Second time I've tried this place and only went back because I was given a gift card. Just like my first visit my pedicure was not done at the same time as my companion even though it was booked for two people. My boyfriends feet were started first and finished before someone came over to start mine. Nails weren't rounded per request and paint job is splotchy and not covering the nail. I will say my feet are soft but if your looking to have quality time with someone I wouldn't count getting your feet done at the same time and I wouldn't count on a solid set of painted toe nails. Will be fixing my nails at home unfortunately. Again this is sadly the second time this same situation has happened at this salon. As a licensed cosmetologist who has worked in nail salons this is not what the client expects. read more

unfortunately I had a horrible experience at this place. Tech who removed my acrylic nails gave me "rings of fire" and severe nail damage. Staff was not friendly all around and my nails are still healing after several weeks read more

They did a great job on my nails, just keep in mind when you go. It's cash only. Or they do Venmo took my daughter granddaughter for a Manny Petty, they're also fairly priced. read more

I cannot recommend this place enough. Like truly one of the best places I've been to in a while. They take care of their regulars, and they will do what they can to make things right. I've never had a bad experience when coming here either. You just have to be patient I also brought my entire bridal party here for my wedding and it was amazing. Everyone had such a good experience, and they were so accommodating during COVID. No matter who you go to, they will do a good job. Like many people have said, it is cash only, but it keeps the prices down for us. There is an ATM with a $0.50 withdrawal fee, but all things considered, it is a good price if you need it in an emergency. Just remember to bring cash or write a check. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing experience. read more

This was THE worst nail Salon I have ever witnessed. Everyone is rude and not friendly. They talk about the customers, rolling their eyes, assuming we don't know what they are saying. Some of us do!! Might want to take note. The owner and his wife are rude... If you don't like Americans, then go back to your country. Don't give us terrible services and then talk about us. The Nail service I got was terrible. I was hit with their drill multiple times, didn't clean under my nails, very rude, berating you. I will be going to get them redone. They also only accept cash... Huh? Very shady. How do you not have a credit card machine? They are only in business because they are around many nice developments and moms and daughters run up to get their nails done. I'm sure the workers hate working for these people and you can tell it's an extremely toxic workplace. The wife is soooo rude, rolls her eyes at customers while talking about them with the workers. AVOID THIS PLACE. Plenty of wonderful places to go in the area. It's supposed to be an experience, not leaving feeling horrible. read more

I got a full set and this was the first place where they didn't hurt me with the drill. Absolutely recommend to anyone. Only cash but there is a atm inside with a $0.50 fee. Best place to go in Strongsville/North Royalton!! read more

Nice pedicure. Girl was sweet. First time getting pedicure. Loved it. Will be back. Picked out my color and went over with the nail tec what I wanted. She suggested another color. She was right. Omg it was so nice. I was in heaven. The soothing water and lotion was awesome. Pluse the nail nail treatment was so gentle. I am in aw. read more

Jessie is amazing. She does the best nails I've ever had done, and her nail art is amazing. I get dips, and I love the way she gets them so smooth! read more

This place is absolutely subpar. Went in for a pedicure and was probably one of the worst ones I've ever had. They have an extensive menu of pedicure options but they just have me a basic one. They also do not take credit cards...but have an ATM inside...would not recommend. read more

I've had only a good experience here. I've had pedicures and manicures here. The people are really friendly and it's easy to get an appointment. The only drawback is it's a cash only place. read more

Decided on a last minute manicure and this place was near my current location. Called an hour before close and they said they would fit me in. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Shop was clean. Didn't have to wait long. Jessie did my nails and it was one of the best manicures I've ever had!!! I'm very nitpicky and figidy with my nails and even the slightest edge or bump will cause me to obsess and pick. She did a flawless job!!!! Nice tight cuticles, no gaps! She didn't try to upsell me. In fact, she charged me less because she said I didn't need a full manicure. I appreciated the honesty!! Great customer service! Her daughter was running around the shop and was absolutely ADORABLE!!! Made me miss my kids being that little. Great experience and I may drive the 25 mins from home to come back to Jessie regularly!!! She was that good!!! read more

Clean salon, nice work, they take appointments which I like.they have shields. Granite countertops and fans at nail dry station are uncomfortably cold! Employees lack personality and friendliness. It's not that hard to smile and be friendly rather than just say "Do you have an appointment? Go wash your hands". I dont buy that its cultural because other salons are very friendly. read more

