The nail tech was nice. They did take their time and seemed to be doing a good job. I got a manicure with regular polish and she put me under the nail dryer...and then never came back. I was there for at least 30 minutes, maybe longer. My girl just never acknowledged me again. She moved on to her next client. I finally just turned the fan off myself and went up to pay. I never got the lotion massage part of the manicure so I told the guy who cashed me out but only got $3 off. I also paid cash (apparently you get 10% off) but they only gave me 50 cents off? I didn't even care because I just wanted to leave after being left under the nail dryer for so long. Very annoyed that they skipped the the massage and left me under the dryer until i turned it off myself and then barely got $$ off my bill. read more

It was my first time going to Leo Nail Spa and I made an appointment online. Online it allows you to book for 7 and 730pm, but I later checked and their website says they close at 730. I booked for 7 not knowing I would be extremely rushed once I got there. The staff was obviously trying to hurry out of there and the guy doing my pedicure was hurrying through my appointment. If they are trying to leave right at closing they shouldn't let people book late appointments. If I knew I would have come earlier. The service wasn't horrible but the guy was a little rough and when he was buffing my feet he scraped a chunk of my skin off- not the best feeling in the world. He also didn't buff my heels at all. For the price I paid, and the tip; I feel like I did not get my money's worth at all. I won't be going back to this place. read more

I went with a friend of mine. We got same thing, L-spa pedicure. I was charged $6 more than my friend. When I asked, my nail tech got Leo, she told him I had gel on my toes previously, which I did not. I wanted nail art and she told me only if I got gel put on my toes. That is not true. I wish my previous nail person didn't move. She was not at Leo's. She ALWAYS did nail art on my big toe without using gel. I tried Leo's because of her moving and they are close to me. So, not only did Leo's nail tech not know difference of the gel versus no gel, she didn't speak english, so that made things hard for her and myself to understand anything. On top of that she rolled her eyes, how freaking rude is that?! I will never go there again! read more

I have been here before and was a nice experience. Today not so pleasant! Leo is greedy, he booked 10 people for 6:30, they close at 7:30. We all sat there for over 40 minutes and I walked out, as none of the people being serviced were even close to being nails painted (foot or hand). Leo was doing 2 young girls and an older lady sat and waited for 45 minutes and the nail table, then she sweetly walked up and said she cannot stay any longer and rescheduled. I don't see it getting any better. What's the use in making an appointment if you don't get seen for over 40 minutes (probably longer but I left). Maybe Leo and his arrogant crew need to work on treating customers with greater respect or you may not have any after these practices. read more

I got a Leo- Pedicure which is the most pricey package with gel is an added $20.. the massage part was good, she was very friendly and had great conversation. She did have headphones in, so I believe she didn't hear me much. When it came down to the toes and polish part it wasn't good.. I came in with fresh acrylic on my big toes and I asked the Tech to leave the shape and length, as well as to my other toes.. she proceeded to cut the length all the way down and rounded out my shape, I had gel previously and she cut me a few times with the e-file.. I proceeded and trusted the process, when I got home and had a chance to look further into it I had gel polish cured onto the sides of my toes on my cuticle area and the paint job was very sloppy, not consistent, it peeled off within an hour of me being home.. as to being a nail tech myself I fixed the job myself. Maybe I got a new nail tech, I suggest requesting someone who has been there awhile ! I wish I hadn't tipped her $20 and wasted $100. read more

The service was insanely expensive for a simple acrylic fill. $75 is insane. the woman who did my nails was incredibly rude the entire time and got acrylic on my skin. I grew fungus under my nails which has NEVER happened to me until going to this salon. I will not be going back, it's a waste of money. My nails fell off quickly and again left fungus. I was really excited to try this salon because I saw the nail art they did and it looked phenomenal. However, I was very disappointed in the professionalism and the random pricing. When asked how much nail art was the price changed 3 times. The person doing my nails was rushed, hurting me when filing, and kept leaving the station. $90 for a set of acrylics with some lines is ridiculous. While I love my nails, I can not justify the price, pain, or experience. I'll keep looking for the perfect nail artist. read more

This place rips people the fuck off. The quality is treacherous and the workers are completely unorganized. If you specifically say you prefer regular nail polish, don't worry you'll get gel instead and pay ten times more. An acrylic fill at any other nail salon place is around 15-20 dollars, here I had to pay 55 dollars for a FILL. Idk the name of the girl who did my nails, but she didn't even try. She rushed to get it done and disappeared from the room as soon as she could. I showed her the shape I wanted (oval) and she gave me a square ish looking rounded shape. Also, all of the nails are a slightly different shape. Not only that, it's been 3 days and my nails already look grown out because she didn't put the polish all the way to the cuticle. My friend got hers done by a different person, a guy, and hers turned out great and he really took the time to make sure they looked neat and clean. I just decided to stop going here. I got a text and a call from the owner. Asking me to call or text back. I'm sorry I just decided to go somewhere else I had to block the number. I get he's trying to make it right however like I feel like going there it's just rush lately there's too many people coming in and I had multiple people look at my nails the last time I got them done and they were like there is no way you paid that much for that service. The tips we're not even covered and you can see my natural nail underneath the gel polish just by looking at it. I think they use an old polish and just kept going with it. Just find it funny that the owner is texting me and calling me because I left a review. I'm sorry I just feel like the last couple times I've been there it's been extremely rushed. time and time again i've tried to give Leo Nails a chance and every time they let me down. they have some of the most rude employees in the world. i should have known not to go there when my first interaction was with the owner and i asked if he could do my nails a certain way and he replied "i could but that takes too much time" today i went to get my nails done for the first time in a long time and i asked for long nails. the girl proceeded to cut my nails short. i repeatedly told her i didn't like them and they were too short before she started to put the acrylic on or begin painting. she told me next time not to cut them down and they'll be longer and when i told her i didn't like them she laughed at me and proceeded to mock me. after receiving a service i didn't feel happy about and let them know that multiple times they still charged me 115$ and i didn't even get some special nail art. my nails are pretty basic and not what i wanted. i will never step foot in that place again and i suggest you don't either. there are much better nail salons in the area with way nicer workers. read more
