place is great. I feel like they don't value customers who come in for gel manicures on natural nails. I made a reservation specifically with a nail tech who was highly rated so I could discuss options with them and see what kind of nails would work for me and my lifestyle. They moved me to someone else since I was "just getting gel". She was rough and did not speak English well, so when I tried to ask her questions about the other types of nails, she just got angry with me. She even cut me when trimming my cuticles, and didn't say sorry or anything. My pedicure was great and Daniel did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him for pedicures. In the winter when it's snowy & icy the employees park in the prime spots so their customers, some seniors, have to risk falls to get in the door. The nail techs are frequently on their cell phones taking care of personal business while working on your nails. Also nail techs will spend the entire time speaking in their native language and ignore you. Rather unprofessional that nail techs nap on a sofa near the front door while waiting for a customer. That should take place in the back where customers don't have to see that. At one visit the male nail techs, including the owner, were playing cards laughing & carrying on for all customers to see & hear. It was disgraceful. Recently,I had lunch with four of my friends who have been steady customers of Leo Nail salon. We decided will no longer give our business to this nail salon. I am very picky about my nails. As in, I used to drive an hour down to Orange County from LA to go to the best nail salon I found in SoCal. So driving 30 mins to Parma from the east side is well worth it after the mani and pedi I received from Kyle. I get dip manis and gel pedis. So I've been going to Leo's nail salon a year now seeing the same nail technician the whole time and have loved my nails every time. This last time I went in, I was put with some lady apparently she was just getting me ready for my technician because he was still busy with someone which was fine but I did say I wanted Dat, my technician to do my full set being he's been doing my nails this whole year. When Dat finally finished his last client, I was moved back over to him to proceed with my appointment. He knows exactly how I've been getting my nails done EVERY TIME. I get ombre powder almond shape, and he always puts any design on my nails that I want and has NEVER EVER TOLD ME HE CANT PUT CERTAIN DESIGNS ON THE OMBRE. When I showed him the design the lady told me he could definitely do, he hesitated and said it was too hard, but someone else could do the design, and I said ok, cool. He succeeded doing my full set of acrylics, but after he started going further on them, I noticed he wasn't using the ombre powders, so I mentioned it to him. He got overly sensitive and started arguing with me blaming me saying the design i wanted couldn't be put on the ombre powder acrylics and had to be just a regular cheap set of acrylics which no way I would agree on. He tried arguing, saying he told me he couldn't put that particular design on the ombre set. By then I was furious and then all the employees who work there all ganged up on me just because I spoke up about what he was doing and that I don't ever get my nails done that way. Leo, the owner, stepped in then, and he even raised his voice at me, making me feel super uncomfortable. Everyone in that salon ganged up on me like it was all my fault, and that isn't true they just never step up when they're wrong they immediately get super defensive and rude. The guy Dat became so ignorant towards me because he got called out. How immature. No professional salon would ever make their customers feel bad or uncomfortable. All the employees immediately came over to where I was sitting with Dat. They all were talking their language, which I know they were all blaming me and talking crap. I spoke up to every one of them and said, why are you all being rude and talking crap about this issue going on that didn't even involve them. Suddenly, they left lol. These people get off on taking ur money but have absolutely no compassion on if the customer is satisfied or if there's something that wasn't right. Its total BS. DAT RAN AWAY LIKE A BABY. He tried so hard to blame me, but I wouldn't let him. A caring technician never ever ever would have left and went home handing me over to the owner Leo, who was pissed off because he had to fix his employees' mistakes!! Wow!! Leo agreed to do the ombre powder, and the way he did it was sooo rushed, and the vibe he was giving me was so uncomfortable. I shouldn't have even been frickin charged anything after all this ignorant behavior from the whole salon!! He made me pay 80 frickin bucks, and I even gave him a tip. I shouldn't have, but that just shows i have a heart. He didn't. All he cared about was taking my money and me leaving the salon. This black lady sitting next to me heard the whole situation yet she was on their side huffing and puffing at me like I shouldn't be frickin complaining lol I guarantee if it was her, and this situation happened to her she would have come unglued instantly!!! So whoever that rude black lady was who thinks her sh*t don't stink...karma will always pay you a visit when you treat others rudely!! I am definitely not gonna let this horrible experience be brushed under the carpet. I'm gonna file a report so this salon won't keep getting away with this ignorant horrible abuse!!! You all should be fired. Dont u know how rude it is to talk ur language about clients sitting right in front of you all?? It's absolutely disgusting. Us America's aren't stupid. We know what's up. Ican'tt even believe all this happened yesterday it was seriously the most horrible situation at a nail salon I've ever experienced in 40 yrs!!! Leo Nail Spa is a HUGE salon with maybe 20 chairs for manicures and 16 pedicure chairs. I imagine they'd be very busy during wedding season due to being able to accommodate so many people at once. I walked in around 6:00 on a Friday with no appointment and only had to wait about 15 minutes. Pricing is pretty in line with other nail salons. Regular spa pedicure is $37 and regular manicure is $20. They also offer full acrylic sets, gel, powder dip. In addition they do spa services liwaxing, brow tints, and lash lifting and tinting. Absolutely stunning nail salon! They recently opened in November and