Recently relocated temporarily from l.a. and was pleased to find a manicurist that would do a similar job to my high end spot in West Hollywood. They allow my dog which is a major plus. She sits on my lap quietly and I enjoy her company when running errands. I don't support businesses that do not allow my perfect teacup yorkie to tag along with me wherever it is that I go. Major plus to them for that! I see Maria every time and am always satisfied with the work. Stop in and see her if you want a quality job that lasts and doesn't chip or fall apart a week Into your gel manicure. read more

I have gone to nail bar two times so far and have been very happy with the results both times. I came in as a walk-in and was seated right away. I once came in when it was packed but was still seated immediately. This is my first time getting acrylics and I'm hooked. The prices are reasonable and they do a good job quickly forming a nice acrylic nail. I will have to keep going back to see how it goes. The place is beautifully decorated and it is a nice atmosphere. Only issue is: They do not take credit or debit which I found a bit strange. They do have an atm nonetheless but it is unusual they don't accept any other form of payment. Other than that, I pleased with this place and will return. read more

Got me in same day appointment for regular pedicure! Quick and easy, they did a good job for basic pedi

got a french pedicure here before my vacation to Costa Rica, Was so disappointed the polish started chipping 3 days into my vacation. I was embarrassed because of how terrible my pedicure looked and I didn't bring anything to remove what was left. I had better lasting pedicures from the salon schools and the ones I've given myself. I have never had this happen before and when I called to let them know today they said there was nothing they could do now, had I come in when it happened they could have fixed it. Well I was out of the country when it happened.... read more

This place is amazing! It was very clean and well decorated. There's lots of space. I was very happy to see that all of my pedicure utensils came out of an autoclave bag! They made sure to take their time on my manicure and pedicure. They currently are running 20% off for all services. I didn't feel rushed and they did a wonderful job. I definitely will be back in the evening to make sure to have a glass of wine while I get my next pedi! read more

This nail bar was awful. I called in advance to make reservations for 3:00. We showed up at 3:00 and signed in. We sat in their waiting room for 45 minutes. We wasted this big amount of our time we should of showed up at 3:30. So don't make reservations because they will put you on their list and ignore the fact that you made a reservation. To top it off they didn't have my two colors I picked out so I had to change them. They even forgot the lotion on my hands that comes with the manicure, I know because I have been here before. I ended up getting out of the nail bar at 4:40 this was ridiculous. I do NOT recommend this to anyone read more

Had such a great experience! I am a hard person to please; I had Billy do my nails and I was quite impressed!!! I got gel nails and stayed for a second glass of wine in a massage chair. I normally feel rushed at all nail places but didn't feel that way at all. read more

I decided to come here based on good references from a couple coworkers of mine. I came in and was greeted warmly, but as soon as I sat down, the experience was not pleasant at all. The woman who did my nails was very demanding and not welcoming. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she just told me to go choose a color without even looking at my picture. After I showed her, she kept talking about how the ombré and design would be $5 more, and I felt like she wasn't listening to what I was saying. She rushed, and did not seem to care about her client at all! One of her regular customers came in a little after she started my nails a she rushed even more after that, while also insisting she do a different design other than what I wanted, and then told me AFTER she did my "ombre" that they didn't have the machine for it so it will not look like the picture. All in all, I left feeling awful and did not like my nails at all. Very disappointed with the service. read more

This place does a great job and has competitive prices. However some of the staff are rude and make no bones about not wanting to take walk ins near the end of the day. So I got a toenail fungus. I know for sure it was there because I hadn't gotten a pedicure in about two years. I did go to a local podiatrist and they prescribed me medication and confirmed my suspicion's. Beware, I did call them and they seemed to be sorry and concerned about it but I still have it and it's quite hard to get rid of. Demand more from your nail salons whether they're giving you a manicure or pedicure and ask them to sanitize things right in front of you. this is a good reminder. read more