are currently still having their grand opening prices going on until the end of this month. They have plenty of services to choose from aside from getting your nails done and everything is reasonably priced. This place is located in the same plaza as Citizens Bank, Jersey Mike's subs, and Sears Outlet. When you first walk in, they have a desk on the left side for people to check in on the iPad. When I came in, I was greeted right away and was given a set of nail colors to choose from. They have plenty of stations for people to get their nails done and can already see this place getting packed on the weekends. This place definitely has a lot of positive vibes coming from their employees which helped with my experience. Daniel was my nail technician and he definitely gave me one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. He very pleasant to have a conversation with while I was getting pampered. The massage chairs are absolutely amazing as well, so you NEED to turn it on while you're enjoying your pedicure. And if your phone needs some juice while you're getting your massage, look on the right side of the chair, they have USB ports available for your charging needs. We went Saturday August 26, 2023 for a girls gathering before a bachelorette party. My first and last time going to this place! It's now Tuesday, August 29, 2023 and I happened to look down and my thumbnail color completely came off. They used the "dip" process. It was a terrible experience. The tech started with my pedicure and used the wrong color so I had to adjust the fingernail color and then he screwed that up and now. I have nine fingernails with color and one without and a wedding on Sunday that I will either have to find a salon to do all nails or be tacky and wear a bandaid to cover this. I really REALLY wanted to like it here. I looked at the nails they do on Instagram and I was in love! I read the reviews and most of them said that I need to have Leo or maya do my nails for them to turn out right. I changed my appointment last minute from Sunday to Saturday as my sister tipped me off that I was going to get proposed to on Saturday These nails were going to be important I was going to have tons of pictures of my hands with my ring. I arrived on time but Leo was still with a client. I waited for a bit then the receptionist said she could get someone else to do my nails if I would like. I said yes, that was my first mistake. I should have waited. I got Dat. He was very nice. I came in for dip nails though and he was prepping my nails for acrylic. Luckily I caught him before he started applying acrylic on. It was a miscommunication between the receptionist and him, I didn't mind that much. I asked for as natural as possible, which they did end up looking natural. But here's where it took a turn for the worst. He cut my cuticle with the electric file I didn't notice he cut it I thought he just hit it because on my ring finger and my pinkie it was burning. I told him it hurt and he apologized. The rest went well I paid and left. When I got home that is when I realized all the problems. The sides of my nails weren't complete they didn't have any powder on the sides and the top coat of polish didn't reach down the sides. Then as I was getting ready I noticed the top coat polish on my thumb had chipped. I also noticed some of the nails were lumpy. I got engaged and it was fine I just didn't show my nails in any of the pictures, but my cuticle was ripped up on my pinkie and there was no hiding that. Three days after I got my nails done one of them shattered while I was typing on my keyboard at work. Now i dont know about anyone else but I don't type while slamming my fingers. My coworker has dip nails that were longer than mine were and hers don't shatter when she types and she types with slamming her fingers. I was so mad. I have removed all the nails myself as I wasn't going to pay to have them taken off. So photos were ruined. Now showing my family for Christmas is ruined. And my nails look like trash from being roughed up for the fake nails. All I can do is wonder what I would be writing if I just waited for Leo. I wish I waited for Leo... but I wish I just didn't get my nails done at all even more. 85 dollars wasted. I don't know why I tipped him. read more

I came in looking to have cat eye on my nails, they put with someone who has never done it before. I had to teach him how to do the cat eye and he wasn't understanding until the owner came over. My nail tech shaped my nails horribly and he was filing my finger and not my nail. I should have not been put with someone who didn't know how to do the nail art I wanted. He also did my fill touching my cuticles and had to use the file to separate my skin from my nail. The owner did give me a discount which is why the 3 star. But I'm literally going to need to get my nails redone bc they are crooked and they are going to lift bc they are slammed to my cuticle. Customer service is lacking... If you want to make an appointment- I do NOT recommend this place! I had my last nail appointment with Emma on Sun, Aug 14. (The spa opened 30 minutes late that day due to no one with a key being there on time.) I still asked to make my next appointment. I specifically asked if the spa would be open on Labor Day. The girl checking me out went to ask someone and he told her yes. I saw my info being put into the book for a 10:00 nail dip and pedi for Sept. 5. Fast forward to today- I'm sitting in the parking lot with no movement in the spa. Look on FB to see they're closed. No one called or messaged me to let me know my appointment wouldn't stand. The nail tech was nice. They did take their time and seemed to be doing a good job. I got a manicure with regular polish and she put me under the nail dryer...and then never came back. I was there for at least 30 minutes, maybe longer. My girl just never acknowledged me again. She moved on to her next client. I finally just turned the fan off myself and went up to pay. I never got the lotion massage part of the manicure so I told the guy who cashed me out but only got $3 off. I also paid cash (apparently you get 10% off) but they only gave me 50 cents off? I didn't even care because I just wanted to leave after being left under the nail dryer for so long. Very annoyed that they skipped the the massage and left me under the dryer until i turned it off myself and then barely got $$ off my bill. read more