Seriously never going here again and I tell myself that every time. I love the idea of the place and the set up but every time I go I am so disappointed in my nails and they charge a fortune. They only accept cash or checks and pocket and steal so much money. Every time I'm there it's a different price and I get the same thing. They don't know how to do shapes correctly and every time they polish my nails they don't polish the sides. I've been here about 5 time and kept trying to give it another chance because everyone else seemed to love it but I am absolutely done with this place. No more paying $50-$78 for a GEL FILL (not including tip) just to go home and file them to reshape them. (And yes that's the range I have been charged). I've complained to the owner of this issue and he's admitted to have techs working there that were stealing and now are let go. Now they just hire new people and new people and they all can't do nails for the life of them. Only see Nick or his wife when going here and nobody else or you will probably have the same issues of not eventually. read more

Called yesterday and made same day appointment for myself and my daughter to get pedis. We got two 5:30 appointments and showed up at 5:25. We were greeted at front desk by a nail tech who told us to pick our colors so we did and sat down. The hostess came by a few mins later and pointed to our pedi chairs. We sat down and waited, playing with the massage chair features. Twenty five mins later, still soaking in the now cold water a gentleman came over and started getting set up at the chair I was at. He did not say hello or anything and didn't speak until I asked if someone was coming for my daughter because we were together. He told me someone would be here in one minute. Ten more minutes and my daughters technician showed up. This place was super busy and they were way overbooked. As people walked in I heard them tell the front desk they had an appointment and I could see they would also be waiting a huge amount of time also. We wanted the deluxe pedis. At our usual nail salon, they have the same cards and pedi descriptions and those take close to an hour. These two guys flew through our experience so fast they were done in 25 mins (even less for my daughter because she got started on late) Overall our nails look good but the experience was awful. We felt rushed, not pampered or relaxed. Upon paying, I was informed that they do not accept credit cards and I was forced to pull money out of their ATM. This was also frustrating since this was not mentioned when making the appointment when I told them this was our first time here and is there anything special we should know. read more

Very clean and nicely decorated. The pedicure chairs are super comfortable and staff was nice, they didn't rush and I felt did a great job!

This place looks nice inside but they do an awful job and the workers are not personable. The one girl clipped my nails and then put the nail clippers back in her same case without sanitizing them, gross and unsanitary. Then at the end when I wanted to pay they told me it's cash only there was not one sign in or outside of the store saying it was cash only so they make you use their ATM that barely works. Won't be back again. read more

i have gone to other places for acrylics, but nail bar is my favorite. they have so many options for colors and my acrylics last for a long time after i get them done. i have been coming in every few months and with that, i've noticed that some of the nail technicians aren't as careful as others. for many reasons, my favorite technician is nick. to start, nick is incredibly precise. he always asks his clients if they are satisfied THROUGHOUT the process (length, shape, color, etc.). additionally, he shows his clients different options so they receive a set they'll love for weeks. some of the other nail technicians work quickly to get you out of there without asking you many questions. so therefore, the set just doesn't come out as good. for example, i've gotten a set where the nails looked grown out immediately because the technician couldn't be bothered to start the acrylics at my cuticles. if i could review nick alone, he would absolutely get five stars, but the other technicians have not lived up to my expectations for a 60$ set. read more

I was looking for a nice nail place and went here because of the reviews. I am not happy with my choice. They do horrible job. The lady was very fast at painting my nails and it looks messy. I stopped here on a whim for a last minute mani/pedi. I was impressed by the cleanliness and reasonable prices. Staff was nice and did a good job. Horrible experience. Price says one thing on window and charge something completely different. Only take cash, which is shady. IRS will eventually catch you. Went 3 times for a fix and still don't last . No manicure only got dip and it was 50$. Lifted 2 days later , when I called they said they would fix them. Went in for them to fix and was told the dip lifts( well then don't offer it) so they did gel(mind you I paid for dip) chipped again , went back again and peeling again. read more

My first time a few days ago. It's cash or check only and there is no sign saying that. The girl who did my nails, Betty, I think, was nice at first but grew impatient because I guess my hands were stiff and it was annoying her. She didn't hide it. I asked for a french manicure and at the end I noticed a black fuzz or string on my nail. She clearly painted over it and didn't want to take the time to redo that nail. She tried to tell me that it was under my nail and there was nothing she could do. How in the world would a piece of black fuzz get under my nail at the base of my nail where my finger is attached to my nail? The manicure looks o.k., except for the black fuzz painted onto my french manicure but I won't go back because of the payment method, and the impatient and lazy nail attendant. read more
